Extremely rude at front desk.

My pup loves it there. I ask him if he wants to go to daycare a d he sprints to the door

It's so clean and the people are very nice. I hate leaving my dog at the kennel but if you have to this is a great place to do it.

These guys are the best. Had many dogs and many vets. By far Crossroads Nolensville is the best.

The staff helped us with a very sick dog when our own vet was not available. They were very kind and caring during a stressful time for us.

The staff at Crossroads are always super sweet to our dog Zeppelin. He loves going there and they take great care of him! We know that when we need to board him that he’ll be well taken care of. And they are always there to help if you need to get your pet in to see the veterinarian. Highly recommend!!

We just moved to the area and got a mailer from Crossroads and I'm really glad that we did! Our cat does not like the car or going to the vet, but as soon as we walked in the door, we were given a private room for him to calm down in. Jaime was fantastic with him and gave him so much love and care! By the end of the appointment, I think he would have rather stayed than went home. Do yourself a favor and visit Crossroads. We'll definitely be back next year!

Great place for pets and nice people

We recently just went to the beach and used Crossroads to kennel our dog while we're away. I was so nervous about it since it's his first time being kenneled but after checking in on him, we were told that he's doing amazing and isn't nervous or freaking out! I highly recommend this place!

Our family has spent alot of time at Crossroads and we couldn't ask for better care for our pups. The Payet boxers love the staff and we are so thankful for the knowledge from our awesome Dr. Doerr and all of the staff who take care of and love on our pups everytime we're there (which is quite often)!

Excellent and very caring service.

I went to their opening day and of course it was nice and clean and the people seemed pleasant. So I took my cat there a few days later and they drew blood at the cost of $259 them told me he has an infection in one of his toes and an absess I’m one of his teeth. He needed to be groomed terribly because he’s a long hair in door sensitive cat. We just moved here 8 months ago and he’s been upset. They told me it would cost me a little over a $1000 but they would give me a 10% discount because I told them I was on a fixed income. The next day I went to mill creek vets in Nolensville Across from Martins restaurant on Nolensville rd in Nolensville with all his blood work results. They checked him out and told me $500. Plus’s the senior discount!! Needless to say I made and appointment for what needs to be done on him and I look forward to seeing the end results. By the way my daughter takes her kitty to Mill Neck and has been very happy with them! She needs to cat her cat neutered and found a place to have it down for $50 . .i try to support Nolensville as much as possible but it is still important to compare prices and get references. Oh and I love the Dr and techs there!

We use them for vet care, grooming and boarding. The staff is very nice and take great care of Daisy (miniature dachshund) and Nala (lab mix). Nice clean place and I love the fact that they have sprinkle system. Loving this place very much.

We've had such a pleasant experience since we recently moved and began taking our dog to Crossroads! They are professionally courteous and exceptionally kind. Can't recommend them enough to anyone considering veterinary care.

I have had 3 rescue Boxers from Middle Tennessee Boxer Rescue. Crossroads pet professionals has cared for each one of them! When Roxie died ( at the tender are of 14) crossroads Pet Professionals was there to assist with all arrangements. Max and my new pup, Micki have and never will receive care from anyone ccx else in middle Tennessee. They are caring, knowledgeable and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the pups! Everyone there is professional and courteous. They have all gone above and beyond for me and my pets!!

My puppy fell and hurt her leg and my regular vet was closed. I called Crossroads and explained the situation and they had me in to take a look at her within 30 minutes. The staff and doctor were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new vet for your pet.

Crossroads Pet Professionals is AMAZING. They take great care of our Wheaten Terrier and are extremely dependable for veterinary services.

Very clean, nice staff and excellent spa service!

My pups and I were new to the area and desperate to find a groomer. After leaving our previous groomer after 10 years, we struggled finding anyone who would take the time to get to know my 10 yr old LhasaBichon and work with him so he would not be anxious. I had three groomers in six months one even suggesting after one grooming to put him to sleep every time he was groomed for an extra $70 and a ten yr old!! I just wanted someone to try a little harder. I found Bonnie at Crossroads and I spoke with her and she asked us to come a few days before our appt so Hudson could get to know her and see that I was going to come back for him. For the first visit, she suggested bringing some chicken or fave treat and I did. I was very anxious as was he when I dropped him off. She was kind and gentle and eased my worries at drop off and she put him in the same kennel with his sister. I picked him up and not only did he look great, she said he did so well. He was a little bit of a pain with his face but not any worse than most dogs. She is def the dog whisperer. The facility is clean, professional and obviously animal lovers. The second visit was a lot easier. I have found my groomer and hope she never leaves the area!! I highly recommend. Thank you!!!!

Bonnie groomed my sweet little Bichon Frise and she did a FANTASTIC job. Reasonable prices too. The place was very clean, and the staff was very friendly!

We tried out Crossroads for the first time. Got our two Cairn Terriers groomed. Very impressed from the moment I walked in to pick up later that afternoon. My dogs looked great.

Helpful staff, easy to work with

My dog luna was boarded for a weekend here, and we booked her for full days of playgroup everyday and she is worn out! She has only woken up for potty and food breaks since we brought her home about 24hrs ago

Visiting from out of town and Willow had a two night stay at the resort. She was very well taken care of from the time her human dropped her off until the day of departure from the resort. She was greeted and showered with an over abundance of love and attention. Definitely highly recommend.
