D and Emma was so wonderful!! They helped us so much when it came to adopting our boxer, Fury. They were so personable and kind. Everyone there is!!

Our dachshund was originally purchased from this store as a Mother's Day gift. (We re-homed her at age 4 months from the original owners.) She was born April 7 so obviously taken too early from her mother which we did realize at the time. We believe this greatly contributed to her current issues. Despite being raised in a quiet home with no children, she has developed acute anxiety issues and we are now working with an animal behaviorist to help her over come the anxiety which has grown worse with age. She will be 7 in April. I have had dachshunds my entire life and this is my first dog via a pet store (and the last). I have never experienced this with my other dogs. The previous comments about the condition of the dogs turn my stomach. DO NOT PURCHASE A DOG FROM THIS STORE. There are several reputable breeders in TN or adjacent states or better yet many rescues with dogs just waiting for their forever home.

My daughters sure loved visiting Petland, the staffs there are terrific. They were so helpful with my kids. Thank you Petland staff!!

The dogs are very skinny! The trays look like they haven't been cleaned. They have a Great Dane that is VERY skinny. The price for the dogs are outrageous. The dogs a locked in small kennels all day. Not taken outside. Just poor conditions for dogs to be in.

This place was SO CLEAN and the staff was extremely friendly! Their puppies were super active and playful too

Any place that doesn't clearly post prices and requires you to listen to a "value added" story before you hear the actual price is more "used car lot" than anything else. No thanks.

Our experience was amazing. The staff was very kind and patient with us. We were able to look at a few puppies until she found the one she fell in love with. We are very happy and they provided everything we needed to take him home. Highly recommend

Idiotic If you're paying $5k-$6k for a dog you have more money than sense. There are breeders who will sell you the same pup with the same or better warranty for $700-$1500. Or, you could go to a shelter and really do some good. The only reason you want a breed is to use as an accessory not a friend!

Really great to work with and very helpful with picking out a puppy

I thought this place was just your typical pet store. I was wrong. They also sell dogs from breeders. They have so many sweet puppies but this little girl caught our eyes. She is a 11 week old soft coated wheaton terrier and she was amazing with our two girls. Our daughters are 3 and 7 and they loved playing with her. Sadly we could not get this sweet girl right now. Hopefully we can go back once finances get better so we can be approved for her or a puppy like her. This breed is perfect for our family! Thanks for all of the help, Jess!

We played with a puppy that we were told had knee issues….and they still wanted full price (over 5k) for him! He was such a sweet dog with a great temperament, but the price was insane. I asked if the dog was AKC registered, and the young person helping us immediately say yes. That was a complete lie. The only pro about this place is they are very diligent about cleaning and sanitizing, and insist that you do between dogs as well.

Jess helped us get ziggy out of the store and into our home within a few days!!! She was amazing and went through every option possible for us to be able to finance our newest addition to our beautiful little family!!! ❤ Thank you from the bottom of my heart young lady!!!

Visited early July and they signed me up for a credit card I didn’t agree to. One male staff member was also incredibly rude and was trying to guilt trip me into buying a puppy I knew I couldn’t afford (6k+). If a pet place offers payment plans for a puppy like it’s a car you know they’re not worth supporting. Praying for the sweet puppies being exploited here.

Decent collection of pet supplies. A little on the higher end price wise. Some puppies looked a little too skinny, being able to see the rib cage. If you zoom in on the puppy sleeping with the ribs showing you can see what appears that the tray hasn't been washed in a while. There was a lot of urine in that tray that no puppy could've made in one day. Yes you can get purebred puppies here, do shelter puppies a favor and look there first before you go here. This was more of a petting zoo where you take a date, is what the store felt like.

The workers were so nice! Helped us with every question we had and were very patient with us. You can definitely tell they are not just trying to do what’s best for the dog but also what’s best for the owners!

The whole staff was amazing! We were able to play with several puppies and found our perfect puppy! I highly recommend Petland if you’re looking for a new member of your family!

Wish I had the option to give 0 stars. Went to go look at a Corgi, they don’t tell you prices online, they want you to come in person and that’s when they try to push you into buying a puppy, it cost over $6,000!! That’s outrageous. Also the employee that took my info opened an account with pet land and applied for a credit card with my info without even asking if I wanted a card! Idiots.

This place sold us a dog with a lot of stomach problems and the dog is off like mentally and they get you to use their vet who clearly acts like the dog just started to have issues so the bill goes to you and not them. This place is over …
