We’ve been taking our pup to CHFA since we moved to Columbia in 2016. They always take great care of him (and us). We’ve appreciated how Dr. Vaughn spends time with our dog to get him to calm down and helps answer all of our questions. The front desk reception is very helpful, thoughtful, and courteous.

They always take such good care of my babies and are so sweet, kind, and loving people. They have cried with me when I had to let babies go, then even sent me a sympathy card. They truly have a heart for animals! Dr. Vaughn and his staff are just amazing!

High on experience and customer relations not on price. Even though we don't live in Columbia I make the trip down because I get honest opinions from honest, hardworking people. I DON'T trust any vet in Spring Hill or Franklin as I've experienced uneccessary overcharge services.

The staff managed to schedule me the same day in their tight schedule. I was shown to an exam room immediately in case my dog was contagious and was seen promptly and professionally by the vet techs. Dr Vaughn clearly explained what his examination found and described the course of treatment. I left feeling very comfortable with the entire visit. I highly recommend Columbia Hospital For Animals.

The vet was super nice. The techs were awesome. I didn't like that I couldn't go in with my fur baby but I know that will end soon.

Terrific is the best word I can think of how to describe my experience here! They care, listen, & thoroughly explain. Price of treatments never seem outrageous. The only vets office I suggest!!!

I wouldn't go without insurance and if you are in pain might as well stay home but I think that is all hospitals these days. And the bill and money is what they are about no matter what is wrong or how bad basically the bill comes before help. I would stay home before I lost the farm to them it is so expensive better have deep full pockets or a couple good health care plans. Staff in the emergency room are great but who likes a bill collector anyways!! 1 to 10 i give a 7

Outstanding service clean and quality spacious living.

After my first dog died. And there was a relief vet. They over prescribed my second dog. And apparently when the vet writes a note. Jayvonne sings it to you. Even if you spend $300+. you are at the mercy of the office staff. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Vaughan and his team always take great care of my three dogs. He's been our go to vet for 7 years!

This is our dogs regular vet. Our dog was scared. The vet actually sat on the floor to exam our dog and was very kind, trying to make our dog feel less stressed.

The staff and Dr. Vaughn were amazing. I brought my dog in after she was shot by my neighbor. He saved my dog even though I thought I would have to put her down. Everyone was so understanding and so supportive. Even though I was an absolute wreck. Great staff. Obviously the entire staff has a passion for animals. They are extremely Affordable. My animals will never go anywhere else. I can never thank them enough for what they have done for me and my family. Xena Princess of wag thanks you as well.

The vet Dr Vaughn spent more than normal time with us to explain all the details of our dogs condition and answered all our questions before prescribing prescriptions the amount charged for treatment was very reasonable too. Love this office and staff.
