Dr. Adir has been exceptional with our new Goldendoodle. She has really made us feel like she cares about our puppy and we look forward to building a long lasting relationship with her. It means very much to us to know that our doggy is in good, caring, and knowledge hands.

They have been taking care of my French Massifs since the day I brought them home. They are 6 now , I've lost 2 dogs ,both times the vet sat on the floor with me while I cried.I can't tell y'all what that means to me...

I was quoted a price of 165 for my dog to have shots and a bath. All of a sudden I was told 201 and told I was quoted 165 for shots only. I know what I heard and I very diligent since I live pay check to pay check amount what I spend. I was told that since she worked there 11 years she knows what she said and is basically always correct as she proceeded to hang up on me. I will never use them again. I feel that cheated me out of money and would hold my dog hostage unless I paid. I will tell anyone looking for a vet to stay away. Now the actual vets may very well be descent but the front staff is rude, condescending and know-it-alls who cannot handle complaints since they talk over you which leads me to believe they knew they were wrong in the first place.

My 3 year old dog had never been to the vet before. He weighs 90 pounds and when I took him to get his shots they were very nice and accommodating to both him and I. Also, very reasonably priced. I would recommend this vet to anyone who has pets!

Fairview Animal Hospital was wonderful to work with. Dr. Music and the staff were very accommodating when it came to picking up meds and getting my sweet boy in when he was nearing the end of his battle with cancer. They went above and beyond. I am grateful for them!

I used to like Fairview Animal Hospital and it has served as the primary care provider for my animals thus far, but after providing chances following many mistakes, I cannot recommend them anymore. I have had various issues, but have dealt with them as Fairview had been convenient and marginally cheaper than other veterinary clinics in the area. About a month ago, I had an emergency situation with a dog and was told the best that could be done by Fairview was to have me sit at the facility (in the car) for an upwards of seven hours and he would be seen between appointments. Maryville Small Animal, also being booked through the day and busy, saw him within 40 minutes of my initial phone call. Today, I simply needed my dog's nails trimmed. I was talked over and rudely spoken to over the phone during my initial call, I was told to rush or wait until after the company's now TWO-HOUR lunch in which the business is closed, and I was made to wait in the parking lot for nearly 20 minutes after which a vet tech told me they were only able to cut the tips of his nails. My dog is difficult at the vet, but every other office I have visited to have his nails trimmed at are able to get the job done satisfactorily. I was also not able to pay by giving my physical card but was required to provide all of my credit card information over the phone in the parking lot. Look, I understand that COVID-19 has provided some customer service challenges, but forcing customers to wait in hot cars with pets, not swiping cards (however still taking cash) in the name of "sanitation", mandating payment before a service is provided without witness, and being able to provide poor service on a whimsical schedule is NOT acceptable and I believe to be a gross abuse of an already inconvenient situation to take advantage of customers. Unfortunately, the service I have received on multiple visits to Fairview Animal Hospital have convinced me that this is the laziest veterinary center in the Blount County area.

We truly can’t say enough INCREDIBLE things about this vet practice. We moved here from San Diego and needed a vet for our two cats and our new golden retriever puppy. We had some health scares with our puppy and the team of Doctors here were over the top incredible, caring, professional, and so attentive to our pets and our needs. We will never go anywhere else! We also find their prices for procedures to be very reasonable and the quality outstanding! Dr. Elizabeth James especially has made our time there outstanding! The care and concern she showed our pup made us feel so confident in her abilities and our puppy loves her! We HIGHLY recommend this office and have nothing but incredible things to say about them!

First visit for us! I was very nervous, as recently, we have had bad experiences with other places. The staff was very polite, and the vet was awesome! She listened to everything I was saying, didn't push anything, and even helped me save some $$!! Pricing was more than fair! We will definitely be going back! Our pittie, Appa, gives this vet 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sad day at Fairview, we found out our dog har had cancer. We had went to 2 vets prior and they said arthritis, they even did xrays at previous vets. When we came to Fairview the vet just felt his leg and knew it was a tumor. He did xrays to confirm. We had to put him down, the vet was so helpful and understanding and compassionate. Fully recommended this vet to anyone.
