This place is the best and sadly I've tried many for my two large lab mixes. The front desk lady is not friendly at all, but once you get past her to Dr. Watlington, you'll be fine. He takes his time to talk with me about whats going on with my fur babies and is very thorough without going overboard and making me pay for tests that aren't neccessary. I always feel better after I leave and so do my pets. I highly reccomend Indian Hills.

I just started taking my two dogs here a few weeks ago (just by sheer luck, I've had to go up there 3 times in the last 3 weeks) ???? But honestly I could not be happier! They are very attentive, their prices are reasonable, and they are so good about fitting us in! I love it there and the staff is great. They're stuck with us forever now ???? My "Rosie" and "Hailey" both highly recommend! (and so do I!)

My go to spot for expert care for my Dogs! Fair prices and warm faces, very happy that it's so easy to access from the road aswell for a smooth easy turn in with the doggies loaded in the van! Thank you for being our doggie doctor!

The staff is friendly and show concern for both of our babies. We have a lab/pit mix and so many other vet clinics want her to wear a muzzle because she is scared. They don't make her wear one because it scares her even more. They take their time letting her get used to them. They love on her and take great care of her.

I have been coming to this office for several years and the care has been great. Recently I was to board my Cairn Terrier and prior to dropping him off he had diarrhea. Dr. Watlington let me board and treated my dog while there. He called several times to give me updates on how he was doing and what he was doing for him giving me peace of mind while we were away. I love this office!

This is the worst vet I have ever dealt with. "Dr" Watlington is arrogant and talks down to people. His wife is,a horrible groomer and his front staff is rude. My cat was injured after being grounded, he was fine when I dropped him off. Do not trust these people.

I took my pup there for his shots and senior check up, and I went back immediately after being greeted with kind waves. My dog is known to have aggression issues and he did amazing. All the staff there are very good at handling the animals and keeping them calm! Would recommend!!!

Hands down the best place I have ever taken my dog to. Staff is so sweet and helpful and the doctor is amazing. Highly recommend!!

I took my pet to see the doctor today and was told he would not write a prescription for heartworm medicine to Chewy, where I have been getting my medicine for 3 yrs. Would not go back to this vet.

They always take good care of all my doggies. Vet is great. Very knowledgeable. Grooming is superior!

They leave dogs outside for hours during the day in the heat and let them bark their heads off the entire time. Not good for the dogs or for the surrounding neighborhood.

We've been using Dr. Watlington since we got our first dog. Him and his staff have treated us well and taught us much over the years. He's got a very practical and caring approach with our animals.

This place is great! I've taken my dog here for 12 years. Jim and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and you can tell they care for the animals. I highly recommend.

Had a appointment set up 2 weeks in advance got a call an hour before telling me my appointment was cancelled because they were too busy.

We had a stray dog that needed to be scanned for a microchip on the day before Thanksgiving and were told by the woman at the front desk that they do not have a scanner. It is my understanding that all veterinary locations must have one. We left feeling like they blew us off because they didn't want to get up. Their other reviews are positive and I hope this is an one off experience.

Dr. Jim Watlington and his staff have always treated our dogs with compassion and the greatest care. We have been "family" since 2004.

I would never leave my animals at this place. They have horrible customer service. The vet is extremely unprofessional. I have never experienced such rude, unacceptable behavior in my life!

Couldn't help but chuckle this morning. So my animals have been banned from Indian Hills Vet and their groomer (who is his wife and is very good) Because of a disagreement I had with his diagnosis 6 years ago on one of my dogs. Arrogance simply arrogance.

I want to thank the vet for taking my dog in quickly and fully observing him by taking your time to find out what was going on. I'm blessed to report that Cash is back to normal.
