Great place. they took good care of my senior doggie when she was boarded over Thanksgiving! We use them for all our vet needs Great vets & everyone else !

Had a great first visit. The care team was professional and we didn't feel rushed at all. The vet spent a good deal of time with us and answered all our questions. Would recommend!

For years I used this clinic and they used to be wonderful. Now all they are about is the money The rates are absorbent, the office manager is rude. Don’t go here.

Need to reduce the Covid restrictions still in place for visits and Make the visit more personal with the personnel and doctors. Feels to wham bam thank you mame for the visits still.

Our dog was sick. LCAC worked us into their busy schedule, diagnosed the problem and provided all that was needed to get our dog back to health.

I've been going to LCAC for 19 years. They continue to surpass the quality of their care and the staff they have working there. Always very kind and concerned when one of the "kids" is under the weather. I can never thank them enough and if you're considering going somewhere, consider them first.

These people would not dare take the blame for their own wrong doing. Two hours after bringing my pet back home from their "care", he dies from what I can only imagine to be a heart attack. I should have never visited this place.

We purchased a german Shepherd puppy that was diagnosed with Parvo the staff did everything they could to save him. They sent us daily updates and shared true compassion. We take our golden retriever and Shih-Poo to this clinic and they take the best care of them. If you want a loving family vet this is the one. They sent us puppy updates even pictures of him.

I took my best friend to see them and he had bladder stones they gave him medicine and he was getting better then all of the sudden he was sick again, they had told me if he didn't pass the stones he would need surgery. I called and talked to them about the surgery and how much it would cost and it was expensive I told them I could give them some of up front and make payments on the rest or I would surrender him to them if they would do the surgery, well they wouldn't do either one and my baby puppy died over the weekend. I am so lost my heart hurts I miss him so bad. I hate that all anyone cares about is that all mighty dollar. I wouldn't wish this pain on anyone. I hate thst all of this could have been prevented if they would have worked with me. So the bottom line is all it appears they really care about is the money not the pets or the people.

Our cat and dog are both getting older and experiencing some medical issues. We feel very confident that they are receiving good care at Lenoir City Animal Clinic. The clinic is being very careful to follow Covid protocols including, humans stay in the car. The assistants come out to you to get your information and take the animals inside.

Liked Dr. Bradbury. Explained in detail what was going on with my pet. He made 3 follow-up calls regarding my pet. My spouse brought another pet in. Not seen by Dr Bradbury. No follow up calls and asked a few times to buy heartworm medicine which the vet was told we have.

They took care of Wilson, my cat, like he has been a life long client. The vet explained everything so well that I didn't even need to ask any questions. I defiantly recommend this clinic for you fur babies.
