They are very good! The nurses, receptionist and the doctor were all very caring and nice with my dog. He got intoxicated with something he ate and they solve in a good timing manner❤️

Didn't care for the doctor and everything took so long, with 4 people working and just us. Then she was so restless after getting home!! Can't wait to talk to our regular vet. She's such a laid back dog so why did they have to dope her up so much for x-rays? She was that way all the next day until evening from 4 in the morning!! Glad we had an option after hours but some of their service is questionable.

Get ready to pay!! They have you right where they want you. A sick or injured animal, your love for them and the need for care to help them. Our normal vet told us they did not treat our dog the way they should have. Thankful we didn't leave our girl overnight.

I took my ill animal here in an absolute life threatening emergency. She did not make it. Despite the loss of our Ellie Mae, the staff was very nice and caring. The Vet did all the testing and gave me every detail in very easy to understand terms of his findings. He sat down with me and showed me the x-rays and gave me the information I needed in the best way he could have. There was absolutely no way to save my dog, but the way they handled everything was spot on. This is one place I hope to NEVER be back to, but if I end up in an emergency pet situation, I will choose them again for sure.

My cat (Simba) broke his jaw and was in bad shape. This was the only clinic open late. If it wasn't for them, Simba would not be with us right now. He's still recovering and is more lively than ever. People complain about the price but you can't put a price on life. Thank you for saving my cat.

After being seen over the weekend, I was told I could bring my dog back until 7am if her condition worsened…I arrived at 6:40 am Monday morning, carrying my 30lb dog with tears in my eyes. The ladies working on Monday morning were only concerned with what time they were getting off work. I’m glad they were so rude, wouldn’t want my dog being put down in a place like that. Thanks to their rudeness my dog had one last pup cup and the service we got at Animal Emergency and Specialty was far superior.

Amazing experience. I think the vets name was Dr. Moran. He was absolutely awesome. The staff was very knowledgeable and amazing as well. Highly recommend. I cannot believe how pleasantly surprised I was. 10/10 recommend. I can’t say it enough!! Reasonable rates, understanding, and caring.

6 hours and $400 to get a single x-ray on my cat to check for internal bleeding. Ultimately pointless because she’d have been dead from the wait time if she actually did have internal bleeding. Lucky on the cat. Unlucky to have come here.

Took my 2 year old pomeranian there who had been throwing up multiple times over a 30 hour time frame. Sat in exam room almost 2 hours then they decided to come in and ask about blood work and xrays etc. She wasn't lethargic or bleeding so I said no thanks. They gave her a nausea shot and we came home. I couldn't even understand the tech because she spoke so ridiculously fast. Sounded like a robot. This place is more after money than actually caring about your pet. Will not return.

PLEASE READ. We took our sweet 2-year old beagle girl to this clinic in extreme distress after playing with her puppy friends in the yard like she does every evening. This clinic was the closet to our home since UT ED was closed. We were given a diagnosis AHDS and that she was in critical condition and what they wanted to do. Okay, help me understand why weren't they already doing those things? We wasted over 30 minutes going through the costs and signing a ton of papers all about money. We have money and would have spent anything to help her. It was clearly apparent based on our apparent fear. There was no empathy, no caring, it was about money and "well we think it is this, but we don't know why." I left her there thinking I was doing the right thing. I called throughout the night and was told she was stabilizing and to get her at 6:30 am because they closed at 7 am. When we got there we were told she still required hospital care and we were supposed to transfer her but that she was stable enough. When the vet tech brought her in she was lifeless, gasping for air with her tongue hanging out blue. I said something is very wrong, "Oh know it is just the medicine." I said no way, she is almost dead. Sure enough she was dying and the vet said, "well she has a heartbeat but I don't know why she isn't breathing." She can't stay here intubated. I demanded that she try to resuscitate her, which they say they tried but I don't believe it for a minute. The same scared lady just kept coming back asking for more money. The callous cruel treatment we received is beyond comprehension and I don't ever want anyone to be feeling like we are today. Maybe our baby girl might not have lived but the lack of empathy transparency, and compassion only made the situation more traumatic. Our regular vet felt this was negligence. Please beware, I hope this post saves someones animal in the future.

It was great to find someone that was open in late hours of the night to aid us! We had to drive 30 minutes to get to them but it was worth it. They were all ready to go when we called ahead!!! Reasonable rates and very clean establishment. Santa gives them 2 thumbs up.

For anyone reading this... There's a lot I would like to say.. But I'll only say the 1 star should let you know... Save your money, take care of your pet as best you can .. & go to your family vet... If that's not a option.. please drive some where else.. You'll be happier an so will your pet...

The doctor sent my dog home in worse condition than when she came. Gave me no answer as to what’s wrong with my dog and recommended that I follow up with a day vet. They spoke to me as if I was a veterinarian myself and would snark at me and roll eyes when I asked further questions. When I got my dog back she was bleeding from her rectum, when I asked why and how long that would last eyes were rolled and I was told I don’t know. It is literally their job to know what’s wrong. I’ve walked away feeling defeated & helpless. Receptionist and doctors both don’t have a clue how to treat animals or their clients! I am appalled at the service I have received. Came in based upon good reviews but obviously those are all lies. If you want to keep your pet in good health do whatever you need to but do not send them here. The doctor should have his license revoked. I will be taking my dog to someone who cares from now on. Save yourself the trouble and money by taking your pet elsewhere. So disappointed and devastated that I would even consider taking my dog there. You all should be ashamed. Do it get a job around animals if this is how you treat them.

Glad they were there….. I think. Very, very slow and cannot multitask patient care. I didn’t really trust the vet and it seemed to me that a very large bill was run up for tests that gave no answers, only more questions. I wonder about the vets diagnostic mind— seems a little weak

Our dog Goose nearly impaled himself the other day severing his femoral artery. Our vet applied a pressure bandage and sent us to this ER vet clinic on Ailor. They saved Goose and were very professional and informative. I hope we won't ever HAVE to return, but we will definitely choose this clinic again in another emergency situation.

My mother's little chihuahua was having problems over 4th of July weekend. The people at the clinic were very helpful. They told us upfront what the costs would be and gave us all the options. They helped Rexie (the chihuahua) who is still thriving. Excellent after hours pet clinic

Well today Mark's 3 year I lost my sweet boy, because of the selfishness of this business. They want 7500.00 for a surgery that would have cost 900.00 from our vet. I wouldn't recommend this place to any one. The place on Alior ave much more reasonable. I wish every day would have made that choice.
