The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. While in the room the vet and the tech was also very friendly. They helped my little chihuahua with her neck issue by doing chiropractic work on her. She is like a brand new dog. She feels so much better and I’m grateful for the help.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly, The vet tech and Docter were amazing with my dog Boudreaux. Boudreaux felt so comfortable he even gave the Docter a hug. The staff went over details of the bill before they did any services and explained everything thoroughly. There was no surprises with the bill. Thank you so much for the awesome experience!

The whole experience was great and the facility is clean and beautiful.

I was able to get a same day appointment for my injured dog. Everything was taken care of promptly, including a follow up. Each person I met was friendly and helpful.

I am so glad that our very loved chihuahua is in the care of this clinic. The entire staff is friendly and professional. They are quick to get us in if there is a major concern and always gives the breakdown of what they found, what should be done and what to expect on billing. Very courteous staff, who treat frantic pet parents with kindness too. Dr. Masters did an excellent job with Jay's many issues, and since he is feral, that's pretty amazing. I haven't owned a pet since I was a child, so they were good to explain things to me. I recommend them highly.

You guys are the best! We've been taking our pets to Dr. Blaylock since 1994 or so. Drs. Blaylock and Daniel are superb, as is Dr. Masters and all the nurses and techs. And Duke!

Love this place. Very personable. They all know and love my dog. Why only 4 stars? Their weekend pickup schedule. No pickup after 12:30 Saturday. So if you get in after that, you have to pay for another 2 nights and take time out of your work week to get the dog on Monday. They also have to be reminded multiple times to approve dog meds if you are not not getting them through their hospital.

I cannot say enough positive about all of the doctors and staff. I have been taking my pets to them for care for over twenty years. I am fortunate to have such knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring veterinarians and staff available for my pets' medical needs.

This was our first visit here as we just moved to Murfreesboro. From the first phone call, to the technician Abigail, and then our experience with Dr Robinson, it was all first class! Bella was so well taken care of and the visit was very comfortable and informative. Thank you

The vets and staff are super friendly and always so helpful. They are quick to respond and always willing to accommodate my needs. But best of all they are caring and kind to my furry kid!

I had a very good visit despite my cat being diagnosed with a heart murmur. The nurse and doctor were able to explain the next steps and make me feel a bit better regarding the diagnoses. They were very professional and empathetic to my situation and gave me a treatment plan to follow up with them on.

Every other vet I have been for with my kitten, has been horrible and left my kitten in a very aggravated state (and told me that she was aggressive). After just ONE visit here I know this is not true at all. They explained what they were doing with her, let her warm up to them before working with her, and were playing with her a bit too! She only got annoyed at one point (when he (i can’t remember his name, just that it started with a B) opened her mouth to look at her teeth) and other than that, she was so calm and didn’t bite or scratch at all! Definitely proved the other vets wrong and this will be my new vet for sure! So happy i found this place!

I felt that the staff was happy to see Cowboy. I love that they acknowledged him when we came in, not me. Sure, I'm the mommy, but Cowboy is the patient. He was very comfortable and even showed off a little. This was my first experience taking a bird to the vet and I am very pleased.

Where do I even start? My husband and I are so happy we found Animal Care Veterinary Hospital. We have two dogs - one senior dog and one younger. Anytime we bring them here we know they will will recieve the best and most informed treatment. Our senior dog recently had a back injury. Luckily, Animal Care Veterinary Hospital offers animal chiropractic care with Dr. Daniel! Our senior dog was doing better after 2-3 visits. Dr. Daniel is our go-to Dr. here because of our senior dog, but every veterinarian that we have seen has been nothing short of wonderful. The offices are clean, the vet techs are profession and so warm towards the animals, parking is convenient, and the care is top-notch.

They fit my very injured green-cheek conure in last second, gave him the best care they could provide and then gave us honest advice on what he needed. They showed us compassion and professionalism even though they were already fully booked for the day. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a good vet.

Dr. Robinson is fantastic. So gentle and patient with my very afraid dog. The staff is all very professional and yet personable and knowledgeable. I feel that we are in very good hands for both our dog and cat!

Absolutely phenomenal facility. We boarded our 2 cats while on vacation, and had them neutered while they were there. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. It truly made a difference going on vacation with peace of mind that our babies were being taken care of. We're grateful for everyone that took care of our little fur kids and are thankful to have this amazing office.

Following appointments at other veterinary offices in the area, finally have found one that is genuine in their care and services to pets and their humans. They are thorough in assessment and options for further care and intervention in conditions presenting in your four legged kids! I am grateful to have found them!
