Bentley Animal Hospital Huntsville, Tennessee

My family has taken all of our animals here since I was a child. Everything from dogs, to cats, to even one of my hamsters one time, so I knew Dr. Hulsey was a vet I could trust. I've boarded my pup here several times, and she always gets a little anxious at drop off but warms up quickly because she just loves the staff here. At our most recent drop off, she got a little too overwhelmed and started seizing. She has never had a seizure or any neurological problem before, so this came as a shock to everyone. They quickly sent out people to help carry her back and get her relaxed, and they called me back shortly after when the vet (whose name slipped my mind in all of the commotion, but she was incredible). Between them administering medication to her and probably trying to decide whether or not they needed to sedate me, there was not a moment that I questioned whether she was in good hands. They really kept an eye on my girl and did so with genuine concern for her well-being and understanding regarding my feelings and my concern about her. If there was a single moment in the past that had made me question bringing my pets here, it is long gone now. Your pets are safe here.

I love this place and so does my fur baby! She's always happy when I drop her off and happy when I Pick her up.When she gets groomed, she smells good for a week later! The staff is pleasant and caring.

They are great. Have been taking our fur babies to them for 15 years. Never had 1 complaint about the services or the staff.

We had a visit with Dr. Hulsey today. His bedside manor and his compassion with my dog Buddy was amazing... He was honest and caring! My wife usually takes Buddy to his appointments but I went with them today...I now understand why my wife loves Dr. Hurley so much!

I have been taking my dog Coco to Bentley for many years now, ever since he was a poppy, he is 10 now! I have decided to not take him there anymore for the lack of professionalism. I scheduled an appointment for an ear infection the Coco had and Megan schedule my appointment by the phone, I took off work to take Coco to his appointment and when I got there Angela told me the I didn’t have any appointment for that day, I told her the I did schedule for the day and time and she was RUDE saying you do not have any appointment, at that point I got very frustrated for the lack of empathy communication unprofessionalism and for wasting my time to accommodate other ppl. The Way I was been treated don’t feel the black ppl/ Hispanic are been treated the same by Angela, (at least not me). I have see how she treats white ppl and is just not the same! I need a peace of mind when I’m trusting you with my family (Coco). I will not recommend this business for the lack of communication, costumer service etc.. I believe things would have been a lot different if she would’ve been RUDE. I understand sometimes miscommunication happens and error are made, but been in the front of a business you need to be able to resolve this type of issues without getting attitude. I have been very patient with her in particular for the past years.. I try to overlooked the way she talked to me because of Bentley been so close to my house and how convenient it was. A little advice for the future.. if this ever happens again to someone else, just apologize for the miscommunication/inconvenience, don’t assume ppl are making appointments up, offer another appointment, …and specially don’t be RUDE yelling at a grown as women like me. Gente latina no le den su dinero a esta gente no lo recomiendo, nada profesionales. Taking my business and my baby somewhere else!

My Buffy loved it. Prompt service. Entire staff was very nice and caring.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the people that work here. They were so sweet when my poor Heidi had to be put down. They even sent me a card and everything afterwards. Now they are looking after our other two dogs.

Everyone was so friendly and patient with my dog and me. And that’s not always a given at a vet. And their prices were also reasonable! We’ve definitely found our vet!!!

Not pleased that the website says you close at 6 and Megan answered the phone and told me you close at 5:30 but shut down at 5. I live 2 minutes away and just needed to get the nexguard pills for my 4 dogs. I understand that some business close earlier than normal on days but the information I was given is VERY MISLEADING

We’ve taken all our pets to Bentley for 20 years and Dr Hulsey was a talented and compassionate Dr. The past couple years this place has begun to feel like it’s the used car dealership for your pets. They will quote one price and charge you hundreds more. The past 3 years, I’ve left feeling scammed and the care of my animals unsatisfactory.

This Animal Hospital has been nothing but great! Dr's & nurses r friendly. U pull up and the come get ur pet outside, so safe. Are prices are very reasonable. Just wish they did grooming too...1 stop shop!

Excellent and compassionate service for pets

This was our first visit. I wasn't sure what to expect due to restrictions & COVID19, but I was extremely impressed by them. They were awesome with our dog and with explaining everything to me via the phone. I would definitely recommend them!

Dr. Halsey is such a good veterinarian! He's been our Vet for years with multiple animals and he treats them with the utmost care and concern!

Took good care of our pet at 4:30 even though they were covered up. Kept us informed about what they were doing even though we had to wait in the car

Came and got my animal quickly. Clearly communicated what was needed and listened to my concerns.

They are really good with my dogs and very friendly and informational.

I've taken my cats multiple times so far and prices are always reasonable. Besides that granted that you have a previous appointment service is really fast and efficient. Go ahead and take ye bois there haha
