Battleground Hospital has the best Veterinarian's!! and a great staff!

I've been using Battleground Hospital for Animals for over 15 years for all our dog's veterinary, boarding, and grooming needs and would not consider using anyone else. The doctor's and staff are almost like family to us.

I have had my dogs groomed there for years. Julie is the best groomer I have ever gone to! I have had my dogs groomed by Julie for years. She is extremely thorough and always does a tremendous job.

I’m a first time puppy Mom and everyone there has been so patient and kind to me with all of my questions.

Not the cheapest but def the best in town!!

Battleground is WONDERFUL! I’ve had encounters with all three vets with my current dog, and they are all incredible. They are very professional, informative and have nothing but positive things to say about my dog. I appreciate that each vet and staff member can answer my questions with confidence, while also giving different scenarios/options. This business is full of helpful and knowledgeable individuals whom I am SO grateful for. The respect is mutual! Side-note - they often run sales on their website for items like heartworm prevention, which I have found to be rare otherwise. Your pets will love these people as much as they love your pets!

Dr. Bob always spends as much time as needed with us. He listens to us describe our dogs condition and creates a plan for treating him. We recommend!

I would recommend this place for any fur babies! We had a great experience there yesterday! Staff is super friendly and helpful! The groomer did amazing with my 10 yr old dog, that typically has to be sedated. No sedation needed-she did a great job! I saw one of the doctors in August and he went over and beyond- coming out to my car to explain everything to me! Sweet place!

I love this place because they love my babies as much as I do. The entire staff is courteous and helpful. Every time I call they are professional and knowledgeable. I NEVER feel like I'm being sold on doing more than I need to and there's never a sales pitch at the end of the visit. The only time they've sold me something is if I ask for it. That's not to say they never offer anything but they offer in a way that makes you feel like it's a team effort. They treat my animals with respect and you can tell they really care. I've only had the opportunity to work with one of their vets but I adore him and he is very smart. They work quickly also. One of my doggos had an accident and they cleaned him up so nicely. You can trust your babies to this vet.

Absolutely the best all around vet practice we have ever experienced. Dr. Bob, Dr. Jim and Dr. Garrett are amazing caring professionals who have the expertise and heart to care for your animal. Great service and great staff. We know our Finn is in good, safe and caring hands.

Always a positive experience! All of the employees are friendly and caring. The doctors are professional, experienced and take time to explain a pet’s issues or answer questions for owners. I wouldn’t take my cat anywhere else.

Dr. Dawson was a welcome balance of profession, skill, compassion and patience. Having a pet with a very serious illness can be overwhelming for an owner. We look to the medical professional and their team, not just for answers but for diagnosis, options, solutions and comfort all in the same visit. And of course if it’s possible, a hopeful outcome. Dr. Dawson and her team is providing every one of those things to the best of their ability, given the circumstances of my dog’s situation. They have all the skill, knowledge, resources and tools needed and not only that, the vet that I take my other animals to in (green hills) supported me in taking my dog there for this particular situation. It made me feel good to know the two clinics support each other and there’s a positive rapport between the two. There’s more surgery to come and I’m hopeful for my pet, but my first visit was everything I’d hoped for.

Dr. Russell and his staff took very good care of my Marshmallow cat. This was my first visit and I will most certainly call upon them again when needed.

Once again, I am so grateful for the excellent care my dog received at Battleground Hospital. I was called by Dr Bob twice during the day to give me updates in my sweet dog's procedure. It was not only comforting to me but I knew he was in good hands. The staff is extremely kind and professional while being compassionate. They deal with families who are happy, sad, scared and they handle it all with just what you need at that moment. This is my second dog I have entrusted with Battleground Hospital. I've moved further from their office but it is worth it worth the drive to know my special dog gets the care he deserves.

I have been going there for years and the quality of service is always top notch. I feel assured my animals are treated well and take care of during their stays or doctor visits. The groomer there is also exceptional!!

My dogs needed a vet as we are new to the area. Battleground got us in for an introductory appointment in a timely manner. Thank goodness because my dogs got sick a couple of weeks later and they took care of us right away and made me feel good about my choice of vets.
