I can not express enough thankfulness for the way they handled my baby Zeus. I had my urn and three necklace urns that I sent with Zeus. They were all returned promptly. To everyone involved with the cremation of Zeus, I can not tell you enough, thank you! In speaking with the staff on the phone, they were very professional and comforting. I just had to say goodbye to my best friend of 14 years. PAWS was quick to get him back to me and the presentation and way I received him back was beyond beautiful. I had a coworker tell me about paws when we lost our freddie suddenly. They got back to use so quickly,they where so understanding and patience and kind.They treated Freddie like one of their own,let us say good bye and be with him for however long we needed.walked us through picking out his urn(box) and the whole process. I cannot say enough good things about this place. They went above and beyond all of our expectations and made an extremely difficult time much easier. Our beloved dog had to be put down unexpectedly and we wanted to have him privately cremated. We were referred to Paws Memorial by our vet. Erika was so kind and caring to speak to on the phone. The whole process was very simple and well explained. The wooden urn we chose was perfect and it arrived back at our vet earlier than expected. There was a beautiful poem along with a thoughtful card from their staff. They really went above and beyond and we are so grateful they handled our dogs cremation.

We lost our sweet little 10 year old Chihuahua suddenly—she passed in her sleep. It happened on a Saturday, and I called and left a message after searching for pet cremation. Within 15 minutes, I received a call back and they opened up after hours to take care of our sweet little Gidget. I was sobbing when I called and the sweet lady who took my call was so patient and comforting. The staff are so kind, professional, caring, and immensely helpful. They allowed our little sweetheart to be cremated with her favorite blanket, and even made a paw print keepsake with her name on it. They have many beautiful and affordable urns for sale, and they helped us pick out the perfect one for Gidget. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything, and we were allowed time to say our final goodbyes. I cannot say enough kind things about our experience here, and there aren’t enough words to express our heartfelt gratitude for the way we were treated. It’s not just a business—the staff at PAWS genuinely care.

We lost our 15 year old shitzu 2 weeks ago and my vet office recommended these sweet people. I have never had to have a pet cremated and I couldn’t have been sent to a more wonderful group of people to handle it. It was quick and the attention to all the details is honestly amazing you can tell they care about what they do and for people in need of their service this makes a world of difference! I don't leave a lot of reviews, but when I do, it's usually because the business I'm reviewing has gone above and beyond my expectations. Paws Memorial Services is just such a business, and I'm so grateful for their kindness and compassion during this very difficult time. Our sweet bulldog, Lucy, passed away on Wednesday and by Friday morning, they had delivered her ashes back to us in a beautiful urn. They did so many things to acknowledge and respect our precious girl, and as other reviewers have conveyed, there aren't enough words to express my gratitude. I am so thankful that there are people out there who are willing to step into our shoes as pet lovers and walk with us through the heartbreak. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

These wonderful people went above and beyond what is expected from a crematorium. They conducted their business swiftly so that my darling was back home soon, they presented her remains in a respectful and gentle way (in a quality box wrapped in a velvet pouch) and they went far as as creating a custom ceramic with her paw print and name, a keepsake I will cherish always. Absolutely the kind of compassion we need in times like this.

I cannot recommend this business enough- professional, fast, and you can tell they truly care. I hate we had to use them, but am so very thankful we found such a wonderful company to take such good care of our little Ladybug.

I lost my baby girl Miss Doodoo on 8/15/2020. I wanted her to be cremated so that I could have her near me still. PAWS picked her up, they called me to verify exactly what I wanted and just so helpful during this sad time. I highly recommend them if you're considering having your pet cremated. We lost our wonderful GS mix last week and chose a private cremation through our vet who utilized the services of Paws Memorial. I have never done a private cremation and wasn't sure what to expect. Their service is truly top of the line - we received our boys ashes in a beautiful wooden box with his name engraved on a metal plaque - along with the box, we received a sympathy card, an explanation of the services, a beautiful poem and a few extras. It is so comforting to know that our boy was treated with respect and was cremated with the dignity he deserved. We are so happy and while I didn't interact with the company directly, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the sympathetic and respectful way they do business for what truly are our beloved family members.

My beloved boxer of a little over 13 years died at home on December 2, 2018. Since I live 1 1/2 hours away I had to wait until the next day to get her to "PAWS" , Lisa greeted me as I arrived and was so professional in all she did, and since I drove that distance she made sure that I could bring my beloved Lexi back home that same day.
