Needed to find things for our dog and they were super helpful and we were able to snag what we needed right away!

Bought a TN VOLS jersey for my dog and it was too small. They won’t do refunds, only in store exchanges. They can’t look up your purchase by credit card either. It’s 2021, not 1950 so I don’t just hold onto receipts in my scrapbook or balance my checkbook on a paper ledger. Now I’m stuck with apparel that doesn’t fit my dog. Horrible business model. Shop elsewhere.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Jennifer was so kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Wonderful products and reasonable prices. She gave me free samples of different dog food formulas from NutriSource to see which would be the best for my Sammie. Jennifer also took the time to help me fit Sammie for the right size harness. Sammie is an American Bully so she's a strong chewer, Jennifer recommended West Paw Chew toy. I took her advice and it's the best, worth every penny! We ran in here really quick looking for antlers for our dogs to chew on, specifically decent sized ones that didnt cost $50 each. To our surprise they had very decently sized ones and they were half the cost! Very happy with our purchases and the cashier was super friendly.

We stopped by to get a collapsible bowl for our pup on our first night of vacation. To our surprise, they had several sizes available. Although the shop was small, they seemed to have everything! The person working there was very nice.

They had so much to choose from. Awesome likens pet boutique.

Chuddley, my pup, needed an early haircut. Unfortunately to him, it's quite frigid, now. So Google directed me to this cute, friendly, and loving shop downtown. We tried on three thermal coats, Chud-muffin was so happy with the visit, he returned affection by rubbing his head on the lady's feet; which is a flashback to his show days when he was trained to not react to hands, at all, for judging. I will be a regular from now on! Chuddley Wuddley was the one to impress, and they did...

Love this place the staff is always nice

We came in from out of town yesterday and had a very pleasant experience. The gentleman there (owner?) gave us a free sample of dog food, helped answer any questions we had, and offered merchandise and lunch suggestions upon request. He was very patient, helpful, and kind and went above and beyond in a way you don’t see often. 10/10 would recommend. Good prices and inventory as well.

Walked in out of the rain yesterday and the human behind the counter said something, and I couldn't quite understand her, and I asked if she'd please repeat. So she spat out in the most hateful way, "IS. THERE. ANYTHING. SPECIFIC. YOU. ARE. LOOKING. FOR?!" Why? Unforgettably brash, rude, and unnecessary. This is sad to me, but it's okay, because there are other pet stores out there with people who are kind. And kindness is a big deal.

Lady's very nice and helpfully

We browsed the store for a while and picked up a few items for our dog and cats. When I went up to the front to ring up my purchases I asked the cashier if they carried ruffwear dog booties. Instead of simply answering, "No", her demeanor quickly became confrontational as she went on a long rant about the potential dangers of having your dog wear any kind of foot coverings. Beyond the inaccuracies her speech included, I am deeply offended by her mannerisms and attitude. It was pretty poor costumer service and I am hestitant to return to the store (which is a shame considering that they have good prices and a wonderful selection.)

Great! First visit today. They had EXACTLY what we wanted, when no one else did! Reasonably priced. Purchased a couple of dog treats from the checkout counter, our dogs LOVE them. Sweet staff too, not at all stuffy.

They carry a great selection of products for dogs and cats. They will also do curbside pick up so you do not have to carry purchased items around downtown!

This is my go to pet store. I like their selection of grain free food and treats. They even let me take free samples home to see which my dog would like better.

This is a great little store in Knoxville, full of everything you could possibly need for your dog (or cat). You can make yourself a bag of treats for your dog, and they offer a variety of flavors with a completely straightforward, healthy ingredients list. Everything seemed to be of high quality and safe material. The woman that was working the store today was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend stopping by (and supporting their local business!).
