Prices are very good, and the doctor wanted to try to eliminate all table food before doing a $300 dollar test for a stomach disorder. It has worked so far. People there are so nice. Really recommend this place. Plus they have a pharmacy that is very cheap on drugs

I can’t say enough positive about this vet. We are traveling and our 13 year old dog got sick. I called 5 vets and this was the only one that would take a new patient. Prompt, thorough service. Friendly helpful staff. I highly recommend this clinic!!❤️????

It’s ridiculously expensive and it was not clean. I’d suggest you call around and find a cleaner and more affordable place.

I have been taking my pets to Village Veterinary Hospital for 14 years. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ed Lehman and the staff. Getting an appointment has never been a problem, nor has getting a pet worked in right away if needed. Dr. Lehman takes the time to explain what is going on with my pets health or why further tests may be needed. He has the time to answer any questions. He is mindful of expenses of someone on a budget, doesn't do unnecessary tests, and is willing to try a course of treatment before doing tests in some cases. And when expenses have added up he has allowed me to break the cost into payments. The pets wellbeing, not the money, are his priority. Costs have been reasonable for the services, testing or treatments done. His diagnosis, treatment, and advice have always been good. I've even been able to call after hours and get return phone calls and answers. The whole office has always been very supportive and accommodating. I would highly recommend Dr. Lehman and Village Vet, and feel lucky to have such a wonderful resource close by.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABY HERE! THEY DO NOT TREAT YOUR BABIES WELL! Please. Do. Not. Go. Here. I am begging you. I have had one too many bad experiences. I took my new, healthy Aussie puppy for shots and the vet overloaded her and got the dosage wrong and then proceeded to charge me for anti nausea medication. They the misdiagnosed my family dog and she ended up dead. She was neglected while there no doubt and my family was not allowed to pick her up even though they were open. We ended up taking her to UT Med and they said it seemed as if she had drowned and that her lungs were soaked. If you are in the area please check out South Wind Animal Hospital!

They worked in my dog as a new patient on the same day when he was having some bad skin problems. He was scared and they were all very compassionate and kind. I have found a great vet through the recommendation of friends and family. Thankful to have them in our community!

I've been going to Village Vet for around 25 years. I really enjoy going there. They take the time to talk to you about your animal and everyone at the front desk is wonderful. I've only had great experiences here. They've been taking care of my Chihuahua for over 17 years.

The actual vet guy is amazing however the vet tech that was holding my cat was awful and is the reason I won’t be returning I brought both my cats in for there yearlys and my older cat is bigger doesn’t even feel it ig the younger one doesn’t care for strangers touching her I was fine with her holding her neck I knew that she’d get upset and meow and she did and the vet tech was like shaking her neck around like wth change your career someone who cares for animals would never the cats gonna meow she’s upset it takes like not even 30 secs to give her the shot

We had just moved to town and didnt have a vet set up so called on a Saturday to see if they would do an emergency appointment for my older dog.they said bring her right in. The compassion on the staff was amazing. Came back to refill...walked in and got her med with 15 min.

Worst Vet ever! Highly judgemental against the pets owner! Absolutely no compassion! Not a good place!!! I wish there was a lower rating that I could give them!

It is always hard for me to find a place to board my dog. Since I consider them a family member, I want their stay to be a pleasant one. Village Vets has always been professional and helpful with my at-times chaotic schedule. Their prices are low, and their location is well-equipped in case something does go wrong. I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this place for your doggies!

Absolutely fantastic, friendly and professional. They were able to board our Elvis on short notice after recent surgery. I can't recommend them highly enough...

My dog has went here the whole 12 years of his life. I was very disappointed today when I went in to pick up medicine and found that none of the front office staff wear a mask. I asked the office manager why this was the case and she said "it just didn't work for them". So CDC pandemic guidelines doesn't work for them ? How ignorant and unthoughtful. We will never set foot in such an unprofessional place ever again. We've already made a future appointment at Mountain Highway Vet where ALL the staff and ALL the clients are REQUIRED to mask.

