This place is fantastic. I was greeted promptly, and the young man helping me was very knowledgeable and truly helpful. This was my first time in any Hollywood Feed, and just from the customer service standpoint alone, I'm definitely going to return. My pups were happy with the suggestions made by this employee. He has a lab/pit mix as well and understood what I needed. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Great selection of wholesome pet food, treats and toys. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees who will go out of their way to help you find things, or make suggestions based on the specific needs of your pet. The frequent feeder program is a plus too! Love it here!

Great place to bath your dog! Private room with great excellent water pressure and high velocity blow dryer. They provide everything. Just bring the dog! Buy your pet a wonderful treat for being such a good doggie during bath time.

They have a wide variety of quality products. Very friendly staff. Prices are a little high but quality is usually more expensive.

Usually I have great customer service, today the cashier was eating while trying to handle money and eating while ringing up my purchases. I had 2 cat litters. He only rang up one, I had to let him know I had 2. Normally, they help me to the car with the litter. I guess since it was raining, I was on my own. Disappointed in the service this trip.

We truly enjoy visiting this dog and kid friendly store. The wide range of natural dog treats allows my kids to select a few treats and for my dog to sniff out what she would enjoy. The only reason I am giving a 4-star review is because I slashed my finger in the stainless steel wash basin when moving the door to allow my dog to enter. So please be careful how you place your fingers when grabbing it. The wash service is a great alternative to my backyard as the seasons change.

I really like the store but after visiting and going home to feed my dog noticed that the toppers I just bought had already been used. This pretty unacceptable for an expensive pet store.

My recent experience at Hollywood Feed was incredible. The customer service I received from an employee named Danny was truly the best experience I could have asked for. He helped me choose the best food for my cat, Thomas. Thomas is a very picky eater, but he loved the food that Danny recommended! Danny also helped me find different foods to try for my yellow lab Luna’s sensitive stomach, explaining each option in detail, and the benefits each would have in helping her. You could tell Danny genuinely enjoys his job and is deeply knowledgeable about information pertaining to pets. I will definitely continue to shop here at Hollywood Feed for all of my fur babies’ needs.

Hollywood Feed is an amazing experience, whether you are in store or ordering online. There are always many people in store to help and everything is set out nicely. It is easy to find what you need and it simply feels great to shop there because it feels more homey and has a fun vibe. I tried the Same Day Delivery service because the store is temporarily closed due to COVID and have been so impressed with the speed and quality of service. Signing up and ordering online was very simple and my order got to my door within 1-2 hours. Nothing was damaged and they put the treats in a separate and cute bag. Furthermore, they even put in a free bag of beef lungs for our dog to try out. We are so happy with the high quality of service and the kindness that Hollywood Feed provides. We are most certainly now regular customers that will only shop at Hollywood Feed for our pets' needs.

I’ve never shopped at a store as pleasant as Hollywood Feed. Every store, every online experience has been A+. I’m not sure what method management uses for hiring and training employees, but it’s excellent!! Everyone is so genuinely helpful and friendly every single visit. It’s just a plus my kitty loves the food and treats there too.

This place is amazing! Love the employees! They are so very helpful. The store is arranged very nicely and is always very clean and neat and organized well. If your pet does not like the canned food that you have chosen, they will allow you to return it or exchange it for another brand or flavor, even though the can has been opened. I don't know of another pet store that allows you to do this. This is important for me, because my small, 4lb. dog is a very picky eater. They have a great selection of toys, clothing and treats for your pets. Check it out, you won't be disappointed. ❤️????????????

They are the absolute best and the same day delivery service they offer is absolutely amazing. We love Hollywood feed and would highly recommend them to any pet owners. The care and customer service is the best around. Every now and then they will throw in a small treat with our delivery order and my dogs absolutely love it!
