We have taken Nash our pup to My Second Home for boarding and grooming for over 3 years. I drive 35 minutes each way on a good traffic day. The facility is very clean and the staff is awesome. They have always treated Nash as one of their own. Leaving Nash is hard for us but when it’s time to do so we feel comfortable leaving him at My Second Home.

They care for our angel with grace and concern we couldn’t ask for a better place to leave my baby when I have to travel.

They are amazing and you can tell that they really love the dogs! My puppy started off shy and unsure but now loves going and cannot wait to see the staff and other puppies. They are helpful, responsive, and always do what they can to help!

I was SO nervous to board my dogs for the first time, thankfully the team here had my back and were AMAZING we will definitely use them in the future! My pugs came home plump (thanks peanut butter treats!) and happy!

I took my cat to be boarded while we went on vacation. The only thing I wish they did. Offer a discount if you provide the food. Seems strange to me that they don't. Other places offer live video feed which would be nice. It's always clean there and the staff are friendly.

If you going to leave you pup for the day, you want to leave him/her in a good environment. Second Home has been our pup's regular stay once a week for over a year. People who truly love dogs!

I have been using my second home since September for anytime I need to board my Dog as well as there grooming services, all the staff are very friendly, very professional. Hailey does a amazing job on grooming my dog Cooper. I would highly recommend using this place if you need a good grooming service or if you need to board your dog. I will definitely be using them long term!

We’ve had an excellent experience taking our pup to My Second Home the last 4 months! We take him for day camp about 3 days a week. They’ve been very flexible and answer quickly with scheduling. The people are so kind - especially Bev! My dog Finn is always SO excited to see her when I drop him off. I feel like Finn is safe when we take him there and he always comes home so tired - a plus! They care about my pet like she is their own! I always feel confident leaving my dog with the MSH team. They are responsible and accommodating. I would recommend this daycare to anyone in the Franklin area.

My Second Home has been incredible for my dog, River. He’s been able to have a safe and supportive environment while socializing with dogs with his temperament. They’ve been so good to watch out for his best interests daily. As a medium dog, sometimes he does better with the little ones if he’s having a lower energy day, but sometimes the big dogs get his energy out of he’s having a more rambunctious day. My Second Home really gets to know their visiting dogs, and that’s honestly a rarity. As for my experience, it helps so much that they open early (6:30) and stay open late (7:00), and they’re very communicative as well. More than that, they are eager to make things right if they ever miscommunicate, and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. I’d recommend them to anyone. My dog comes home with a huge smile on his face everyday. What more could a dog owner want?

My Second Home is truly a home away from home for our dog. We adopted a puppy during the pandemic and quickly learned that we desperately needed help to keep him entertained while we worked from home! The staff welcomed our energetic puppy into the My Second Home family on day one. Bev and the amazing day care team (Hannah, Kyle, and Caroline) nurture and keep the fur babies entertained all day! Our puppy attends day care several days a week, and we never worry about him because we know he's playing and socializing while being supervised by staff members who truly care about him. My Second Home is not just a wonderful place for day care; it is a community of people who genuinely love and invest in all of the "kids" each day. Our puppy is thriving thanks to My Second Home, and we are customers for life!

My dogs have been going to Doggie Daycare at My Second Home Pet Resort for years. They sit by the back door every morning hoping that it is their morning to go to "school." I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at My Second Home. They are professional, they clearly LOVE animals and they are happy to go the extra mile. Bev greets them at the daycare gate, my pups get loved on, played with, and treated like royalty. They attend daycare parties and I scroll through social media hoping to catch a glimpse of my babies enjoying themselves. The facility is wonderful, the staff are A+ and it is without hesitation that I recommend My Second Home Pet Resort.

They do a great job as a dog daycare but grooming is not reliable.

I've been taking my dog to My Second Home since she was a puppy for daycare and boarding and can't say enough about the staff. Bev and her team outside are fantastic and I always have peace of mind dropping Lucy off knowing she is in the best hands surrounded by staff who love dogs. The staff at My Second Home are professional, kind and easy to work with - they take the time to get to know their clients. The best part of the day is picking up your dog and seeing how happy they are, knowing they had a great day and were well taken care of!

Love this place! Great people who clearly love working with pets. My dog loves going to play; she is greeted by name when she arrives. Her tail wagging and affection toward the employees tell me all I need to know!

Our maltizhu has been going to My Second Home in Franklin for day care and boarding for several years and she has fun and is well cared for. I like the consistent staff at the day care gate and the front office too. She likes to watch her friends play and has found a great little perch to do that. She boards several times a year we are pleased with the service and convenience.

Our sweet Nala (boxer) loves the staff and the daycare itself. They are very attentive, accommodating, and love the pups/cats as their own. I highly recommend from boarding to daycare. Our pets are in the best care. Nala loves seeing her friends!

We have used both My Second Home’s grooming and boarding facilities. They have always taken excellent care of our sweet baby. We would definitely recommend them.

My Second Home was a pleasant surprise for us to board our pet. The facility is overall clean and spacious. The staff is exceedingly friendly and try to provide the best customer service. Our dog came home happy and excited to see us, but he was very fond of the staff and really enjoyed their interaction. We did have a slight problem with the billing, but it was resolved quickly and pleasantly. The staff did exactly what they said they would do to care for our dog, and that is a welcome service in today's non customer focused retail environment. We will not hesitate to use My Second Home again for our pet.

Recently I boarded my two dogs and cat at My Second Home. My oldest dog requires heart medication. All pets had been given exceptional care and were returned healthy and calm. The staff are people who can be trusted.

My pup, Betty, has been going to MSH for about 4 years now & I can’t recommend them enough. She goes for daycare 2-3 days a week, gets groomed regularly & is boarded at MSH when I’m out of town. The staff care so much….everyone from Bev at the daycare gate in the morning (a fan favorite with Betty & I), to her groomer (amazing!) to the team at the front desk (accommodating & great customer service). I never wonder how she’s doing or worry about her when I drop her off there (besides the usual “mom” worry) & if I am concerned, I text them for an update & they quickly respond. Thanks for all you do for Betty (& me), MSH! You guys rock!
