Fantastic doctors, technicians and staff. Our cat is very afraid of other people. Their staff has a very gentle way with her and make it good experience every time. I highly recommend the Madison Animal Care Hospital when looking for a doctor for your pet.

Love this place quick and fast.

Daisy and I had a wonderful first visit with Dr Hayles, she was so gentle when it came time for her rabies vaccination that Daisy didn't even blink. She was very thorough and the staff there was amazing! My neighbor who gave us a ride there even got to play with the kitties which made his day. Thanks again for a great experience ladies ????????

I've taken my pets to Madison Animal Care Hospital regularly for over 2 years. However when I moved temporarily out of state I asked them to send me my pet's prescription and they claimed to mail it. The prescription never came and when I asked them to send it again they refused to mail, fax, or email. After having spent thousands there over the past few years it's very disappointing that they won't pay 55c for a stamp to mail me a copy of my pet's prescription. When I move back I'll be finding a different vet.

Never thought I'd be leaving negative reviews on a business, but here I am. My wife and I had our 2 dogs boarded with Madison Animal Care Hospital over Memorial Day weekend. One thing that bothered me is that even though we were back in town on Monday they were closed so we couldn't pick them up. They still charged us for the day they were closed, but refused to let us pick them up. First red flag. When I picked them up Tuesday I noticed they had a green/yellow discharge coming from their eyes. I took them back to Madison Animal Care Hospital to get them looked at. Turns out they both had eye infections. Best part is they charged me full price for the examinations, tests, and medicine. No discount at all even though the most likely cause was from something they got into while being boarded by the same facility. Seems like this business is a little money hungry and they lack respect towards the people putting money in their pockets.

Let me just say that I was totally impressed with the employees and facility. The staffed were so very polite, kind, and caring.

They are fantastic. I had to leave the pup (70 lb lab/pit 1 yr old) there for 8 days due to an emergency & they took him right in. This is the 2nd time we have boarded him there & he seemed to love the people taking care of him. He got a bath & nails trimmed, he looks so great! We will most definitely bring him back there at anytime! The staff is always so friendly & helpful & the prices are so very fair. We love them! ????Highly recommend!

Dr. McGee and his staff are great. They were very professional, caring and knowledgeable from our 1st visit at 6 weeks to Trane's transition 13 and a half years later. I give my highest recommendation to Madison Animal Care. Thanks for everything

They take great care of our dog. They have wonderful employees that love our dog and also have great facilities for them to play in during the day.

I’ve been bringing my difficult dog here for boarding and routine vet visits for the past few years and always have positive experiences! My pup isn’t happy when we get there but he’s always happy by the time we leave! Great staff, unlike the place on Hughes rd near Hwy 72. I’m very happy that the MACH staff takes the time to make my not-so-easy keeper feel comfortable, highly recommend this place!

WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT TAKE YOIR ANIMALS HERE !!! They will charge you for things that they are not even doing they will not even examine your dog and charge you for it please save yourself before coming here

Dr. McGee and his staff were awesome.. My 1st. Time in for a second opinion on my Ridgeback's back leg which has been troublesome.. I have met plenty of veterinarians throughout my years. Mc Gee took his time examining Kobe.. there is no doubt in my mind he is a straight shooter, and very knowledgeable in regard to his practice. Unlike other vets in the past, he made no attempt to sell me unnecessary procedures. Should either of my dogs ever need further assistance, I will not hesitate going back to Doctor McGee. The young lady's managing the front desk were absolutely delightful also. Money is not a question when it comes to our loving companions, but I will add, the fees charged are quite reasonable.

I had been taking my pets to this animal hospital for over 5 years. I've never had an issue with them, yet I don't know if the owners change or if it's just the staff. I took my dog in to get an annual procedure. With the Covid19, everything is curbside now. The person came to the door and asked is this all we're doing or did I want to do blood work as well. I asked how much the blood work was and how much the full total was going to be. She estimated around $250. So I signed off and all was good. I had the vet come out and talk to me about my dogs health and it was all good. She told me someone would call me shortly so I could pay the bill over the phone. When they called, they said I owned $480.80. I asked her what happened to the $250 I was quoted? I completely understand an estimate is just that, an estimate. Yet when you're jumping over 100% over it's ridiculous. She told me someone would call me the next day to discuss. I get a call from Christy who then tries to inform me that I was quoted $250 for the blood work only. She was very condescending and tried to pin this on me. Lucky for me, I keep a dash cam for insurance reasons and was able to send her the video of the whole conversation. After they reviewed she calls me back and the first thing she says is "You win, we lose. $250 is the total." She proceeded to speak in a very condescending manner to me. This wasn't about winning or losing. She then tried to tell me that me recording on public property was illegal with a bit more rude attitude. I wonder how'd she feel to know I also record all my phone calls as well. I say all this to state that I wouldn't go back her. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and have spent literally thousands on my animals. I guess $250 is worth more than a loyal customer.

The facility is outstanding. The staff are kind, compassionate and caring. My furr-baby and I will be coming back for "Doggy Day Care" next week????????

I received an estimate for service for $772 from them to treat a dog that was suspected to have pneumonia (we have another dog that was treat elsewhere a week prior with the same symptoms and the cost was less than $200). I was shocked by their pricing.
