It is easy to see that the staff cares about animals. Office was clean, the staff is great, and the prices very reasonable.

Don't recommend. Covid must have hurt their business and they act like they're desperate for money. Had my dog there had test run they called me and said the test was bad and wanted to retest it. Took her in they recharged me $145 for the retest. They are the ones that said they got a bad sample. Then they gave me a prescription so I could get the medicines filled online because they have about a $6,000 markup on meds. Then wouldn't verify the prescription because they wanted $20 to fax the prescription over. I've noticed though each time I've been in there the last five times in one month absolutely no one's there. Maybe that's why they're charging all of these charges.

They took wonderful care of my girl! I have a 4 year old husky who needed a dental cleaning and tooth extraction… I was so stressed about her going under anesthesia, but they took every precaution and made me feel as at ease as I could. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this place.

This is an awesome vet practice, my Goldie has been twice and both times I was able to get an appointment the same day. The front staff and Dr. Brittany were amazing, caring and listened to my concerns, they clearly explained our options and the costs to treat my dog. We got a wellness check call as well which is totally appreciated it and shows that they truly care about their clients.

Very nice and very caring. My dog had gotten ahold of some medicine and the kept me informed about the blood work and the next steps. I knew my puppy was well cared for.

They've been excellent up front and honest with us through out our cat's procedure. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. i informed them of my financial limits and did everything they could to give our boy the best care while staying within my budget. They also provided me with all the extra resources i could have needed outside of their help. It was by far the best animal hospital experience I've had.

I don't know why I missed writing a Google review. In 2020, I adopted a very sickly dog that most would have automatically just euthanasied her. If it weren't for mypets, petwell, and UT vet, she would not have had the best last 3 months of her life. I really wish I could post pictures of the transformation of her. Everyone loved her and took such great care of her. I now have a new dog and am coming back again for services. This is such a great team to have care for your furry loved ones.

My cat Oliver had to have some teeth extracted, due to dental disease. They treated him very well! I could tell when I picked him up, he was calm and not scared at all. He is now acting like a large kitten around the house after a couple days, can tell he feels 1000% better! The price was also very reasonable, not nearly as high as it could have been. Great staff and even more important provided great care. Thank you!

Friendly staff that cares about your pets. Prices were also reasonable which can be hard to find when it comes to vets in West Knox.

I took my 15 year old pupper to them in her final year and they took excellent care of her! I now bring the two I've since adopted here and I always have a wonderful experience. They're very reasonable and always want what is best for your furbaby. I come back and I recommend them to friends!

Had my dog spayed and chipped. They are absolutely wonderful. They were on top of things. Giving us a call a few days ago to prep for the surgery, a several update on the day of procedure, information to take home to care, following up next day, on and on.. Nothing more to ask for. Everyone was so friendly and personable. You can tell they love animals. Thank you and I'll be back! UPDATES : I visited this location a several more times and they diagnose and treat my baby right evert time. The doctors take their time to explain everything and all the nurses are so friendly and courteous. So glad I found this place.????

On 9/24/2020 we had to put my baby boy Pepper Jack to sleep. I knew and he knew it was time to go. Out of the hardest day, I was amazed by the compassion and kindness of the staff. I did not feel pressured. They gave us time to be with him. I cannot express how thankful I am for this staff.

Was referred by neighbors when I relocated from California and have been so happy with my good fortune. My pet's is friendly, very competent and really takes a personal interest in your pet's well being.

We have been taking our dogs to My Pet's for years and have always had exceptional interaction with the doctors and the staff. They take their time, very friendly. One of the doctors even drove to my house on a Saturday to check on one of the dogs. They also do follow-up calls after each visit. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to take your furry friends.

This place was fantastic. They were very honest with me about the health of my cat. They were supportive of my decision and they went above and beyond when I unfortunately had to put him down. They gave me ample of time to say goodbye. They walked be through everything. They're prices are very affordable. They even sent me a card in the mail a week later thinking of me and my baby boy. My cat(s) have been seeing Dr. Sam and his superlative staff at My Pet's Animal Hospital for approximately 15 years. As there seems to be little staff turnover, the veterinary assistants know my animals and their personalities well. When an issue arose with my now deceased older cat, I was educated and presented with treatment alternatives, along with estimated costs. After attempting first-line treatment, Dr. Sam fully respected my decision not to further treat, and subsequently Newt was euthanized and freed of pain. Sorry for that bummer, but the staff at that time were very understanding and compassionate. Being in the health profession (humans) myself, any medical decision is up to the patient/owner, not the doctor, and is philosophically of paramount importance.
