Staff and docs have always treated me and mine wonderfully and taken care of issues and concerns or made a recommendation when needed. Been going here for well over 10 years and will continue to do so for years to come.

Chilhowee is great! My small dog was acting extremely lethargic. We wanted to see how she progressed throughout the day, and we were leaving the next day for a holiday trip, so time was limited. At 3:30 PM I decided to give them a call, and they had no availability, but because of my situation they let me bring her in. She turned out fine, but the friendly service and flexibility made it an enjoyable experience.

They were able to work me in and didn't rush the exam. Thorough. Thoughtful. My kitty loved them.

My visit with Chilhowee Veterinary Clinic was awesome. My cat hates the 7 minute car ride. She cries all the way there and back. My appointment was for 8 a.m. l got there a couple of minutes early and texted the office of my arrival and to check in. They told me to wait in my car and I would be call back when they were ready for us. In just a few moments they called and said they were ready and reminded me to wear my mask. They met me at the door and led me directly to the examination room. The the Dr and nurse came in and was very nice and polite with me and caring with my cat. I told the vet about her not liking to ride in the car. She said next time to let them know the day before. They would give me something to calm my cat for her visit. She also gave me a couple of tips to help get my cats weight down a bit. The staff that I enter acted with were amazing. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a wonderful place to take your, to take them here.

Efficient and knowledgeable staff gave us good service and close to our appointment time.

Cooper and I had a very good experience at this Vet Clinic very happy they were short-handed but still took the time to hear what I had to say and make suggestions to me they are amazing I also had a question about my turkeys and they took the time to listen and talk to me about that too I'm quite pleased and glad to have found them for our veterinarian for our babies

Absolutely love this place, they have been our fur babies Vet and boarding providers for at least 15 years if not longer, they are a truly amazing group of animal loving folks.

I HIGHLY recommend this veterinary clinic. After having a bad experience with another veterinary office in Maryville, this clinic provided my cat with wonderful, compassionate care, giving me options for comfort and treatment and assisting me in making decisions about his future. I will use them for all of my future pets.

I have been going here for years. Everyone has always been So nice and kind. Now since Covid has been around you can go to the clinic they have a number to text them that you are there they will get back to you when they are coming out for your pets. This is just wonderful way to stay safe and it’s very helpful too. The ladies are so nice great place.

The doctor she and her Assistant were so kind to me when I had to put my fur baby to rest after 18 years. I was so heart broken they truly showed the both of us compassion. They prepared him nicely for his burial & I will receive his paw print in the mail. Thank you so much. The assistant before I left touched my back and said I am so sorry for your loss & I appreciated that because Scottie was loved and will surely be missed by my family friends & neighborhood.

Dr Steeley is great with my dogs. My oldest dog has several health issues, and he's been able to diagnose and treat him so he has a better life quality. He explains everything to us and takes time to ensure we understand what's going on with his health. We're so happy to have found a knowledgeable and caring vet.

They did a great job, Tinkerbell was so calm, when I picked her up!
