We just love Cedar Bluff Animal Clinic...they have taken care of our babies since we moved to TN. They recently just helped my 16 year old dog with an ear infection and got him in within a day of me calling (when they had no open appointments). They will always have our business!

Very professional and Dr Boag came out to speak with us in length as to what would take place. After the procedure she then came out to explain what had taken place and the findings.

The doctors are wonderful, very caring and professional. The staff is great, you can tell they love animals.

Dr Black is great but there's always a wait even when you have an appointment and there's no one else there at all.

Great experience here. Everyone is nice, informative, helpful, and I trust them to take good care of my baby. Lately they have been quite busy, definitely call in advance for an appointment. Their Covid measures are well organized and simple.

Cedar Bluff Animal Clinic has treated out baby so well, from her office visits to her spay procedure. They are all very friendly, and they are glad to answer any questions you have hassle-free over the phone. We are glad to have them as our vet office.

These are the best veterinarians in Knoxville, but also the safest in terms of COVID protocol. We have 5 dogs and a cat and would never go anywhere else.

I recently moved from the Cedar Bluff area to North Knoxville but I still travel to the clinic for my pet's care. I can't imagine going anywhere else even if it's more convenient. I just experienced an amazing gesture. I had called in meds for one of my dogs and was going to pick them up today but was diagnosed with a slipped disc and pinched nerve and cannot drive. Lo and behold, who showed up on my doorstep with the meds, but Dr. Black herself. I have been going to Cedar Bluff Animal Clinic for over 20 years. The doctors and staff are amazing ... so caring, compassionate and thorough. You are literally part of their family. I can't thank you enough for all you've done for my pets and me.

We’ve been using CBAC since we moved to Knoxville in 2011, and they have never disappointed us-always professional, always compassionate. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

It's busy all the time. I due suggest to call ahead for an appointment.

It's harder to get into this vet than a emergency room or UT hospital. All I wanted was yearly shots.

After 12 years of being a customer with multiple dogs and many referrals sent... I will never go back! They were so "overbooked" they couldn't get my very sick puppy in! Put me on a waiting list. I got a call 6 hrs later to offer an appt for Thursday next week!? Suggested I find another clinic - while still talking about how "over booked" they are. Well, I did find another vet! I have been happy in the past,, but alot has changed there over the years.. My last several visits have been very frustrating with Dr./owner (Very rude) and talked down to me every time. I was disappointed but didn't know any better. But, now I know it doesn't have to be that way anymore ( Not to mention i ended up paying 1/2 the price i would be charged here.) In a service related industry- you have to be better than this! I wasn't a new patient trying to get in... I was a 12+ years customer. And they could care less when I asked to send all my records to the new clinic.