Our cat Pebbles was a patient at Village Vet. In 2019 I’d taken her in on an emergency visit as they told me to come on get her soon as you can. It was my son’s birthday. All I wanted was her to stay alive past his birthday. The did an awesome job, in which she rebounded quickly. Fast forward to this year. Pebbles started to go down. We took her in annually for check ups. The vets were very attentive to her as she was a rescue we’d had for 9 years. She was 15 years old tortoiseshell. We took her in when the doors opened on Thursday. February 25. They took good care of her giving her a shot and fluids. Let me know if not working call back. She had arthritis, several seizures, and a stroke by Friday evening. I called speaking with Marilynn. She told me to call when we got up on Saturday morning to bring her in for a euthanasia. It was Pebbles time to go. She was suffering. Pebbles slowly drifted overnight. As we arrived she started to passing at the lobby in my arms. The staff swiftly had us in a room. Pebbles heartbeat was faint. The vet give her something to relax. It didn’t help. Then a shot to let her cross the Rainbow Bridge in my arms. We couldn’t be more pleased with the care given to Pebbles and compassion shown as Pebbles crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Once she left us the vet took her back and placed her in a nice box for us to bury her in. The fees were exactly what was quoted. That included a paw print. In September I’d brought my mother’s cat back from Southeast GA to keep, as my mother had passed in late August. They’ve been the best I could ask for with Pixie. If anyone is in need of a euthanasia of an animal I would give them 10 stars on compassion, professionalism, and fees. The closure I have this morning is due to the compassion given as Pebbles crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Due to my emotions it was the young female vet with long hair. She’s been Pebbles vet for a long time. I could see her holding back emotions as well.

Went in today for a visit for my dog and over heard the front desk girls talking bad about someone that called in to work because they were exposed to COVID and then how she was exposed to COVID.she then proceeded to blow her nose. Called the manager to make sure I wasn't going to get charged and he could have cared less. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I am disgusted by the inept service that I received here....I come in to my appointment to have an exam done on my dog with the possibility that I might have to euthanize him and the receptionist says to me first thing " Are you going to be taking the body home"? ....next the veterinarian prescribed three times the recommended dosage for my dog than is safe, I'm surprised he didn't die... I should have known better when there was no discussion of doing blood work. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone, the building is nice, unfortunately that's what your paying for.

I took one of my dogs here as my normal vet did not have an appointment for a week and he was not eating and I could tell he felt really bad. They took him in and found he had a blockage, we thought it passed the next day but he wasn't feeling better within about a day after that, so they did surgery and found the blockage. They kept him for a few more days and now he is back home. I worked with Dr. Leham and he has been fabulous. I could tell he truly cares about the pets he cares for and fixed my boy up. He is already feeling a million times better. They are also very reasonably priced.

This is the worst place ever. We had to put our Boston Terrier to sleep on 02/09/2019, they told us it would be around $72.00 not a problem to pay it at all. My husband took her he was so distraught when he left and did not look at the receipt, he just handed over his debit card, when he got home I realized they charged us extra for an exam which she did not have before they put her to sleep, the vet lied and said he examined her before he would give her the shots and he did not, he came in and gave her the shots and she was gone. He lied about the exam and charged for the extra fee. I called and talked to the lady who answered the phone and she was rude and said the vet had notes, he lied about his notes and the exam. She would not refund the money..worst place ever. I will not go back and I will not recommend it, I am changing vets and I feel sorry for the people who have had this happen to them before. We put our old lab to sleep their last summer and their was no extra exam fee for him and all of a sudden there is a fee for her. I will NEVER go back there.

I have to say, today was my best experience taking my dog to the vet. I arrived 45 minutes early! We were taken back within minutes after arrival. Dr. Lehman came into exam room within minutes. My Bailey was suffering from severe skin allergies. After a shot of antibiotics & steroids, my sweet baby felt much better. We left with shampoo and apoquel. The best part was I did not have to take out a loan for payment! Very efficient and reasonable. No unnecessary tests or unnecessary extra meds. Plus they have their own pharmacy with prices as reasonable as allowed by manufacturers guidelines. I only wish I had found Village Veterinary Hospital sooner.

This vet hospital helped me and my dog a lot up to the very end. He had to stay overnight for 3 days and they did a bunch of extra tests for free. When it was time to go, they helped us get him cremated. I recommend this hospital to the highest degree. You are treated like family there.
