Really kind and caring staff, easy to make appointments and get seen. Also pretty affordable compared to other vets I’ve been to.

Cannot say enough about Dr. Ensor and the staff at Riverside. We came just for routine vaccines as a new patient and left with so much more. They are all about your pets and their well-being. Respectful, thorough and caring. You get all the information needed before making any decisions. Highly recommended.

I could not ask for a better, more dedicated vet to take our furry loved ones to! Dr. Norman has gone above and beyond to make sure I am always informed on exactly what is happening and why during the visit, she takes her time to answer all questions thoroughly, and she has even checked up on our new puppy over weekends when he was sick. This team is beyond kind and professional; I could not recommend Riverside more.

Dr. Ensor and the assistant talked us to “death.” We went in to see about getting a growth removed from our cat and it felt like they were trying to “hard sell” us on doing so. We left bleary eyed from so much explaining. The cost was nearly twice as much as our other vet quoted for the same thing. We are sticking with our old vet despite Riverside being much closer to home. We did get the growth removed at our other vet and all is well and we saved $300.

I’m in town for a few months and brought my dogs in for routine vaccinations and checkups. The vet went over the history and consulted with the precious specialists for my dogs issues. They clearly care and are so accessible. I’m glad we tried them out and can’t recommend them enough.

Only been once so far but the vet was friendly and listened well to my questions and comments. Very happy so far.

I would give this Vet clinic 6 stars if I could. The entire staff is so caring and thoughtful. Dr Norman has gone above and beyond to help take care of our dog going through kidney failure. We are so thankful we found this clinic to take care of our dogs.

Best Vets in Knoxville! Dr. Wulforst has been so patient and gentle with my high anxiety dog. Her check ups are thorough and she has never steered me wrong in my dogs' care. So glad I made the switch to Riverside Vet when they opened. Best decision ever!

Absolutely incredible vet! My cat had been having some vomiting issues and unfortunately when I bring her in I can’t come in with her (because of COVID) which makes me a little nervous. But the vet calls me during her visits and tracks to me about my concerns, her concerns, etc and I don’t feel rushed. They even followed up with me to see how she was doing a few weeks later and I have never had the actual doctor call me for follow ups! I can’t say nicer things about them, how personable they are, and how sweet they are to my nervous girl. I recommend them to everyone!

Been taking my dog to see Dr Wulforst for ~4 years now and she is nothing short of amazing. We just had our 1st major procedure and it went great. We are seeing VERY fast positive results. I just recently got a puppy for the first time. I am the type that likes a lot of information and tries to prepare as much as possible. I probably called RVC once a week for 6 months and Connie and Jennifer would always be so nice and answer all of my questions, this is also before them even knowing where I was going to decide who our family Vet would be. I month before I scheduled my puppies first appointment and Katie was so comforting when she came to pick up my sweet girl to take her in and Dr.Norman is FANTASTIC. My first week as a dog mom was ruff, literally. I was so scared, I thought I wasn't ready for it, I panicked a little and called them a lot. Everyone was so patient and KIND! Dr.Norman is on top of it, she would always get back to me when I had questions even if it wasn't even a concern she would still call and answer my questions and tells me to call or email anytime with any concerns or questions. I am so thankful for everyone at RVC and I feel so comfortable knowing my puppy is taken care of by such great staff. Thank you RVC!

The Riverside Veterinary Clinic practices current Covid safety measures to protect both their staff and clients. Everyone that I had dealt with today was kind and caring from start to finish.

I just moved to Knoxville and I was fortunate to have been recommended this vet from a colleague. Every time I have made a visit my dog Nicki has been taken very well care of! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and it is obvious that they go the extra mile to stay up to date with the newest knowledge in the field. I am so happy to have found a great vet! Edit: My dog recently god spayed and they did a wonderful job at taking care of Nicki, and educating me about her needs for aftercare. The incision was closed up really nicely, and now after a couple weeks after she is back and running! Thanks for making a stressful situation (especially with COVID restrictions) a positive experience!

Dr. Wulforst is amazing! She is obviously passionate about what she does and communicates very well. Our pup is very scared and anxious at the vet and she and her staff worked with him better than any vet while he was going through a long lasting ear infection. I can not recommend her enough!
