Took my baby to get her nails done,it was our first time there. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Also my baby didn't cry not was she scared when they got done. Definitely will be taking her back to get them done again. Happy pup, happy mama

Staff is compassionate and love their jobs! If there is something special you need for your fur kids they will do their best to make sure they have it for you! Hwy 67 store is top dog!!

Good selection of pet supplies however they’re pets such as Hamsters, Rats, Mice, Frogs, Snakes etc. is lacking compared to what they used to have available. The lady who assisted us with the purchase of our new pet had very little knowledge of any of the pets they sell and instead handed us pamphlets that really didn’t answer our questions either so we had to do our research online instead. But overall they are a great pet store and I would highly recommend them, just make sure to do your own research before purchasing a pet from them as their associates have very little knowledge and don’t appear to be educated on their needs.

I don't even know where to start ...oh let's start off with this African side neck turtle ..dude should be able to take a dive and swim around. Clearly buddy has NO water. Just the sight of their behavior is appalling..just like the tanks . How could it even get this bad is beyond me and habbits obviously haven't been changed from months. First thing I seen was the dead betas acclimating or sitting in a tank when they stay in one container. The alive ones at least. Which none of these were alive. To save you a trip if you need ANYTHING WITH QUALITY SERVICE stop by petco next to Kroger.

(Poor and unprofessional grooming staff named Bella). I initially rescheduled having my cat groomed and had to have it rescheduled a month out. My appointment was scheduled for 8 but despite that I was never informed that the groomers salon was open at 8 before the store opens at 9. So upon the day of my appointment seeing in my calendar that my appointment was at 8 and the store didn't open until 9 I figured there was a mix up and that I would call when the store opened to confirm when my appointment was. This is when Bella abandoned all understanding and professionalism and got an attitude and told me my appointment was at 8 and that she can no longer see my cat because I had supposedly missed "several appointments". I waited two months for this appointment and Bella didn't even try to work with me. Despite our conversation a month ago I was only told it was at 8 and I suppose that I was just supposed to know that I should be there before the store opens. It's all good though! Ill do my business elsewhere and I've already gotten an appointment scheduled in Madison for this week, great job losing business for your company Bella!

Awful experience our dog had. Will never go back. Our Maltese was traumatized.

What happened to Jake and Ty? Ever since they’ve been gone customer service has been terrible. There’s no one as knowledgeable there or as friendly as them. Shame.

The state of their tanks are beyond dismal! The chances of buying a fish and not bringing home some illness, pest snails, etc is incredibly slim. This has been going on for months and no one has remedied this situation yet!

I had a great time in PetSmart. I was shopping for aquarium items for my turtles in PetSmart. They had everything I needed! They had tons of cute animals there as well. The employees there were very helping and kind. I really enjoyed PetSmart

Horrible customer service. I had to return some clippers that weren't working and went through a CYCLE. I talked with a Cindy who later on realized was the covering store manager since they don't have one. She wasn't helpful, she was very snippy, and seemed to be enjoying my frustration which only irritated me more. Needless to say I had to contact corporate for some decent help. Will not be spending my money with this location EVER again.

I use to take my dog, Jimmie Dale, there for grooming monthly. I also liked to spoil him with toys and treats from there. Usually one bad experience won't permanently run me off but after a horrible customer experience with an employee who is suppose to be the acting manager, I won't set foot through their door. Ever! I understand that politeness is no longer a requirement when working with customers these days but blatant rudeness is a sure way to run them off for good.

One time I picked my dog up from the groomer and didn't bring my credit card the Manger told me because I'm a great customer and always shop she said don't worry about it bring it when i come next time. I came back within 30 mins but that was so nice and appreciated

I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEE THE GROOMING HERE! THEY TOOK REALLY GOOD CARE OF MY GOLDENDOODLE! I WAS VERY NERVOUS CONSIDERING IT WAS IT FIRST HAIR CUT BUT THEY DID GREAT WITH HIM! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I love petsmart and you can bring your pet with you as long as it's on a leash.

It makes me unhappy to look into their dumpster and see bags of dog food and cat food cut open to throw away. Cans of food and cat food unopened. I am sure that it's probably a company policy

A lot of cute fuzzy animals (some non-fuzzy and scary lol) and nice and helpful employees. I wish I could remember this lady's name.. she was super nice and she assisted us pretty much the whole time and helped us decide which pet to take home.. she also knew a lot about the hamsters, gerbils, fancy rats, guinea pigs, and more.. great store-great people!
