My babies, 6month old cat and 4yo dog, were very well taken care of here. The staff was very kind and patient. My Nova can be a handful, but she always does better if I'm in the room with her because I can hold her close and she burrows her head into me. She's just a little scared of the vet, and they did really great at making her feel better. I appreciate their help!

I am very satisfied with the care being given to my furkids Surrey and Zeb.Office staff is extremely nice.

Dr. Climer & her staff are wonderful. I’ve had to have 3 of my babies (my cats) put down. 2 in December and 1 in March. They were so great and she told me I was doing the right thing, that I had done everything for my babies that I could. It was a hard decision but I believe I made the right decision even though it was really hard. My babies were suffering. She told me if there was something that we could do to save them she would definitely do it. She even hugged me and told me I did everything I could & she was so sorry. That really meant a lot to me, especially with Covid going around. She didn’t care she was passionate & caring. It meant a lot to me and my husband. I had a pendant made that was infused with my cats ashes and she and the staff asked me to please come by and show them when I got it. I did and they loved it. I also took by 2 canvases that my mom had done for my husband and I for our birthdays and they were so happy that I came by and showed them. Said they loved them, that they were so pretty. We still use her with our other 2 cats and dog. She’s been wonderful with them and so has her staff. The best vet that we have found in Jackson. We moved here from Atlanta area 2 years ago and tried a couple different vets and she’s been the best one we found. I highly recommend them.

Have had all 5 of my cats here. She takes good care of the animals and shows she really likes them!

The vet begins Mondays in afternoon and sends pets to emergency clinic down the street.

This place is great! I have taken all of my animals here for numerous things, and they are always polite and thorough.

They are very friendly and take good care of my German Shepherd my dog don't like it much but the staff setters her down and they listen to me about her problem. There is a Vet. up the street from me but I drive to Jackson (about 12 miles) because I trust the to take good care of Sasha since she was 10 weeks old now she's 5 years old.

We do not recommend Pet Wellness clinic at all. They refused to treat our puppy, and almost cost his life. He had been seen multiple times and told that he was having allergies, but no medication was helping, and only making it worse. After speaking with my colleagues, we found out what was wrong with the puppy. He had puppy strangles and needed to start immediate steroid treatment before his throat closed and he would no longer be able to breathe. After taking him in to Pet Wellness Clinic for the third time, we informed the doctor that he needed treatment for puppy strangles. The doctor continued to disagree and dismiss our concerns, sending us away with antibiotics. The next day I returned to the clinic with the information and cases of other puppies who were displaying the exact same symptoms as my puppy, only to find that they had closed early for thanksgiving weekend and would not be back for 5 days. The puppy’s throat had started to swell already, (the steroid shot the gave him a week prior had finally wore off and symptoms were getting worse) so I called the on call staff to make sure our puppy got his medication and did not pass over the weekend. The staff was not helpful and very rude on the phone, after several phone calls we were able to get the vet to begrudgingly send in a prescription for the puppy. She did not send the correct dosage, so the medicine barely lasted through the weekend until I could bring him in to a new doctor and get him diagnosed on Monday. As soon as he got the correct steroids, he started to improve over 24 hours. The way that the vet and office staff handled the situation was very unprofessional and almost cost the life of our sweet puppy. They admitted to not knowing much about the disease that he had, and therefore instead of finding out more and speaking to someone who had experience with it, they just refused to diagnose, treat, or save the puppy’s life. We did not appreciate them treating us like idiots and not taking our concerns seriously, or even acknowledging the severity of his illness. We will never return to Pet Wellness Clinic, and recommend you do the same. They had absolutely no regard for our pet’s wellness.

People are great and they were wonderful with my dog Jack who had never been to the vet before, he's 2 years old and a rescue. When I told them I wasn't sure how he would react and that he had growled at me, but shown no other signs of aggression, they didn't hesitate at all with him. They were friendly and warm and let him come to them. They are also more affordable than my previous vet for my other animals.

We are 100% satisfied with the staff, medical care and boarding services provided by Pet Wellness! We love you guys!

Do not trust your pet with these monsters! I took my dog to their facility for boarding and vaccines. When I returned, she had vomit around her mouth, and her bottom was covered in urine and diarrhea. Bethany told me she didn’t know why my dog had been sitting in her own bodily fluids. She also admitted that my dog’s cage was “pretty dirty”. She assured me that vomiting and diarrhea is not a health concern. This statement disturbed me deeply coming from someone working for a veterinary clinic. The vet, Dr. Climer, although she had not seen my pet all weekend, accused me of over exaggerating. She insisted that my dog had been fed, walked, and cleaned. If this was true, however, I wouldn’t have pictures of my dog covered in body fluids. I can only imagine the horror my baby faced all weekend as she ran off with diarrhea and vomit all night last night. She also has a discolored laceration on her lip that looks like a sign of trauma. My dog does not look or act like the same dog I left in their care Friday. Dr. climer showed no remorse for the way her staff treated my pet. She instead, insisted that I apologize to her for truthfully stating that my dog had been abused and neglected. I paid $22/day for someone to come in, walk my dog, throw food in the cage, and leave. Even after she showed signs of distress and discomfort, no one cared to spend time to monitor her or to contact me to let me know. I called on Saturday to check on my baby, and they assured me that she was fine, but after I had seen her, they recanted that statement and said she was stressed. She was stressed and uncomfortable the entire weekend and they just left her there in the cage to suffer without any attention, treatment, or care. They basically tortured her until I came back. They are unprofessional and show no concern for the well-being of animals.

Being a previous Vet Tech, I was looking for another clinic that was just as caring and compassionate about animals as I was. Pet Wellness Clinic is that place. They were very quick to get my pet an appointment and get her needs taken care of. She had a mass to come up on her chest and Dr Climer was very thorough and my Fiona had her surgery today to get it removed. She is recovering well and I'm so thankful for Dr. Climer and her staff and helping make us feel comfortable in a difficult situation.
