My dogs love this place. Wonderful staff and nice/new facilities.

Quick easy appointment. The prices are cheaper than other Vets in the area. The treatment worked for my dog. No complaints.

Highly recommend. We've been going to the Animal Health Care Center for about four years when we got our first dog. About a year and a half ago we started taking our cats here too. We recently had an emergency with my daughters six week old kitten. My husband and I flew into the hospital and we were taken right back to a room without question. They took our kitten back right away with the vet and began treatment. We can't thank-all-of- you enough for everything you did, and do on a daily basis. The quality of care and services, compassion and professionalism are amazing.

This vet clinic is absolutely wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They always explain why different treatments or tests are recommended and go out of their way to find cost effective options. Definitely recommend.

Do Not use them for Boarding, Daycare or Grooming. They don't even have a groomer. When I picked my pup up it was all choppy. Come to find out, the groom does not have experience and was told to watch videos to learn. After talking to the staff about boarding, I found out they leave their pups in the kennels for extended time without any play time. I will not return for any services.

My usual vet was out of town, and I had an emergency type situation with my dog. I came to this office, and realized I was at the wrong place (I had an appt elsewhere, and got confused). I was about to walk out, when they told me they would be able to see me. I was brought to the back with my dog Ellie, and experienced nothing but compassion. I ended up having to make the hard decision of putting my dog down, and had made plans to bring her back that afternoon (although she passed away shortly after I got her home). I can not express how glad I was that I was able to find them, they took me in, and helped me. I am forever grateful!!! Thank you to everyone in the office!

For year they always try to sell you products. The worst thing is they have sold my information to a third party so I get emails from the training sites for pets that I've never visited. No other site ask for my pet's name and only one place has his name and that's the vet's office. The ads mentions my pets name specifically. The new vets are dry and rude.

Fantastic place for our 2 yr old American Bulldog/pit bull mix. From the first phone call they were great, they gave clear info & were so professional & kind. We filled out extensive paperwork when we got there & spoke with Logan about Doc. We informed him of our concerns & everything we were looking to achieve by brining him to daycare & potential boarding. He took his time & didn't mind answering our questions & listening to our small issues we were working through with our pup. They took great care of our baby, they gave him a bath, trimmed the nails, & he seemed to be so happy when we picked him up. We got the evaluation & Doc did great, they really made my day hearing how well he made new friends that he got to play with & how sweet our pup was. ☺ We will definitely be back, I feel so much better knowing he is in such wonderful hands here!

I give my highest recommendation to Dr Cruzan and her entire staff. I saw her fir the first time today and I am overwhelmed at her care and concern. She immediately diagnosed my baby and knew exactly what to do. She has us as patients for life!

Best vet in Madison. Hands down (we have tried them ALL)! They take great care of our aussie, and have a pet insurance program that has saved us over $400 in the last 6 months.

Dr Cruzen and her wonderful staff took care of our two fur babies for many years. Always caring and professional. Even when our babies had to cross the rainbow bridge they were there to offer sympathy and support. Just wonderful people.

The staff is awesome and my two dogs enjoy going there. They, the dogs, get excited when I pull up. Pricing and services are top notch.

Dr. Cruzen and her wonderful staff have provided exceptional care for our dog(s) for the last 10 years. We use their vet services, boarding, and doggy day care. We’ve had zero issues in all that time and highly recommend this veterinarian and additional services. The office staff are responsive and professional, yet friendly and compassionate when you’ve got concerns about your pet’s health/situation. Highly recommend them if you need a trustworthy and caring place for your pet!

Shelby is very attentive and wants to make sure I’m satisfied with my sweet Miss Millie’s haircut every time I take her. I’ve been very pleased with Shelby’s work. Miss Millie loves going to see her! Shelby truly loves the pets she grooms.

This was my first experience and I was very pleased with the service. Dr Cruzan and her staff were very friendly and attentive to my new Maltese. So far so good. I will definitely return. Thanks a bunch for great customer service. Happy Customer!

I can’t say enough good about AHCC Madison. The staff is wonderful and always willing to do what is necessary to make you and your pet feel at home. They stayed in constant communication with me to make sure all medicines, tests and visits were completed as needed. Even at the end, they were compassionate to both my pet and us. I received many phone calls from Dr. Cruzen after my pets passing to check on us. This type of compassion and care are very rare! 5 stars is enough! I would highly recommend AHCC Madison!

My maltese puppy was scheduled with another vet office, but became sick on a Saturday. The Animal Health Care Center took the time to see her. I was so impressed by the care and concern shown to me and my fur baby, I canceled the other vet appointment. I feel so confident that my puppy will get the best service as see grows.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Cruzen, Julie and the whole staff at Animal Health Care Center. I took my “family companion “ in for a second opinion on a Thursday. Julie was so understanding... she actually listened to my concerns and thoughts about the care of my beloved Maggie. With Maggie already not feeling well and upset about a new doctor visit, Julie was so patient with her. When Dr. Cruzen came in to talk about my sweet girl, I knew I had picked the right place. Dr. Cruzen talked to me and treated Maggie as if they had known her all her life. She discussed options and possibilities with an honest and understanding approach, she was never in a hurry to push me out the door. Maggie and I left there that evening knowing the hurdle ahead. Julie and Dr. Cruzen were calling and texting first thing the next morning to check on Maggie and they continued to check on her throughout the day. Even on a late Friday afternoon with very little notice they made accommodations to see Maggie and me. My Maggie lost her battle that Friday afternoon at Dr. Cruzen’s office. She was surrounded by tears, compassion, genuine concern and care from everyone in that room that helped her cross the Rainbow Bridge. I am forever grateful to Animal Health Care Center but especially for Julie and Dr. Cruzen. They treated me and Maggie as if they had known us all of Maggie’s 13 years, not like they really had only met us 24 hours prior. The amount of compassion and care we received was precious and priceless. My future “family companion “ will definitely know Dr. Cruzen and the staff at Animal Health Care from the day I bring them home. I cannot say enough kind words for these folks. They are amazing and treat the animals and owners with respect and care.

Dr. Cassandra Cruzen, DVM is such a wonderful & compassionate veterinarian. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who owns an animal. She goes above & beyond for her clients. Dr. Cruzen has been our veterinarian since 2003. ♥️

The staff are excellent. Friendly and very helpful. They were very honest during our check up and didn't put our senior dog through any unnecessary tests which would have been both costly and unnecessary for the dog. Very good prices and they're open on Saturdays too.
