They were great with our two dogs. One of them, a former stray, is a bit troublesome for most groomers. Adorable Pets did a great job with him and we’ll definitely be back in the future.

By far the best place to take your animal to get groomed n it's priced just right!!!! Love this place. It's the only place I'll take my cats.

They take great care of the puppies, and they do a better job with grooming than any other grooming salon I've tried!! Plus, the dogs don't get as nervous going to adorable pets salon than they do at the others. They put so much care into it and you can tell that they absolutely love what they do! I would highly recommend!!!

DO NOT take your beloved animal to this establishment. While shopping next door we could hear the groomers yelling profanities and curse words to the animals, and honestly it did not sound like the dogs were behaving badly but being abused by these people. It hurt my entire soul listening to the animals being treated this way. I do not think these people are aware they can be heard. There are so many other local groomers, I would never take my dog here, we love him too much.

The woman working was polite seemed to genuinely happy to see my pitbull. Got him back right around the time that was predicted, smelling good and acting normal.

I have been grooming my Shih Tzus for 10 plus years and I’ve never been as happy. I have lived in at least nine cities so I have been to a lot of different groomers. I am very picky. I see every detail and anything wrong. I usually have to go home and fix it but I never have to going here. Adorable pets is the best groomer I’ve ever been to. My two dogs come back looking great, their cuts are perfect and they go in looking a mess. I have been to at least three groomers in the Knoxville area and they are the best, they’re actually the best I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend.

Pretty sure they give the pups meds to calm them down, so if that bothers you ask them. I have been taking my pup here for almost a year. Recently she has been really distresses when we get close to the building. I think I will be looking for a new groomer or doing it myself. It breaks my heart when I can tell my pupper is stressed.

We had a appointment booked for over 12 weeks and when we arrived, we were rejected because they had made the error of putting us down for a different day. We showed the email confirmation that we were indeed scheduled for today, but they refused. Even when we stressed how important (family photos and beach trip) it was to have the grooms today, we were still rejected. We have been taking our dogs here for over 2 years, with grooms every 5-8 weeks ($120+ each time) and have referred multiple clients to them, so it was truly appalling at the complete lack of customer service. Especially when it was an error on their part only. It was very clear after this morning that they do not value their customers, retaining loyal clients, and nor do they respect anyone else’s time. I would not recommend having your dog(s) groomed here specifically because the lack of care from employees.

I can't say enough good things about Whitney! She has been grooming my 3 little girls for years and I wouldn't trust them in anyone else's hands. I recommend Whitney and Adorable Pets to anyone searching for a groomer for their precious furbabies! They treat them like they were their own babies and my girls are always super excited for their "spa day" when I drop them off and look fantastic when I pick them up!

I found the staff very rude. I have been taking my dog there for six or seven years. I had my dog groomed today and the hours posted on their website or 8 till 5. I did not receive a call that my dog was finished. I was around town and stopped at the shopping center where it is located and sat in the parking lot for about 45 minutes. A little before 5 I walked in and asked for my dog. They said that I was late and had to pay a $60 fee for picking the dog out the late. I was there a little before 5 and they said that their hours ended at 4. It is clearly posted on the website that their hours are 8 until 5. You can check that out. Wound up having to pay approximately $60 extra and late fees to get the dog back. This place is terrible just for the customer service aspect of it. The last time I took my dog there she had a small injury when she came back that was not explained by the groomer. Never again.

I had my Persian’s hair trimmed and he looks fabulous! I was having a horribly hard time finding someone who would even touch him! I didn’t want that ridiculous lion cut, just a trim. Brian did a wonderful job and my baby seems so much happier with less fur! I will totally go back and recommend this company to anyone!

They made my Corgi so soft and clean! Her nails don’t scratch me anymore. My living plushie is so huggable now! They were so nice to my fur baby. As soon as she got to the grooming room, I could hear the staff saying her name and being nice to her. I love that she got to play with the other little doggos that got groomed that day!
