Laura is so personable, caring, and comforting as she cares for your loved one. We had our furbaby of 15 years euthanized today; one of the hardest decisions to make. She came to our house and was more than accommodating, especially during Covid. She cared for our Deezal as if he were her own. She went above and beyond to make sure he felt safe and comfortable. Laura walked us through the process so we knew what to expect. The clay paw print she made for us turned out beautifully. Way above my expectations. It is so comforting knowing Deezal was able to spend his last moments in his favorite place surrounded by loved ones. I couldn’t ask for a better service. Truly a blessing. Thank you, Laura.

After a brief battle with chronic kidney failure, we had to say goodbye to our “little boy” Otis just before his 13th birthday. It was a very tough decision for us and we are so thankful that we reached out to Tina Rollins (Memory Keepers Pet Cremation Services, LLC) and Dr. Laura Pearson (Caring Concepts Mobile Veterinary Hospice and Euthanasia Service PLLC). Tina and Dr. Laura’s comfort and compassion towards us and Otis made our decision much more tolerable. Although Otis had lost nearly two-thirds of his body weight, both Tina and Dr. Laura commented on what a beautiful kitty he was. We were able to spend the final moments with Otis in a very relaxing and comforting atmosphere provided by Tina at Memory Keepers Pet Cremation Services. Dr. Laura was kind and compassionate as she gracefully escorted Otis into eternal peace. She made a paw print in a clay setting as a keepsake and allowed us to hold Otis throughout the entire procedure and for as long as we wanted afterwards. Dr. Laura even mailed us a card expressing her sympathy in the loss of our sweet Otis. Tina performed Otis’ cremation with the utmost dignity and respect. Along with his remains in a beautiful photo urn with dates, she included a vile of hair clippings and whiskers, a Pet’s Peace card, and a certificate with his nose and paw print. Although we (including his brother and best friend Milo) are still saddened losing Otis, we are overjoyed that we found such caring and compassionate people in Tina and Dr. Laura. On a scale of 1-5, Tina and Dr. Laura are both 10!! We will definitely recommend them to others and when the time comes we will seek their services again.

Many of us have had to face the difficulty decision to let go of a pet. And, in the age of covid19, restrictions are in place with many office veterinarian offices making the process and decision extremely difficult for the family and pet(s). My family was met with this same decision about weeks ago when our dog started exhibiting significant quality of life behaviors. Contacting Dr. Laura was very simple and she was quickly responsive. Our initial call to discuss the process, how it works and best methods, Dr. Laura was gentle, kind amd very calming about the process. She took time to answer questions to help us better prepare (if that's even possible). During Dr. Laura's visit to perform the services, he caring nature was just like over the phone and even more calming. She made the dogs (and us) feel very comfortable with her presence and got on the floor to their level so all of them could get used to each other. Dr. Laura explained the process again as she went thru with it, but the most respectful and high-principled action was that she gave us time to spend with our pet during and after the services. She didn't make us feel rushed, anxious or panicked. The entire process, although highly emotional, was one of the most calming and soothing experiences. I am so thankful for Dr. Laura's services and the way she carries her business. She treats humans with the same dignity as the pets she's handling. Our dog was in such incredible pain but she never wavered her love for us, welcoming us home every time we walked thru the door. Dr. Laura made that pain in the most gentle way ever. What a blessing that is to know our pet passed away so peaceful!

Dr. Laura is an angel. She helped my senior dog, Knox, remain comfortable for his last 6 months. We made all of his end of life plans well in advance, so when the time came I could rest easy that everything was handled. Caring for an aging dog is scary and lonely. Dr. Laura was there to answer my questions, soothe my worries, and help my boy every step of the way. I can't thank her enough. Knox was able to pass in peace and with dignity, and I had comfort that it was time because I knew Dr Laura and I had done everything to keep him comfortable and happy in his last days.

Dr. Laura was amazing. When it came time to have my best friend put down I wrestled with how to handle it. He hated the vet office even when he was in perfect health. I didn't want to cause him to be even more stressed in his last moments …

Dr Laura was fantastic! She made sure that I understood the whole process. I was a total basket case, but she made saying goodbye to my Gracie a little less painful. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who has to make this difficult decision
