The doctors here always take such good care of my girls and always take the time to listen and answer my questions and explain everything thoroughly. I never feel rushed or insignificant. They even remember my pets names and their ailments months after the last visit. They clearly care and I appreciate them very much.

I had a rescue cat I needed to get neutered before going to his furever home. I got the cat on 12/26, but could not start calling around until 12/28 due to the holidays. Hank had a checkup on 12/29, his operation on 12/30, and went to his new home on 1/1. All other places I called would have been the end of January at the earliest. Hank is doing fine. Great job!

We have only been going to Knoxville Animal Clinic for a few months since we have gotten a new puppy after our other dog crossed the rainbow bridge from cancer. So far Dr. Bennett and the staff have been good with our new puppy keeping us informed of his progress with shots and any potential issues to keep an eye out for. Dr. Bennett recently neutered our new puppy and he did great afterwards. The staff made followup calls to check on how he was doing. We have not used other services offered so I cannot comment on them.

Love Dr Bennett's open and caring approach, especially when dealing with an elderly cat.

They responded to my emails quick and took great care of my shiba Inu along as making sure I was informed every step of the way in his Referral process for his upcoming surgery

My dog Marlee has been cared for at this veterinarian office since she was born in 2007. All my previous pets where cared for here also. Everyone is professional and compassionate. Marlee is not afraid to come here or be left as a border. Dr. Skinner is the best! He is professional, kind, patient, and compassionate. He discusses Marlee's exam findings, plan of care, and options with me. We decide together what is best for my sweet dog/child. Your pet is in good hands here.

Usually very happy with this place. Not so much today, had 9:30 appointment, ask me to leave cat for a little while and just got back home at 3:15 , can't seem to get out of there for less than $320.00

I have been taking my dog here for the past few years. They are always responsive, quick at scheduling, and the doctors take their time to talk with you, answer questions, and explain everything. At the end of every visit your pet gets a "report card" detailing everything that was done during the visit. They also do not have an issue with referring to UT if necessary. Overall very happy with everything!

My poodle Darby has been receiving the utmost professional and gentle care all the 8 years she has been going to Knoxville Animal Clinic.... Every visit has been thorough and complete. The Doctors have made informed recommendations for Darby not only based on my dogs needs, but that would fit my budget.

When we moved to Knoxville, we were reluctant to leave our Orlando, Florida veterinarians for fear we wouldn't find anyone comparable. After a couple of visits to other Knoxville area veterinarians, we found Knoxville Animal Clinic and Dr. Skinner. They have surpassed our expectations and we know our little Frenchies are getting excellent and compassionate care!

I've only ever received the best quality of service from the Dr and Vet Assistants at Knoxville Animal Clinic. I trust their thorough examinations and attention to detail. Additionally, they are ready to answer all my questions, and follow through with information that I may have been unaware even to ask. You might find lower prices around town, but likely not better quality of service and expertise.

in 2017 we took our yorkie to Knoxville Animal Hospital for liver shunt surgery. She was 4 years old and very sick. My husband drove her up from our home in Florida. They were there for 4 days and they surgery was successful. Today, at age 6 she is a happy, healthy diva queen and Runs this household! We are so grateful for the doctors and staff at the hospital and would recommend their services any time!

Knoxville Animal Clinic has been so helpful to me and my two kitties. They not only treated them when they were sick, they even fit us in despite the fact that they were fully booked, just so they could make sure my babies were ok. They also provided helpful advice to me as a first time pet owner so that I could maintain a healthy diet, exercise, and grooming schedule. The staff here are angels and I highly recommend!!

Entirely rude when I called to set up an appointment to get my boxer checked out. Would not even let me finish what I was stating before rudely cutting me off. I'm not going to have my dog checked out by someone who can not event take a moment to listen or even be bothered with talking to me. Find a new profession if that's the case bad day or not.

Knoxville Animal Clinic is an outstanding veterinary clinic. My mini dachshunds and my feisty Siamese are given the best care possible by the dedicated veterinarians and staff.

We adore our doctors at Knoxville Animal Clinic! Our dogs always get exceptional care. The staff is gracious and friendly toward our pups. Our veterinarians always take time to listen to our concerns and explain how to best care for our pets!

I boarded my dog due to my moms passing. They were very nice and got me in at last minute however when I returned and picked up my dog, he was covered in fleas!! They did a check up before I boarded him to make sure of good health and NO fleas. Which he passed, he is healthy and had NO fleas. Animal clinic did NOT do anything to remedy the situation!!!! So overall I paid around $400 for my dog to get infested with fleas!! I will NOT go back there or recommend them!! So sad...
