Absolutely wonderful place with a warm and caring staff. Dr. Manos is simply the best cat veterinarian I have ever seen....by a mile. I've recommended her to every cat-owner I know.

First visit with our cat Athena. Was justva quick trip to get a chip. But so far excellent.

If you have an emergency don’t bother calling. My cat was needing to be seen urgently during their regular office hours. We had been at the pet emergency the night before as my cat was attacked by a coyote. I live just 5 min away from Mill Creek and my cat was experiencing worsening symptoms. The receptionist was very polite and quietly listened as to why I needed to be urgently seen. She then replied they didn’t have any openings until 3 days later. Who says that? My cat was seen same day at another practice and was admitted immediately. Sadly, Buttercup ultimately did pass away from her injuries. However, I don’t think even if we had been seen immediately at Mill Creek she could have been saved. The point is no one plans for their pet to need to be urgently seen, but knowing a practice values an animal over their strict rigid schedule is a must for me. We all love our pets dearly and I know personally I would gladly reschedule or wait longer if I knew someones pet needed urgent care. Based on this experience I would never take any of my other pets here.

Great service! I am adding this a year later. My sweet Nobu has had a good life this year in large due to the help of the vets at this animal hospital. Today I had to choose to let Nobu go because he was old and had stopped eating or taking his medicine. Everyone at this hospital were so supportive and treated me and my sweet dog Nobu with great respect and love. It made this difficult decision so much better for me and Nobu. Thank you!!!

I really can’t say enough good things about them. Every person on this team is empathetic, response, helpful and super smart. They walked us through a painful journey of losing our first cat and I can’t imagine going through it without them. Oh and their prices are incredible especially when you think about the fact that your getting top notch care. They are one of the few businesses I just completely.

Dr Manus is absolutely wonderful with my kitties. I’d highly recommend going here for your pet needs.

Great staff and vets. I have had a lot of experience with Mill Creek recently with my 3 aging pups. The whole staff is understanding, compassionate and caring. Cost-wise, I found them quite reasonable. And the kitties that live in their office are a bonus. I am slightly in love with Romeo!

My 8yr old + female mutt has a skin condition. Went to several VETS...they never got the right stuff to clear up the condition. Mill Creek Animal!!! Woohoo! They did. They listened to me, worked with me ($$), and helped my mutt. She is getting back to herself. Thank you Mill Creek Animal!

I can't stress how amazing this vet is! When I was going through the process of crossing my baby over the Rainbow Bridge, Dr. Manos and Farron (sorry if I butchered your name!) were so helpful and supportive. And I now take my dogs and cat there. I won't go anywhere else! I highly suggest this vet to anyone and everyone that has a fur baby.!!!

I went to this place to ask about boarding our two cats during our Christmas holiday for two weeks. I got the price for this and also asked to make sure if the cats would be kept in their own pen or cage seperated from the other animals and would be fed and so on. They reassured me they would and would be well taken care of. When I got back from vacation, and went by to pick them up, I walked in the door and there were my two cats loose in the lobby of the place with the other cats they have!!! I could not believe this!!! I was furious, but kept my cool long enough to get my cats into the carrier I brought with me. Then I went off about this, saying I could not believe you would do this after I asked you about this and you said they would be kept seperate from other cats. I said what would you have done if they were fighting and got hurt or ran out the door when somebody opened it? Then the head doctor came out to see what was going on and as I was telling her about what had happened,sshe interrupts me, telling me to be quiet and let her talk. Let her talk! She proceeded to tell me that this is the way they did things around there and if I didn't like it to leave. I said that I was told quite a different thing by the idiot blonde behind the desk when I first came by a couple weeks ago. Then she told me to leave or she was going to call the police.I said great, I'm OK with that. You go ahead and try to collect. This is a terrible place with terrible people there. Dangerous for your pets for sure.

There are so many positive things to say about Dr. Manos and her team! My husband and I have four cats. As most people know cats typically are not fond of being transported let alone having any medical treatment performed on them. However, the experience all four of our cats have had at Mill Creek Animal Hospital has been nothing but positive. Dr. Manos is without a doubt a "cat whisperer" as is her team! And I absolutely love how the cats are not removed from the room when being treated. To be able to be present and see our beloved cats are being handled with the most gentle hands calms my cats' nerves as well as myself. When it comes to knowledgeable care, Dr. Manos certainly excels and takes the time to explain specifics if there is a concern. She is an excellent listener, very thorough, and I have never felt rushed with our visits. Mill Creek Animal Hospital is beautiful, clean, and welcoming thus adding to a pleasant experience. When I leave to take my cats home they are always so relaxed following their appointments. Mill Creek Animal Hospital is without a doubt very cat friendly and is worth the extra drive. Everything about the quality of care and the experience is a 5 in my book!
