These are the people you want to care for your babies. Absolutely the best experience for both me and my cat. I cannot say enough great things about each and every person I had an interaction with, they are the absolute best folks. I am so appreciative that they are there. Thank you!

I just went online for a simple question and they pointed me in the right direction to find my answer and solution (even though it was not with them)! That's the service I'm looking for. They do what is BEST for the ANIMAL. Not their business. I'll be telling all of my friends to come there for any pet needs!!!!

Called in with an emergency for my puppy and Soyer was very helpful and got us in immediately. He spent a week with this wonderful crew during a treatment that saved his life! I am so very thankful for this staff and for Soyer keeping me updated daily and being some compassionate! Everyone was so kind and loving to my boy ❤️

My dog went for the first time. I was a little apprehensive to pass him off at the door. But, he actually was returned back to me as happy as a bug in a rug. His name is Bug. LOL He was in an abuse situation previously . I was so afraid that he would have some separation anxiety. But, no! They are some great folks!!

Service was okay, the staff seem to be a bit disconnected. Not that "personal service" like it use to be a few years ago. But the location is convenient for our family.

Our Dutchess is always excited about coming here. They know what they're doing and the animals appreciate it.

This clinic is so amazing! My puppy had parvo and they took such good care of him. They updated me every day and allowed me to call whenever i wanted to check up on him. I didnt think he was going to survive but thanks to them my baby gets to come home! I will be forever grateful!

My husband and I had to put our great dane and golden retriever down within a week of each other. Making that decision was incredibly hard. Not only did these incredible send us a handwritten card expressing their sympathy, but they also made paw print keepsakes for us. We in no way expected that. And it was so wonderful. I will never go anywhere else even though I no longer live in the area.

I had a emergency and needed to see the vet immediately. Every vet including my normal one was booked solid. They were able to work me in and get my baby checked out and taken care of. They are amazing and will continue to do business with them again. Amazing work they do!!!

The doctors at this clinic are very disappointing. Maybe they do not have enough experience, or maybe it is just ego, but they put my sister's cat through two months of misery. Because they did not know how to read an x-ray they took, they missed a liver mass for two months and $1500.00 later. No compassion showed, no help offered, no communication skills. This is malpractice. Your standard of care is being questioned. These doctors need to only do vaccines, spays, and neuters. They should not try to practice medicine. You must have forgotten your oath, "Harm no patient."

They are responsible for saving my cat Tora-Khon from dying from a very bad sickness and I couldn't have asked for a better team than the people at Governor John Sevier Animal Clinic ... they worked together to keep my cat alive. They are also nice to the humans who are waiting anxiously for updates while an emergency is taking place. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a great veterinarian.

I love this place. Let’s just say my three dogs are not the most sociable when it comes to humans. However, they get so excited every time they see someone from there. Great veteran practice.

Best people ever take your dog to

Should have filed a police report. I got robbed. This place is not about animal health care. It is a nickel and dime kinda business. Almost like a crooked mechanic. Need new wipers and they try to sell you a new transmission.

Our Boxer lives boarding here, the staff takes really good care of him.

Pet came back with fleas and intestinal parasites.

I called (on Fri) to make an appointment, they put me on hold for about 10 min, understandle since they were busy, but when they answered they told me they were booked till Tuesday. So I started to ask if I could make an appointment for then but they hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. This was the final straw. There have been other incidents too, like trying to pull out kittens teeth, without asking. Will not be back.

They are awesome my dog was up and running pretty much the next day!!!

Very unhappy with this place unprofessional wanted to put my cats down months and months before it was time all about the money exams done in waiting area on Saturday had no privacy and the woman was very loud other people in waiting area heard everything that was said I don’t plan on ever going back tri county vet in Seymour is hands down the best I’d be careful going here

This is the best clinic. The staff amd doctors are always great. Heidi, the groomer is so kind to our 2 Pomeranian.
