Our 6 year old chorkie, Bentley, has stayed at All Kreatures several times over the last few years. Usually, it is just for a weekend or for a week of vacation. Bentley also has all of his grooming needs done at All Kreatures. He is a little feisty and doesn’t like his face or feet being trimmed, and usually tries to nip at Abigail or Stephanie ( whoever drew the short straw and had to groom him). Haha Abigail has ended up with a few scratches when his anxiety medication (only used for grooming) hasn’t kicked in yet. Regardless, everyone has been so patient with him when he isn’t cooperative.  Even if he has been difficult, Abigail is so sweet and loving with him. We recently took a trip and needed him to be taken care of for 11 days. I was concerned about boarding him  for that many consecutive days. He had never been away from us for that long. Although we had several friends who offered to help, the concern of people tag teaming or remembering to check on him was more stressful. My husband reminded me that we had not had any problems after his week long visits. So with his bed, blanket and 3 favorite toys in tow, we dropped him off at All Kreatures. We did add on a few extra play sessions bc he’s used to having the run of the house and the fenced in backyard at home. I don’t know why I had questioned my decision to board him at All Kreatures. He came out happy to see me, but also kept running back to Stephanie. She had groomed him and done a wonderful job! She had even managed to trim around his feet and face the way we like it. After his wonderful stay at All Kreatures, I can confidently board him for any time we can’t take him with us. We will definitely continue having all his grooming needs done there, as well. When we arrived home he immediately ran into the house and sat in his rattan chair, as if he hadn’t been away! He’s actually been a little calmer than usual! I’m sure that won’t last.???? We’ve boarded our dog, Copper, with AK several times. We can tell he likes it there because he pulls to get inside when we pull up and check him in. Jeff and the crew take great care of him!

All Kreatures Pet Care is by far the best pet grooming facility I've experienced. The customer service provide by Aimee was personable, and the groomer, Abigail, listened and completed exactly what I needed done. All Kreatures Pet Care will definitely see me and my sweet fur baby again!!!

Seriously THE BEST. We have a large Great Dane and they go out of their way to help accommodate her and being a larger dog needing more space. She's had allergy issues, they keep her up on her meds while there. They've sent us pics of her playing while we've been on longer trips. We're often last minute travelers and they're always great about fitting us in. More importantly our Dane seems happy when we get her there and not stressed out. They treat her and us like family. Don't hesitate to use All Kreatures!

Honestly a very bad experience, we were boarding our dog for a family vacation. We had to send pet Vaccine proof papers four times and they continued to call my wife and threatened to not board our dog up to the day of drop off. It was threatening, unpleasant, and borderline harassing. We will not be using their services again. Edit due to response: My wife was literally yelled at by the gentleman calling about the vaccination papers "YOU NEED TO GET THEM IN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE" when we told them that due to the age of the dog the second dose of vaccines was to be administered 2 days before the drop off date (48 hours in advance) and the confirmation of all doses would be sent by the vet at that time. Professionalism not seem to be a priority when communicating to my wife. My Wife (type A personality) was very distraught over the possibility of the boarding of our dog falling out 3 days before we were to leave for a family reunion. Our vet also communicated a poor experience in getting All Kreatures to receive the records and recommended that I take a physical copy even though they confirmed it was received on the day of the final vaccinations. I Personally called to verify that it was received and was told "No, they had not been" to which I replied, I was at the vet and they could resend them if there was need, after which the gentleman checked again only to find that they had been received. I don't want the review to come off as if we had not gone above and beyond to meet standard requirements of boarding a dog.

Wouldnt know how their services are. The guy was super rude who answered. They offer cat boarding but not grooming services. Interesting

Very pleased with our experience, had to kennel dogs without advance notice and they came through. Dogs seemed well cared for.

I take my dog to All Kreatures because I trust them. I know my dog is cared in a great safe environment.

This is such an amazing place and I love all of the staff. They are all amazing and during the pandemic they have gone above and beyond anything I could Imagine. They are so compassionate, caring, and understanding. I love that even after the mask ban has lifted they ask people to wear mask when they come in. Because when you think about it you are boarding a pet and you are going on Vacation so to keep the staff safe you have to be careful of the staff. I can really really appreciate that! If you want a fantastic place to leave your baby then this is the place for you!

Told to proceed w/bortatella, influenza shots and not to worry about availability for dates given. Called again to confirm a week later and now they're all booked. Unprofessional and bad info given instead of helping me reserve my spot the first time.

