The employees there are all very friendly, professional, and GREAT with Frankie, that's the correct mixture when we're talking about a vet! Visits always go off without a hitch, they're always punctual and never keep you waiting. I've had to get vaccination confirmations, vet report, etc.and "Trusty" has always been 100% dependable, this would be an EXCELLENT choice for anyone looking for a good vet in Madison county!

This is the first veterinarian that gave me some medicine to give to my dog before his appointment. My dog did not have any anxiety. Dr. Clune was wonderful.

I found a dog on the side the road and I don’t have a regular vet, I took my dog here to the vet and I’m telling you these people are the sweetest people I’ve ever met in my life I didn’t have a lot of money but whatever I had in my bank I was going to use. they donated a bunch of medicine to this dog to help this dog out I’m telling you guys they are great , anybody that wants a friendly vet please come here because they are so great. I guarantee you people are going to be impressed by these people the best vet I’ve ever been 2 !!!!!!! When shadow is better I will post the pictures of her and show you the difference.

Reasonable price for puppy visits. Not like other vets that I experienced that trying to get my $$ out of my pocket, here I received great advice No doubt my puppy was treated with great care. For first-time visit, I was given a free leash, 1 free puppy heartworm pill with a package of useful info for how to take care of the puppy.

Highly recommend! I love everything about Trusty Vet and their staff! Our girls are so well taken care off. We have two rescues, who are very nervous and the TV staff are always gentle. The Drs, techs and front desk staff, make our girls feel loved.

I took my pet in because his eye was bothering him. They gave him some medicine and said they wanted to see him back in one week, but that there would be no charge for the next visit because they were just going to check up on him. I thought this was unusual but when I asked they repeated there would be no charge. I took him back after a week and was charged.

The first visit I had was pleasant. But it seems after that it’s been disappointing. Cheryl at the front desk is literally not helpful. All she does is say she doesn’t know ? I wish I could tell my clients I don’t know and still get paid. I asked if she could have someone call be back who does know and she couldn’t even do that. Too many vets in Madison to deal with unprofessional lack knowledge workers.

I have never experienced such insincere and unprofessional treatment in this facility. My typical experience has been overall professional and my pet had received sincere and quality care. I contacted Trusty Vet to refill a prescription for my beloved Kobe on Wednesday morning 9/15/21. I contacted back on Saturday 9/18/2021 and was informed it was ready for pick up. Within those three days Trusty Vet staff, Trish informed me that “they did not have enough time” to cut the pills as his doctor from Trusty Vet prescribed for it to be given to my pet. When I inquired if I could have the prescription filled by another pharmacy that does have time to prepare the prescription as directed, Trish explained that it would be an additional fee by $18. I am especially concerned of the reason of not having time to properly prepare a prescription for his current congestive heart failure by Dr. Mefford at Trusty Vet.

Trusty vet is a place I would highly suggest anyone to go! The other day, my sweet baby June decided to eat a bee. On short notice, Veronica got me in immediately on a Friday which was much appreciated and unheard of for most booked vets. The receptionist Cheryl was wonderful as well and accommodating to our needs. Dr. Clune is a AMAZING veterinarian. She personally came out to check on Junie multiple times to make sure her swelling had gone down. Hands down it was and always is a great experience going to Trusty Vet.

They are so amazing I took my puppy Bella to get her shots and they were amazing with her. They held and rubbed her and made her feel comfortable. And I give special props to Dr. Clone and Angel they were the ones helping me and did a amazing job.

The entire staff at Trusty Vet is so friendly and professional! They take the time to get to know each pet. We have three fur babies who receive excellent care here. The doctors are very thorough and diligent in diagnosis and treatment. It is apparent that they care about their patients!

We just had our very first visit with trusty vet and they did not disappoint. They were so loving on my dog and was pretty much acting like I do with him…spoiling him rotten. They made us feel comfortable and they do great with keeping you informed. I think I have finally found a lifelong vet!

The entire staff is amazing! The front desk staff is welcoming and pleasant. The vet techs are amazing and ask so many questions to get a great understanding of your needs. The Vets was do an in-depth exam, amazing communication and understanding. They are our regular vet; We brought our Emmy there today and she was seen with such care and understanding. We feared the worst but they we able to exam and prescribed her with what she needs and helped keep it within our budget. They deserve a 10 star rating!

I have been looking for a new vet to take my dog to for a few months now when someone recommended Trusty Vet. My pup hasn’t been feeling great lately and plus it was time for her checkup so I decided to give them a shot. I called on a Saturday (yes they are open on Saturdays!) and they said they could see her on Monday. My pup got in and out in about an hour. Kaitlyn and Dr. Bradshaw were absolutely wonderful! I had a difficult time telling them exactly what was going on with my pup and Dr. Bradshaw was pulling up YouTube videos to help get a better understanding instead of just saying “yeah I think that’s it.” Very professional! With her checkup, tests run, exams and even her heart worm medicine I expected to be paying almost $400 but was pleasantly surprised it was less than $200. Highly recommended!

I like that they spend the time you need to answer all your questions and provide an explaination that makes sense. They put your pet before their bottom line.

I have attempted schedule an appointment twice in the last 14 months. This location is very convenient for me. Both times was directed to call other providers because they were booked? I will not try a third time.

Dr. Clune is absolutely great! She is very knowledgeable. She is by far the best vet that I have ever taken my animals to. She by far has the best bedside manner I have even seen in a clinic. She makes sure the owner understands everything that is going to be done. I will continue to take my pets here every time! Thank you Dr. Clune.

I loved trusty vet. I got a text updating me on my appointment, and attended to as soon as I got there. As a plus, I was with my puppy through the whole procedure and was able to help console him when he got his shots and his nails clipped. I was happy with my experience.
