Our kitties were scared of course but Dr. Jeter was great including his staff.

Dr Jeter is a wonderful , caring doctor for my dogs! He goes the extra mile in his care of animals. His staff is great too.

We love taking our dogs to the vet here. All the staff are very nice and they genuinely love our dogs. It’s also clean and the prices are reasonable.

The staff is wonderful and so caring with my dog. Glad I chose this vet from researching others in the area.

We just moved back to Knoxville and were looking for a vet in the area. I stumbled upon Rocky Hill from google reviews. I made an appointment late last week for an appointment today (Tuesday). I specifically asked if I would be able to come in to meet the vet and the techs since this was our first visit and my entire visit was basically a meet and greet. Today when I arrived I called the number and explained I had an appointment and was told we could come in. The man who answered said they weren’t allowing people in right now, so I asked when I could reschedule my appointment to in order to be able to come in, ie the entire point of our visit. He said “ I don’t know uh about three weeks.” I’m rather disappointed this is how they treat new customers. I would have appreciated a phone call, voicemail, email, anything explaining the situation so I didn’t have to leave work early to get my dog to his appointment on time. It just shows poor service, a lack of professionalism, and care for your customers.

Rocky Hill Animal Hospital is the best!! I'm also able to get grooming and boarding at the same facility. They have helped me with numerous pets.

Wow! A truly FABULOUS experience! ???? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rocky Hill Animal Hospital to anyone that has pets. Before the appointment with Dr. Jeter: ...I was uber stressed out about some medical issues, concerning my SnootPie = my sweetie pie, heart of hearts, Chihuahua, who is an extremely fragile senior, (which is to say, that she's old enough to know better, but too young to care. Lol), with very delicate health.....so on a stress scale of 1-10, I was probably running at a consistent 8-12 or thereabouts, due to some of her medical issues flaring up recently... During the appointment with Dr. Jeter: From the moment I arrived, my stress level started going down, and I felt more and more comfortable every minute I was there because... -The facility was easy to find, clean, and very well kept. -The staff were friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, extremely patient with me, and gentle with my SnootPie, Molly. -Dr. Jeter and his staff addressed every issue on the list I brought with me, so I wouldn't forget any of the concerns and issues, about Molly's health, that needed attention, or at the very least needed some sort of discussion, so I could rest easier about her current state of Wellness. - From the get-go, it was obvious that Dr. Jeter genuinely cared about Molly's health, understood my goals for her, and was genuinely interested in helping me achieve those goals for her. - by the time we finished her appointment, every concern had been addressed, and resolved with a positive, workable solution, that was completely reasonable, and extremely affordable. After the appointment with Dr. Jeter: I am so happy and relieved that I still (8 hours later) want to do cartwheels! YAY!???????????? I can't stop singing lil' improv songs of LOVE & GRATITUDE to my SnootPie!...well okay, yes, I do that every day regardless. LOL), but seriously though, I can't get the smile off my face, and I have have literally been telling everyone I know how wonderful the experience at Rocky Hill Animal Hospital was, how AMAZING Doctor Jeter is, and how grateful I am, that I took Molly to that appointment! I can't imagine going anywhere else now! ???? I feel so much comfort and relief to have finally found Molly's furever doctor, and an animal hospital, that I feel I can 100% trust and count on, to have my best interests, and more importantly, Molly's best interests at heart 100% of the time. = YAY! ????

I recommend Rocky hill vet to everyone! Dr.Jeter and all the staff have always been excellent to my fur babies and me. Always kind and gentle as can be with my babies. They have taken care of us for years and I am very happy with them.

Rocky Hill Animal Hospital has made Pet care easy during the pandemic. My dog needed her shot updated. The staff came out to the car, asked a few questions, gave her the shot and we were on our way! This curbside service has continued and it is a less stressful way for a "pet mom" to get two pets into the building on her own. Thank you.

I have been using Rocky Hill since my previous veterinarian’s office closed. They have been wonderful to my babies as well as great with explaining things and answering any questions I have. Their APP is also very convenient for scheduling appointments, asking questions, following your pet’s care, etc., pricing is also very reasonable. I am grateful to have found them and appreciate the care they provide for my fur family!

I've used Rocky Hill Animal Hospital for 35 years, and I was a little nervous when the previous vet sold the practice to Dr. Jeter. But my concern was totally unfounded--the vets and the staff are all wonderful. I now have three dogs that all came from difficult backgrounds, and they can be a bit difficult to handle, but they've never had a problem when visiting the office. I also board all three dogs with them, and the staff is very kind, even though my coonhound's constant barking must drive them crazy! I love it when they send me texts/photos to tell me how my pups are doing while I'm away.

Amazing, they fit me in for an emergency, gave Lily the best treatment. Told me prices before they did any blood work, labs, ect. Affordable pricing as well. They really care about you pets.

Always a great experience. They were very fast and no complaints from my sweet dog.

We went there while we lived in Knoxville, and thought they were great. We brought up multiple times how bad our dogs breath was. They brushed it off and said use dental treats. It didn’t work. Now we go to another vet, and we find out she has to get 14 teeth pulled because of untreated gum disease that could harm our dogs heart and any other internal organ. Don’t go there, they could kill your dog with their bad experience.

I really like this pet caring place - from office staff, groomers, vets, vet assistants - they do a great job! My pets - Annie and Buster - yes, even cranky Buster - like them and so do I.

Dr Jeter is top notch. He is very caring and takes the time with you but when you visit! Jennifer at the desk is awesome, very caring. Haley, grooms Bentley and is wonderful and does an excellent job.

Every one at Rockyhill Animal Hospital takes care of my cats and dogs as if they were their own. I am always grateful of how they interact with my animals and myself. I can’t imagine going any where else. They’re the best!!????

We've gone to this vet for years now and the staff and doctors are so nice and are very flexible to get your animal in even in a short time frame.

We have been taking our pug, Ming, to Rocky Hill Animal Hospital since we moved to Knoxville about 2 years ago. I feel so lucky to have our beloved pug going to such a wonderful vet with such a lovely staff. They treat Ming so well and are always very professional and affordable for the services they offer. Every staff member that works there is always so sweet. Ming had to get her teeth cleaned again this year and I always get so nervous because of her having to get put under anesthesia. There is no need to worry though because they always take such good care of her. I highly recommend them for your fur baby!

We are new rescue dog owners. We have lots of questions and little dog experience. They have gotten us in quickly for two situations. They are always nice, follow Covid-19 procedures and love our dog. They caught her pancreatitis right off.

Good job by these folks of taking care of our pets. Good staff thats friendly and knowledgeable. What else could you want?
