I’ve had pets my entire life. I’ve been to a lot of veterinarians. This one has the most compassionate, friendly staff. Even when they are very busy with lots of pets and owners waiting they work efficiently and handle each one with kindness.

We have taken our fur babies here for many years. They are all so good to our babies and super helpful. Today they were booked up, but one of our babies had a bad ear infection and was super pitiful. They worked him in, took a quick look at everything and had him taken care of quickly. He's now home with medicine so that he doesn't get super miserable over the holidays. They are amazing with fur babies and very compassionate.

I took my dog here after moving and not wanting to drive an hour to my previous vet. Long story short I will be taking my dogs elsewhere after I was treated like I was wasting their time when taking my dog in for allergies. The vet basically said "he's a boxer mix they have allergies". Not a care in the world about the fact he is itching himself until he bleeds. They also immediately decided my dog (who is a boxer/pit) is aggressive even though he doesn't have a mean bone in his body. They took him to the back, muzzled him, and pinned him to the ground. I was honestly appalled and will be sticking to Riverside Vet Clinic in Knoxville who has never once dismissed me or treated my dogs poorly. I want nothing but the best for my fur babies and if you do too... don't go here.

Iv never done a review but I feel others should know. I took my chihuahua in on 1/12/21 to get spayed After picking her up when completed I noticed her breathing was not correct. Long story short Dr. Will Robert's crushed the bone an damaged her sinuses which is causing my fur baby not to be able to breath correctly. After taking her to Clinton Animal Hospital also UT the damage is so severe an not repairable. So everyday I get to watch my baby struggle to breath. Anderson County Animal Hospital didnt even apologize for their mistake.

Great staff. Can tell they all love the animals.

Great service very efficient. They came out got my dog took him in gave him his rabi shots and clipped his toe nails and back to the car in 12 minutes. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I took my dog there for the first time this morning. From start to finish they ALL were wonderful. I will be using them from here on out for any of my animals vet needs. Reasonable prices too ! I recommend them ! The wait was not long from start to finish was about 30 minutes which I was grateful for !! Thank You Anderson County Animal Hospital for making our first time Great !

As a new pet owner with a thousand questions, Anderson County Animal Hospital has been patient and compassionate the last several months. They are always thorough in their evaluations and explanations, and I have learned that I can trust them with my cat. I'm so thankful I chose them in the first place

Due to covid, we stayed in the car while each of our 4 little dogs went in to be examined and for immunizations. They were great and we enjoyed it.

The only place we'll take the pups! The staff is attentive, friendly, and always spend the extra time to give our canine kids some extra love. We couldn't be more pleased and will continue to bring our animals to Anderson County Animal Hospital for all veterinarian and boarding needs.

I have trusted Anderson County hospital with the care and Welfare of my little buddy half-time for the last 7 years have been pleased with the care if they have given him. I will continue to take them there for his health needs as time goes on.

Although we have not yet had our first official office visit the phone call frombthe parking lot(thanks Covid19) was professionally handled. They were friendly inviting and made me decided to go hear for all our pet vet needs in the future.
