Love love love!!! It was my puppy’s first hair cut and they did amazing! I was very nervous but now I will never take him anywhere else! He looks so good and they were quick and affordable!

By far the best groomer in Knoxville! My dogs are spoiled and pampered at this Spaw! Joy's creativity is unmatched for both canine and feline clients. 10 stars!!

worst employer i have worked for in my entire work career. would not recommend. management is horrible and joy is never there til noon. it's a wonder how she keeps staffed. i have witness a groomer slap a dog and reported it to her and she did nothing about it because it wasnt on camera.

This has been the best grooming experience for my dog. My shih Tzu has behavioral issues and is difficult but this salon is so patient and gentle with my dog, and with me. I highly recommend them.

Cleanliness is clearly important to the staff/owners. During my short stop, I noted the dogs being groomed in front area were well groomed. I like the shop and staff seems professional.

I can trust Joy and her staff to handle my babies, 2 miniature schnauzers & a great Pyrenees, with the utmost care. She ensures her staff has the same high quality standards that she demonstrates. Her facility is clean and organized. I would definitely recommend Joy's Pet Salon & Spaw to anyone that only puts their fur babies in the most capable hands!

Joy's Pet Salon and Spaw takes care of three of our dogs on a regular basis. Joy oversees the care of each one of our pets, during their stay there.

Joy's pet salon and spaw was recommended to me by Butler animal clinic. My cat is a long haired and has become extremely matted for unknown reasons. When I called, the lady I spoke with told me that they are not accepting new clients at this time and could not recommend a different place for me to go, even after I explained to her that my cat seems to be uncomfortable. She didn't care and I won't call back due to the fact that she didn't even try to help me.

We have been going to joys for about 2 years now and we love it! The staff is so friendly and they really bond with your dog. The facility is always clean and I would recommend them to anyone!
