Fast service. Great prices. Not over charged for unnecessary frills. Great staff. Very understanding to my anxious dog. I think of it as the MinuteClinic for pets. I can’t stop telling all my dog mom friends to check out PetWell.

The clinic is a small on but they are very accommodating! In the waiting room were 2 pets before mine and they allowed us to stay in our car and call when it was time for the visit. They have packages to make shots cheaper which also allows for discount on the exam fees. I have been here twice with my doodle and each time have had no issues. They also can provide flea and heart worm medicine. Great clinic if you aren’t established with a clinic.

I took my new puppy here for her first veterinary visit and the staff members were so kind and accommodating. They adored Stella as if she were their own and were sensitive to providing her with a positive experience. I am so glad I was recommended to them by my breeder for their puppy package so I can continue to see them for all of Stella’s vaccines. Their pricing was fair and they were very transparent about everything they were doing.

We brought in our sweet baby for a bleeding and cracked dew claw 10 mins before closing thinking they wouldn’t see her and they were all so nice and immediately made us feel so much better! Dr. Katie clipped, and cleaned her broken dew claw in less than 10 minutes. The staff that was there was also so welcoming and caring and kind!!! Bring your pets here for vets and techs that actually care about your babies for very affordable price! Thanks from Wolfie and her mom & dad ????

The best vet experience ever. Literally. The staff was amazing and so helpful, we were in and out in less than 15 minutes and it was incredibly affordable. We will be back!

The staff was very friendly and we were seen immediately. They were calm and very knowledgeable taking care of my dog. I was very impressed and the price was much better than other local emergency vet hospitals.

I feel like your prices on shot packages is way to high. The one shot required by law and to get any grooming or nail or anything done. Rabies is extra ! Really! It should be included in any package free. I had always gotten my dogs shots and Heartgard somewhere else but it was a little distant from me now that I had moved. So I let my Daughter and Granddaughter talk me into trying your place. I might have to reconsider next time. I’m sorry because I like the concept and it is close to me. Thanks for listening!

This clinic has never disappointed me in their thoroughness and their compassion. They are so kind and caring for my dogs, and they are spot on with their diagnosis. They are also much more affordable than other vets. I have to drive 45 minutes to get to this clinic, but it is well worth it because of the amazing environment, knowledgeable staff, compassionate attitude.

Pet Well Clinic always takes good care of my dogs. I never have to wait long and prices are reasonable.

My dog needs blood work drawn and various shots/vaccines done every year and this is always my go to place. They accept walk-ins but be expecting to wait a while if you don’t check in online, beforehand. I would definitely recommend going to there website and checking in before heading here. If not you could be waiting up to 4 hours. But very pleasant staff and they take good care of my dog. I’ve never had any issues with them.

Don't know the vets name but she was very kind and loving. She did a wonderful job trimming my cats nails even though my cat was trying to fight her. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need which I appreciated also . I will definitely be back for my pet care needs.

Brought my kitty in here today due to some gagging issues. They took care of everything for under $100. I know that it can be expensive to pay vet bills and heartbreaking when you just don't have it so this is definitely where I'll be taking her from now on. Not only was it inexpensive but they were so friendly and down to earth, super gentle and sweet to my cat, and there was literally no wait. They also provided me with clear instructions on next steps and referred us to where we would take next steps if need be. I lost a cat this time last year due to a heart condition that was apparently something she always had that just finally threw a clot to her legs. When my new baby got sick I was a wreck with worry that it was happening all over again. This place gave me peace of mind that my baby is okay and you can't put a price on that. This clinic is a blessing.

We really appreciated the PetWellClinic team at West Hills. From the beginning, they were transparent about the cost of each step of the visit. They were friendly and so good with my kitty. He has felt much better since the great care he received at PetWell! Thanks, guys!

They were quick and professional even though they were busy. They gave my dog the attention he was craving and we will be using this location in the future !

I love that this was a walk in appointment! We found an abandoned kitten and my normal vet wanted an outrageous amount of money for her as a "new" patient exam and they wanted me to wait 4 days to see them. I walked right into PetWell, their exam fee was 1/2 of what my vet charged. If you don't need an exam but just shots, you can show up and just get them. Highly recommend for when you need to see the vet now and it's not an ER visit.

The staff is so loving and care so much. My fur babies are so lucky to have them looking out for their health.
