Initially, we were hesitant to bring our baby here due to the iffy reviews. I cannot begin to understand the poor reviews based on today's experience! They worked us in quickly, and we’re very kind. The vet tech did a great job listening to our concerns, and they promptly took Milli back to give her a thorough examination. They diagnosed Milli and got us out the door in a reasonable timeframe and with very affordable prices. I would highly recommend Blue Pearl to anyone that needs a knowledgeable veterinarian and clean, well-run facility!

We went in thinking we were gonna have to put down our pug because he was having seizures and severe leg pain, he could barely walk. We got there and they took him to a different room, not even letting us be present with him while they did God knows what to him for 45 mins. (Thinking this is gonna be the last time we see him.) After waiting and still not seeing him, the vet didn’t even see us in person, even though she’s was in the SAME BUILDING she just gave us a phone call (not even a video call) and sounded like an amateur college student reading out of a textbook. Didn’t even address his legs, which was the main issue. Sounded like she didn’t care. We were sent home with seizure meds and no answers. We were overcharged. Worst vet experience we’ve ever had. Will not be coming back.

We had to unexpectedly take our girl to have her put to sleep last week. It happened at 3:30am and while it wasn’t what we had wanted for her at the end (we wanted her at home) Blue Pearl was exceptional. The receptionist and the vet were both so very kind and gave us all the time we needed both before and after. I could not be more thankful.

Called for an emergency c section and they directed me to their Franklin location where I was told my bill would start out at $6,000-$7,000. I don’t know of very many people that can afford that. It’s crazy they would let an animal suffer because their prices are so outrageous.

I have to say this is first time using an ER vet. I came in no X Ray on chest or abdomen no blood work. My dog was breathing funny, throwing up foam, and runny nose. I was sent home and told to give Benadryl. The following morning my dog would not eat or drink and foaming at the mouth. Took to regular vet who performs blood work and x taus and diagnosed my dog with kennel cough. What a waste of 115.00 for nothing at all.

My dog needed emergency care so I brought him into Blue Pearl. I was told to wait curbside during the physical exam until they could report their findings and discuss with me the plan of treatment. I was told that there were three ahead of me but to remain waiting. Well, they could have notified me that it takes an hour or so per exam because I was waiting in my car for four hours. After finally completing the exam, I was told he needed an entire army worth of investigational work which totaled into a grand plus. You gotta love places that attempt to guilt trip people into spending as much money, as soon as possible, or your beloved pet may die. I will definitely not return, they do not have any consideration to peoples time or money.

Very capable staff, but be prepared for a very long wait. I waited over 3.5 hours before seeing the vet.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE IF IT REQUIRES INTENSIVE TREATMENT or prepare to be manipulated out of every Penny you have available simply because they know you love your pier they pry on it. I brought my dog in bc he had been diagnosed with parvo. I provided full detailed background along with sent emails on what was already done, and even brought current medications with me. I explained we’d been to a hospital and I’d spent at least $600 already and couldn’t afford much more. I’d applied for care credit before arrival and told them for my dogs remaining care all I had was $1000 of care credit. They don’t provide inpatient longer than 6p to 6a and regardless of what time your pet is taken in you are still charged 12 hr care. You have to pick your pet up by 630a and bring back by 6p to resume “inpatient” care. I was charged 1,049. Then told my dog needed to be hospitalized based off the same initial symptoms along with a CBC that was taken At 11 the night of his stay in which he didn’t go in till 10. The hospital they called confirmed full 5 day inpatient treatment less than 5 miles away was 1400. I was deprived of the information that treatment to a vet hospital they are very acclimated to as well as have mutual employed clinicians would give my pet a better chance of survival with the funds I had available. As long as they got paid that was what mattered at the end of the day. BEING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD IT’S NEVER IDEAL TO SAY TRY ANOTHER PLACE BUT BEING HUMANE AND EMPATHETIC SHOULD BE A QUALITY POSSESSED IN ALL AREAS OF PROFESSION WHERE YOU ARE CARING FOR OTHERS. My dog was ROBBED OF A CHANCE TO HAVE prolonged care provided, As his mother I was DENIED OF RESOURCES, and all because Bluevine wanted to get their peace of money as well. OK ON THE UPSIDE THE CARE TEAM WAS IMMACULATE DR. Loftin and technician Heather were great however I can’t be happy when it might cost my Lucky his life. I can’t imagine how they were even able to look a pets family member in their face and I couldn’t even gather enough strength to do the same. By Far THE WORST!

Since the influx of pet parents bringing their fur babies to the vet has increased since last year, I couldn’t get my pup in his regular vet without 4 and 5 hour wait times. Even though he was a regular. I took him to Blue Pearl for a skin breakout that had gotten very bad. I called the Murfreesboro location and they said Come On! We went and may have had a 30 minute wait which was great. Hendrix was seen and even though they had no topicals to give me, he received a shot and was sent home with a prescription. This morning I woke up and Hendrix looks and feels better! No scratching, way less redness and some areas dried up. I was so happy. He got some relief finally after 3 weeks of suffering and I finally got some Peace of mind and a good nights sleep! I cannot Thank Blue Pearl enough for getting my baby in and out in less than an hour. The provider was very nice and understanding. The tech covered all bases and I was even given the name of a dermatologist in Nashville to have tests run and see why he has these breakouts and care plans for how to move forward. I didn’t know where to turn for help but now I do. Hendrix’s problem may not have been an emergency but it could have been. Once again.. thank you all for everything you have done. Did I mention the price was reasonable as well? Kudos and Accolades to you all! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Noel and the vet tech, Hannah, were wonderful in taking care of my dog after she was attacked by another dog. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was able to make informed decisions about my dog's care. This was the first time I ever had to take my dog to an emergency vet, and while I hope to never do it again, I would absolutely bring my dog back should she ever need emergency care again.

Smart staff and well intended. Unfortunately, not the best in communication with patient families and somewhat critical of care. We are at the ER because we love our pets. Please take care in approach and lecture.

Just the fact it's open at different hours is amazing. Combine that with great care and fast service...AMAZING. My dog hurt his leg and I couldn't get him in ANYWHERE! Literally! Then I found this place and they took him in immediately upon opening. Took maybe 45 minutes tops. Thank God for this place and the people that take good care of our true best friends!

I’ve only been here once but the help I got for my pet cat made a huge difference! If I hadn’t brought him in when I did, I don’t know if he’s still he here.

Took my dog here they did blood work, fluids and and antibiotics. The cost was unreal. And still could not diagnose her. Her vet did in 20 minutes and was 1/4 of price I paid this place.

This is not a place anyone wants to have the need to visit but I'm certainly glad they were there. Although our experience ended in heart break from my initial phone call to arrival and throughout the entire process Dr. Yates, Jennifer, and Hope were all very professional, courteous, and extremely kind.
