We found Pet Suites to be a great place to board our German Shepherd. They provide play time for socializing which was great for him, to have other dogs his size to wear off all his excess energy. I love the idea of him having his own room rather than being kept in a cage at night. Prices seem to be competitive with other boarding facilities. Everyone we spoke to there was very nice and accommodating as well. Ranger says that's where he wants to stay for his next sleep over.

I just left a rating and not a review and I am editing that to write a review. Let me just say. I LOVE PETSUITES! I have been taking my dog, Guinness, to another PetSuites (Indianapolis location) for 3 years. I just recently moved to Nashville and used this PetSuites to board my dog overnight for the first time. I have never had a PetSuites message me updates about my dog during their grooming appointment and I thought that was absolutly amazing. They also provided a bandana after his grooming season. I paid a bit extra for a late pick up and it didnt break the bank. My dog always loves staying at PetSuites and always comes back happy and looking like he enjoyed his time. If looking for a place to board your animal overnight, I highly recommend PetSuites

Great location and staff seems really nice. I have put my dog in nicer places that do not nickel and dime you. For just boarding is almost $40 and to get them some play time it’s up to another 30 a day.that seems way too much for what they actually have. They also do not have cameras yet to see the dogs during the stay which is really hard. The thing they have going for them is their hours which is why I will ultimately have my dog stay this one week with them but will be looking for something more. Murfreesboro needs a camp bow wow!!!

We have been taking our dog to PetSuites for daycare/boarding since she was just 3 months old. We love how friendly the staff is, how clean it is inside, and most importantly we love how much our dog enjoys going! It’s also very convenient that they offer grooming services. Would definitely recommend for your pet care needs!

The staff was nice when checking our pup in and out for boarding, the front of the facility looked awesome, but service was terrible. There were no updates to our pet, even in response to messages they sent. We weren't informed of the bleeding our dog had developed on her underside from constant licking during her stay. I'm sure it isn't as bad as it seems, but at the end of the visit all I was left thinking was "Did they even pay attention to my dog? Do they pay attention to any of the dogs?" We most likely won't be returning for their services unless the other boarding places in and around Murfreesboro are full.

My doggie seems to enjoy his visits for day play there. They are very professional and facility is very clean.

My boy Rio LOVES it there!! He is always excited when we pull into the parking lot and when I pick him up he gives kisses to all his friends (animals and people alike!). I don’t have human children, so my dog is my baby- my world! So having a safe, fun place to take him while I work long hours really eases my mind. The staff is friendly and they are even beginning to recognize me when I come to pick Rio up. When he got a minor injury from playing too rough, the staff text me AND called me to make sure I knew and took special care of him while they waited for me to pick him up. It is absolutely obvious how much they love my boy (and all the animals there!) and I look forward to leaving my social butterfly for the day because I know he will be well loved on and carefully looked after while I’m away! 10/10 recommend this business! Thank you for all you guys do for my boy and me!! Pictures cause hims a cute boy!!

My Beagle loves this place

I called and left multiple messages to book a time. No one bothered to call me back. I booked at Pet Safari. At least they answered their phone!

My dogs have been going here since the opening, and they get super excited when they get in the car and know they are going to daycare! They always are super happy when they come home and worn out from having so much fun! The staff are very knowledgeable and responsive, and are always friendly and genuinely care about the pets!

I will NEVER bring my dog to this place again! Out normally facility was booked for the 4th weekend so we had to use this place. First, the people were not very friendly and honestly I felt they could care less about dogs! Second, this place will Charge you for everything. The fact I have to buy a package for my dog to be let extra is crazy! You are there to take care of the dogs! Third, my dog came home and seemed very stressed, 6 days later we now have a dog who ended up with severe kennel cough and very sick. After looking at the reviews it looks like this has happened in the past with lots of other people! Please beware!!

We started going here back in Aug 2020 and the front office staff then was personable, friendly, welcoming and knew my pet upon arrival. Now with most of the original front office staff gone, the newer staff are not as welcoming or knowledgeable and comes off quite rude sometimes. I really miss how it was before, but my dog still enjoys coming so we still attend. It would be nice if they trained the staff as they did when it opened… it was amazing!!

Fabulous place, staff, stuff, and surprisingly affordable.

My Nyx was being difficult, but the amazing staff did their best to try to accommodate the little angry beast. While I was very pleased with her temporary condo, she was less than thrilled and a family friend picked her up early. Staff was very friendly and kept me up to date with my daily picture (of an obviously unhappy cat - but not their fault! I was concerned she might react to her first stay away with rage) and any time texts and phone calls. Thanks for your patience with the furball!

Our dog loved day care there so we decided to board them 4th of July week of 2021. His belongings were wet and soured, he had hives, an eye infection and kennel cough when we picked him up. No effort was made to contact at any point to let us know of his health condition.

In Florida and get a call we have to come pick up our rescue. We informed them she is all bark and no bite and very timid, but without trying anything we have to try and figure out how to get our dog while we're 8 hours away. They just bailed on us. It's a dog that just got locked up. The staff is not fit for the job. Or the whole thing needs to be re thought out.

Great place to taking care your dog, they are very dedicated to your dog and always focus on delivery an outstanding customer service to your dog and the owner. The dogs have a lot of fun.
