We have taken our dog to PetSafe Village a few times now. We have been very pleased with their service. They have the ability to view video of your pet in their sleeping area. They seem to be very caring for our pet. They are also flexible in pick up and drop off times.

Been using them for 8 years. Would not go anywhere else! And I've used many in the past. PSV gives me the peace of mind that my pets are safe and happy when boarding or for daycare.

My puppy who is 10 pounds was attacked by a 160+ lbs dog while in the small dog area. We had been there less then 5 minutes before it happened.

I love PetSafe! First place that I’ve been to, where I completely trust that my dog will be well taken care of.

I have been taking my dogs here for 20 years. Now they don’t answer the phone, don’t reply to voicemail, don’t reply to email and when I went by there the doors were locked. Have they gone out of business?

We have boarded both dogs and cats here with no problems. I especially appreciate the 24/7 drop off and pick up option. They have switched to curbside service only which actually make things much smoother. A team member will come out and take your pet & belongings, which is a seamless transition for both owner and pet. If you reserve early enough, you'll have an option for VIP suites with indoor/outdoor runs. PetSafe provides a digital report card where you can follow your pet's stay and view photos taken by a team member during play time. The report card also documents behavior, favorite things and response to other dogs. This is a popular boarding facility, so you should make reservations well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Be warned. Petsafe has changed its pricing. They now charge by the hour and charge an extra $15 for drop off on Saturday and $15 for pickup on Sunday. We boarded our bulldog for one night, and it cost us $93.36. Breakdown: $1.92 for 33 hours, plus $30 to drop off on Saturday morning and pickup Sunday afternoon. We used them because they were convenient on our way to Chattanooga. No more. Back to Birchwood we go.

The best dog park we've ever been to. Multiple landscape features like a huge pond, huge stone steps for your pup to run up and around.

Horrible service, poorly trained staff, equipment such as cameras that you pay extra for doesn’t work and then double charge you. Call to dispute the double charge they hang up on you repeatedly. Stay away from this place.

This is my first time boarding my pup. I was super worried about her, however the staff was more than accommodating and super helpful with all my questions. They helped me feel at ease with leaving my baby with them.

We had higher expectations. Our experience wasn't terrible but it was just adequate. We boarded 2 dogs and a cat for 5 days. We were never able to see our cat even after speaking to staff who said they'd bring our cat to the playroom. I waited/watched the Webcam for 30 minutes and our cat was never brought out. I checked the Webcam many times each day at all different times and never saw my cat and rarely any cat in the cat playroom. One of our dogs came home with kennel cough even though he was vaccinated. We reported to our vet. We understand that can happen but we really expected more from Pet Safe Village.

Our dogs love this place. Plenty of room for them to freely roam, romp, and play.

Great place to board your dog!

They place so many stipulations on the dog owner especially when traveling to Knoxville. They make up rules and regulations like I am traveling to some foreign country versus to Knoxville from Nashville. It confuses a dog owner for certain.

The general manager is terrible! I talked to someone three times on Thursday about reservations and one time on Friday. I did not hear back anything by Monday so I called. The general manager all the Sudden can't take any of my cats in doesn't care that I had talked to somebody 3 times one day then once on Friday. She said there is no one above her so I can't talk to anybody else. They raised their voices on the phone several times in our extremely unprofessional. I don't recommend this company at a. They don't have good values and if the employees will yell over the phone at humans I can only imagine how they will treat the animals.

I have visited several dog parks and this is the best one in Knoxville.

Yoshi enjoys going to day camp at PetSafe where he can play with other dogs. The staff are always happy to see him. Getting to see him playing on the videos and receiving the daily report cards are the best!

Update: I left several voice mails asking to be called. No one has returned my call. We left our two dogs there for a week. When I picked them up this morning, they were filthy and smelly. Covered in dirt. There was literal mud in the bath tub when I washed them. They looked liked they had lived outside all week. My dogs' coat is stained with clay mud. The webcams are "down". I guess that is to hide the filth that your dogs are allowed to live in. I could leave them outside at our own house for a week and they would not have looked as bad as they did this morning.

The park could use some love. Gates were broken, fountain was broken, and pond was filthy.

We are new to Knoxville and VERY particular about our dogs and their daycare/boarding experiences. We have found PetSafe Village to be our go to place for daycare/boarding. Wonderful and patient staff to answer all of your questions, our dogs come home happy after their daycare days and they are SUPER eager to return! Definitely recommend!

I originally picked PetSafe Village for the webcams and good reviews. However, I boarded my dog over the weekend and when I went to log into the webcam to see her on the last day she was no where to be found. I had seen her in the room on previous boarding days but was not there the day I picked her up. I also left her with the exact amount of medication she was supposed to be given and when I picked her up they returned some of the medication, which meant she was not given one of the doses. This now puts my dog at risk for another infection. I attempted to reach out to PetSafe several times with no answer so I left a message and never received a call back. I finally got ahold of them and all they said were they were sorry. I am overall highly disappointed in the care that was given to my dog and would not recommend anyone board their dog there. I am editing this review to reflect to everyone that PetSafe commented to my review stating they would reach out to me directly. Well that was over a week ago and they still have not once tried to call me.I did try to reach out to them again but could not get an answer. I still overall do not recommend this place to board your dog.

Loved the Puppy Kindergarten and Puppy Elementary classes offered at the Pet Safe Village. The staff was professional, knowledgable and patient with all of the dogs (and owners!) in class. Rosalee was fantastic and we learned so much from her and her team. Thanks Petsafe Village! Would recommend without hesitation.

I take my dog here for the daycare most weekdays and he loves all the people here. We also board him here when we are out of town and they send little updates throughout his stay

This is the friendliest place I think I have ever been. Their love for dogs is very apparent and they have instilled a great culture of safety within the facility. The only problem with this place is that they don’t have enough dog to dog interaction. All the play groups are filled for the foreseeable future.
