Petco Huntsville, Tennessee

Absolutely the worst most miserable fish tanks in town. Overstocked freshwater tanks with fish that won't move at all probably due to incorrect water temperatures, and the salt water tanks are atrocious. I would hope that this petco stops selling fish because they obviously don't have employees that know what they're doing. Disgusting and guilty of animal cruelty.

The lady that ring me up was not friendly and she got smart

This is one of my go to places for my aquarium needs. They usually have a good selection of fish and plants.

I went in here and asked if they priced compare with other stores . The lady told me no that you don’t . It says that you do when I googled it .

The employees were very helpful

Awesome staff,very Friendly and observant especially when you bring a child in with Autism at least for us it felt relaxed and comfortable,they helped my kid over come his fear of reptiles well the physical handling of the reptile he wanted to touch.

Associate Shaun was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He made me feel like a part of Petco!! Everyone in there had smiles on their faces and were so cheerful. Great customer service!!!

Is ok can never find what I need at times

You had exactly what I came in for. The employees were extremely friendly. Petsmart on the other hand. They are trash.

I shopped at this location at least twice a week . I had bought my dog a Halloween costume and I was to small went to the store to trade it for a larger size didn’t have the receipt . Was still on the hanger and tags on it wouldn’t even trade it in for the same one just a larger size . That takes no figiting with the computer or any return functions . Still refused employees are rude and unwilling to help . This is the worst location I’ve ever shopped at pet smart is way better and prices are lower recommend them instead .

Highly recommend this place for dog grooming. Took my yorkie here and the groomer gave him the perfect haircut, exactly what I was wanting. Will come here from now on!

The young man that helped me today was very informative and helpful

Was met at the door by not 1 not 2 but 4 very friendly employees and to make it even better was not one of them wasted my time by trying to help me, they just stepped out of my way and let me get what I needed and leave.

My baby girl loves going here!! If you say "Do you want to go to the doggie" she will start going crazy because she knows exactly where we are going. She has to smell everything and everybody in the store!!!

Theres multiple different dead pets that look like they have been there awhile and not cleaned

This is the best pet store in Huntsville! I usually prefer small locally owned pet stores and Petsmart. I have been missing out. I walked in with my puppy Mango and it was clean, warm, and well planned. There were so many options. I came for training treats and left with cute new harnesses, natural chews we had never seen before, and so many cool toys I have never seen elsewhere. I was really impressed with the food options too. The staff was so helpful and kind. Leslie literally got on Mangos level to play with her. I cannot say enough good things about this place. This isn’t the most convenient to where I live, but I will be making the trip to exclusively go here from now on.

Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. We usually go to check out the fish, but they have everything you need for typical domestic pets. We will definitely be making a return trip.

Got my new little friend here today! Very excited to bring him home. He's a bit lethargic and is resistant to eating, but sometimes this is a problem with bearded dragon babies. I will over come with greater stubbornness then he, and with annoyingly bright love!!!! And worms. ???? lol. They also have a very nice staff of animal lovers and a great variety of fishes. Got a school of 10 black neon tetras. My hope is they will school with my blue neons and form a hive mind society of little glowing swimmies!! ????

Store is clean and employees are courteous.