Beautiful environment for all pets, & awfully sweet ladies! They are very nicely setup. They can groom, room, and awww you with the skills they have.

My dog was with these people for over a week and when we came to pick her up they tried to hide the amount of dog food she ate by throwing some of it away behind the receptionists desk in front of us. My dog came home dehydrated from not having an ample amount of water. We have used them quite of bit in the past. This will be the last time ever we use them. PETA will be notified ASAP.

Had to boards our Puppy there for a week...and did daily daycare. So far we satisfied with place and know that our dog is in good hands.

Jeff is amazing to work with, very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure Teddi is comfortable. Weekly daycare is a dream. Teddi is exhausted and loves her play time with humans. Hands down the best boarding and day play in Knoxville. Super clean and smells great in the lobby.

First, I want to tell y'all that I have NEVER left a review for ANYTHING (Google, Amazon, Tripadvisor, etc) if that tells you how bad my experience was boarding my dog here. The people who work here are so unprofessional and unpleasant. I dropped my dog off for a trip for spring break and as soon as I got greeted, the man working the front desk legitimately asked for my last name and then followed with "sorry, I'm trying to watch the basketball ball game at the same time" and pointed to the tv. They were pretty busy as well, but I was trying to talk to him and ask questions and I was disregarded and not heard. I had to ask another lady to check to make sure he wrote the right thing down. He didn't of course. Upon picking up my dog, I had THREE half bags full of kibble. I questioned them about it and they said "you packed extra". I did, but definitely not to the amount that I came back with. I packaged my food here by days and I counted at least EIGHT MISSING CUPS they didn't feed my dog. THEY UNDERFED MY PUPPY (he's 6 1/2 months old, so still growing and cannot afford to be UNDERFED). Lastly, I realized one of my most expensive toys was missing and when I called the office to see if it was still there, they could tell I was frustrated at that point and tried making the excuse "we had 100+ dogs here at the time" over and over and over. I advise y'all to seriously take your animal somewhere else to be boarded if you want people to care about your dog.

All Kreatures Pet Care took wonderful care of our sweet dog while we were out of town! It was the first time we boarded our dog in many years so we were nervous at first about leaving him anywhere. However, after meeting the staff and checking out the facility we felt more than comfortable with the care he would receive while there! During our trip we were provided with several updates about how our baby was doing, and I could tell from the pictures he was SO happy there! Top notch customer service and pet care facility, at an affordable price! We can not recommend All Kreatures Pet Care enough for your boarding needs!

I've been going to All Kreatures for well over 15 years. Wonderful experience every time I walk into the door. My Dog actually knows when we are approaching AK and really enjoys her experience too. Sometimes I wonder if she likes it better at AK then she does at home. GREAT JOB to Jeff Charlton and the staff of AK for taking great care of our pets.

My experience at All Kreatures was phenomenal! The staff was friendly, caring and professional. We took advantage of the grooming services while she was there which was excellent. My fur baby loved it and was sad she had to leave! We will definitely be back!

Our normal kennel was full along with all of the other kennels at the time, however this kennel said they had availability and after taking the the tour, it was about 30% occupancy. After our experience, I see why. First, the staff members were great, but one in particular by the name of Sherry, I think is her name, is very unprofessional. She may be the owner or manager. She is rude, matter of fact, and has a terrible attitude. We have never been to this kennel, and suffice to say will never return.

My overly attached dog goes to daycare and loves it. I have a hard time getting her to go to anyone and she loves everyone at All Kreatures! Thank you for taking such good care of Kya!

So I started taking my dogs here for daycare a few weeks ago. I waited to write a review as I have learned that it can take a few trips to get a sense of what a place is really like. If the 5 stars weren't clear, let me say that this place is wonderful. Well worth the longer drive for me to get to. The staff is so friendly, professional and polite it is really amazing. I have used some other doggy daycares previously where many dogs were grouped together and my dog was returned messy, occasionally injured, and very unhappy. All Kreatures let's my dogs stay together but makes sure they don't mix with other dogs. When I pick them up they are calm and happy and clean. I highly recommend this place to pet owners who don't want big group daycares.

Very nice! Very clean. And that is hard to maintain at a veterinary clinic or groomer. Went in for a long overdue grooming. They were fast friendly and have us exactly what we asked for. I'll be back!

We have used several different places for our dog and All Kreatures is the best we have found. I wouldn't leave my dog anywhere else, highly recommended!
