One of the staff fostered a liter of puppies and I adopted one and continued to use their services for shots and spaying. Im glad I did. I'm staying with them. They provide excellent care for my puppy and have excellent customer service.

There can’t be a better vet hospital that loves and cares for your fur babies. It’s almost impossible to find a whole staff that’s on the same place and have the same love for our babies . I am blessed by each staff members who is there and thank them for all what they do.

Dr. Brent and staff are great! I really trust them with my cat, Winnie. Dr. Brent is very knowledgeable and informs you of exactly why he’s making the recommendations he is making & will help explore options with cost. I appreciate that you can request appointments online and they’ll send you emails when your pet needs a follow-up.

I just had my first experience with WHAH. Man - I was so impressed. I knew nothing about them, but WHAH took care of them when they were kittens at Almost Home Animal Rescue. That was well over a year ago, but the staff and Dr. Brent remembered them! Even though their names were different when they treated them as kittens. They were very kind to me, Dr. Brent gave me a wealth of information and answered all my questions. Everybody there took their time with me and my cats, Elvis and 'Scilla. I've already recommended them to a friend of mine looking for a vet.

I am new to area. When I called to make appointment I was able to get Arlo in the same day. Dr Brent was very thorough and detailed in his assessment and recommendations for treatment. Dr Brent was very caring with Arlo and made sure Arlo was comfortable and safe. That meant a lot to me. It was a pleasure to do business with West Hills Vet who truly cares about the animals.

I took my cat with an emergency at the last minute. They were able to work her in to a busy day and give me relief and peace of mind to know she would be okay. The vet was very kind and incredibly knowledgeable.

My stance is neutral. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help to those looking for a good vet. My experience was short lived. It involved my parents 14yo dog. The vet seemed like a nice guy over the phone but sounded like he was hurried. Roll the dice here people and see for yourself.

I really appreciate your whole staff. Dr. Brent is always very helpful and thorough. He explains everything carefully. I especially like the care he takes to go over different options and the cost associated with each. Dr. Amanda is also very helpful and knowledgeable, and your entire staff is thoughtful and courteous. I heartily recommend West Hills vet!

The experience was great! Dr. Brent thoroughly answered our questions and addressed our concerns. The staff made communication and scheduling easy! We chose this office because of the proximity to our home, but we're staying because of the quality of care!

Great veterinarian office. We really like Dr. Brent. And the rest of the staff is really nice too. They are usually able to give us an appointment the same day or work us in the next day. He has done surgery on our beagle twice now. He always explains everything and goes over the cost up front. The receptionist is also really nice and helpful.

They were nice and caring about your pets and the prices were good and the vet didn't pressure you about what you could afford and what you couldn't I really like them

Our indoor/outdoor kitty got into a scuffle and needed attention for an infected puncture. I called Monday morning and left a message and I was called back quickly. They worked her in and allowed me to drop off kitty that morning, worked in a check-up, and I was able to pick her up by early afternoon with her wound cleaned and medication provided. They kept in touch via phone with diagnosis and treatment options. The service was excellent and very reasonably priced.

They don't care about your dog and will charge for every little thing. They will "recommend" things for you dog that they don't need. Because this place care mainly about the money and not the health of your dog, which is really sad and disheartening.

I have been so happy with West Hills Animal Hospital and Dr. Brent and his staff. I feel that all of my pets receive the best care, my family and I have always been treated with respect, and I have always felt that the team has been 100% transparent with cost of care. (I have never been surprised by my bill). I do not plan on taking my pets anywhere else unless referred by Dr. Brent and his team. I refer all of my friends and family to this practice.

Dr. Brent and his staff are truly amazing! They are so good with my mini goldendoodle. They treat him with love and care and I couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality vet!

What a nice bunch of people. We're here during Covid19 and everyone handled things so well. The doc is a caring gentleman who explained everything about our dogs problem. We will be going back to bring our fur baby for surgery. We feel confident knowing they will take great care of her.

I get same day responses to inquiries & they follow through and deliver on their word. This has all been a great comfort as I navigate my cat’s life threatening health troubles.

Highly recommended. Dr. Brent is absolutely one of the best vets you will find in Knoxville. He has a great knowledge of giant breeds. We have 3 English Mastiffs, a Leonberger and a shepherd/cattle dog mix he has been treating for years now. You can't find a better vet.
