This place has been my family go to place for dropping dogs offer any vacation that we've ever gone on for years. They get the job done right, and I highly recommend the services they provide.

Coal just completed a trial 2 night boarding and it was a very positive experience for both of us. I called to check on him because I was nervous, but Coal was just fine. When we picked him up, we could see he was happy and well cared for, and Chelsea said she really enjoyed him. ????.

Trim dog's nails too short. Dog was tired upon pickup and lacked energy for two whole days.

We love it here! They are always communicative and transparent about how our dogs have done. Each of our three dogs have some behavioral quirks that they accommodate and work with!!

They take very good care of my dog. Their prices are reasonable.

This is usually the place I take my dogs to get groomed, but today will be the last time my dog will get groomed here. Last time they didn’t cut down his nails and they grew out so long. Today when they tried to cut his nails because they were so long, it took 3 people. He was misbehaving because I assume he was in pain. If the job was done right, it would not have took all that. I don’t know if there is a new or different groomer but I’m am very dissatisfied with the last two visits. I asked to not completely shave his man parts and it was done.

Very accommodating folks. Grounds are clean and well kept, never had a problem there. My dog can't wait to get inside when we pull up to the building, I think that says a lot. Prices are very reasonable and they have Sunday pick up times.

I love Custom Kare because my dog loves ???? Custom Kare. She is always excited to go there and feels like she is home. The staff give her excellent care and I know that she is well cared for. I recommend Custom Kare for anyone who needs excellent care of their pet.

I love this place so much!!! I wish I was eating there food right now! So good. You should visit in the mornings. They have a great Moca Frappuccino that is delightful and a Caramel one as well!!!!

Couldn't be happier with how well they took care of our two very large dogs. It was obvious by the way the dogs acted that they were very content being cared for here. We are new to the area, so this meant a lot to us. We will absolutely be back!

This place is great! My family was relocated to the area and at the last minute our housing got pushed back. Custom Kare Kennel was so helpful and took great care of our two dogs with no hassle. This was during the pandemic and we couldn’t have asked for better service!

My dogs got groomed for a reasonable $$ Bridget is wonderful.

I’ve been meaning to post my review since mid July. We’ve used Custom Kare for boarding for the last 3 years while we go on vacation and we’ve always been pleased. Our Aussie always comes home happy and healthy and earlier this year we adopted a Pug and he went for his first boarding this July too and came home happy as well. We’ve never had any issues and they are always happy to give us updates when we call to check on them while away. Thanks for taking care of our pups!!

Had a great first experience here. Left my boys over the weekend. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Puppers came back smelling fresh and looking happy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommend.

This was the only boarding place I trusted my dog Tobe with when I lived in Murfreesboro. You can't beat the price and you can tell the staff really cares about the animals that stay there. I appreciated being able to check up on my dog and order things for him via call, and they always gave me super thorough updates about him. I recommend this kennel because it's a good value and I have always trusted the staff with my dog. I could tell he was happy after he left and he always left smelling clean and smiling!

When you have your Babies boarded here and they give the free bath and you request their groom service, make sure it is an experienced one. When I had my babies at this establishment the groomer was an inexperienced groomer that did not know what she was doing and when it was made known they offered a free groom instead of refunding the money as they should have. Will Never Teturn because my Baby was traumatized. They could care less because they got their money for a service never received. SMDH

Reported to the BBB they are registered. Easy to fill out online. Wouldn’t have done this but they do not answer or call back after giving their number. They like to play a game of cat and mouse. They have no sincerity or consideration to their customers complaints.
