Very pleased with all aspects of service here from reception all the way through veterinarian. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help your fur baby get back in good health. I especially liked how the veterinarian took time to listen and hear our concerns while offering the utmost compassion and professionalism. This place tried to over charge us for everything. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I went there first with my youngest dog for a booster shot. Everything went great. Took my other two dogs there. Took my youngest back for another vaccine (visit 4), surprisingly the vet tech did it. I was in the room. I never just do a drop off or curbside and no one ever said anything about a curbside. I scheduled the next booster with the vet tech in which I just mentioned I did in room appointment. I get to appointment (visit 5) and receptionist tells me is with vet tech and I KNEW it was a curbside. I am a NEW patient and NO I didn’t know it was a curbside. Who would knowingly debate and get upset for something they “know”…the receptionist handling of the situation was poor to say the least. She even told me if I don’t trust them to not bring my dogs there. She hung the phone and enjoyed providing a show to the staff. No empathy. No let me work through this because this is a customer who’s upset about something they didn’t know and now have to face uncomfortably. I was so disappointed. But I feel like if she was comfortable speaking to me that way then simply is no safe place for my dogs. And that said a lot about the sentiment toward the customers, just a number and a number they don’t care to lose.

they always try and get your animals taken care of in a fast manner...they explain everything they are doing to the animals...my cats are ok going there...i've tried other clinics but they seem to really care...

Fast and friendly services. We have taken 2 out of our three dogs for wellness checks...and about to take our third. They are as prompt as they can be while meeting the pandemic requirements.

Excellent care and concern for my sick dog. I ask loads of questions and the responses were knowledgeable and helpful for me to care for my baby boy. Very open and transparent answers to some tough questions. Trust the vets and techs. Everyone I've spoken to is super!! However, I don't care for the treatment (not AMC' s fault) for heart worms and think pharmacical companies could come up with more reliable meds. Something is wrong with the number of cases of heart worms in the South. Used Interceptor plus faithfully.

My Family and I cannot say enough great things about this Clinic and it’s Staff. Our German Shepherd Max passed away recently after only going to this clinic on only one occasion and we just received a Beautiful sympathy card for the passing of our beloved Max. The card was signed by everyone at the clinic and personal notes were written by those that cared for him just once. My family and I tried everything we could for Max and our only regret is not getting him surgery sooner and into this Top Notch Clinic for therapy immediately following surgery. We wish the Veterinary Surgeon (who I will refrain to mention- Not associated with this clinic) referred Max here immediately after surgery instead of 6 weeks post surgery. Every single person at this Clinic is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and honest. Qualities every Veterinary Clinic should have but unfortunately do not. -The Gum Family

I keep coming back to Animal Medical Clinic for my fur-babies because Doctor Kehrt is so good with them and they are so at ease with her. Every recommendation/treatment has been spot on. I'd recommend Doctor Kehrt to anyone who loves there fur-babies as much as I do and if you want someone reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable. :)

I see either Dr Maddox or Dr Fastenrath for my working active Search & Rescue k9. I switched here after coming a few years ago for a minor limp issue (pulled muscle was all, whew!) and loving the facility and the expertise. They were able to accommodate me recently even within the new curbside system for covid safety, since being HOH mean I cannot use phones. I was pretty nervous actually, being separated from my partner and not able to get live feedback since I can't use phones, but it went smoothly and they were great at updating me. I trust Fastenrath for rehab work and for Dx lame issues - which certainly pop up time to time with active working dogs. Maddox I usually see for general exams. Both are great. I highly recommend this place for general care and especially if you think your dog has a weird gait or limp! Always been clear and honest with options laid out and/or reasons for the approach being taken explained.

Dr. Sherri is the best! Excellent receptionist, been using 26 years.

We brought a puppy we rescued that had Demodectic Lice and Worms and all sorts of stuff. They got him in and he looks so much better. They're so excited to see any animals you bring in.

They were not upfront about there pricing which made them come across as dishonest.

The staff at AMC are very professional. They helped me take care of my cats and made sure I understood all information they gave me about medications and shots. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Plus, I live less than 5 min away from them so I got pretty lucky.

These people are the most RUDE unprofessional people in our community. They screamed at me on phone. Cancelled my dogs appt without notice. I called to let management/owners hear recorded phone call of employees yelling and being rude and couldnt even get a return phone call. I show up on day of appt (after cancellations) only to be told they did not have an appt. Then i call back down a d the lady had the nerve to tell me that i was not allowed to speak. You just dont speak to and treat customers the way they do!!!!
