Always take great care of my doggos.

I have three large rambunctious dogs that I take there. They do a good job grooming them and are very patient dealing with them. I usually get an appointment within two weeks.

These folks take pride in their work and adore the animals. They consistently are concerned for their well being while taking full consideration of how I ask them to groom my two (very hairy) dogs.

Honestly it was quite expensive for what they do. I asked them to cut my diddle short for the summer. 1.5 hours and a $100 bill later she was ready for pickup looking almost as shaggy as when I dropped her off. We'll need another cut in a month or so. Not worth what they charge.

This' s my first time doing a bad review. This morning took my dog to Haute dogge grooming salon at noleshville rd i said i i want short cut but keeping his "V chest" like a lion and i get this. she don't even give a shape or something. this is the worst a groomer have done to my dog, almost to cry if could give 0 star i'll do it and there's no way to fix it i feel so bad

I just moved to Franklin and was looking somewhere for my dogs and I really lucked up and found the Haute Dogg grooming. All of the staff a so wonderful and super friendly.

I had a horrible experience here. The first time I brought my dog to get his nails done, it was fine. I went in a second time and they butchered my poor dog’s nails - to the point that it’s taken them a month to recover. Many were cut in the quick, they’ve been splitting because of how short they were cut, they were filed on the front (no idea why) to the point that the color was removed (he has black nails) and all this led to discomfort and limping after the “nail trim.” I think this boils down to lack of experience but this is incredibly dangerous. Do NOT bring your dog here for “nail trim.”

My dog looks darling and smells good. They are very kind to the dogs. They always ask what I want. They take appointments, so a person doesn't need to have thei dog there at 7 am. Cute location. After they are finished, they don't stick them in cages. The dogs are allowed to walk around. They are grooming out in the open area so one can see what they are doing. There is a senior discount.

Smokey walked in happy and a couple hours later walked out happily showing off her new cut. Knowing that she felt comfortable going in and showed no fear when I picked her up, makes this fur Mom happy. Not to mention she has such a precious cut.

Been using this groomer for over a year, and always have a great experience. Our dog comes back smelling thoroughly clean and dried. In the past we have used groomers where she comes back slightly damp, and smells after a few days. I know the employees are dog lovers and I trust that they take good care of my dog while she’s there!!

Not super impressed. Essentially got a shave down that cost over $90 with tip. And no my dog was not extremely matted. I guess it is just easier to shave down than take the time to give a haircut. Also no ear cleaning, nail trim or bandana. …

I was recommended to try this place by a friend! They took really good care of my puppy, the no kennels aspect really kept him comfortable where he has been more nervous with grooming at other locations. They did a great job with his bath and cut too! The facilities aren’t the fanciest but it’s clean and they have great staff that really care about your fur baby! Will be coming again!

We have taken our dogs to Haute Dogge for several years. Jacqueline always takes great care of our pups. Very pleased with the services and the prices.

Scheduled my Aussie online for an appointment. I was very glad they had this option because I hate calling places. They don’t have prices listed online and I should have called prior to taking her. I spent about $40 more than I normally do when I take her somewhere; however, the staff was super and she looked great! My dog seemed happy when I got there, so she must have not minded them! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice groomer. They did forget to give us back her collar, but were nice enough to run it over to my husbands work.

My girlfriend brought in her dog today and it was an absolute disaster. They did a terrible job on our dog's nails. Their customer service after the fact has been horrendous. They have shown absolutely no remorse towards the hack of a job they did. I refuse to ever bring our dog or recommend anyone bringing their pet to this establishment.

The girls at Haute Dogge are amazing! They not only give my two Doodles a perfect cut every time, but also treat them as their own. Jaqueline is a Doodle grooming expert and is so loving to my boys. I love that they do not put our sweet fur babies in crates and let them hang out with other guests. I highly recommend this groomer!

Both of my dogs were groomed well even though one has anxiety issues and the other, a rescue, can be a bit aggressive when triggered. They take great care of them at Haute Dogge.
