Compassionate care of animals and excellent professional service to the owners. We had to say goodbye to our beloved little family member Lucy right before Christmas and they were very careful and explained everything that would happen with the humane euthanasia. They light a candle in the front lobby to let everyone know someone was losing their pet right now. They offered their compassion and guidance and were very supportive to us at a very hard time. After 13 years of joy and companionship with our dog, and a year of treatment for her cancer, this was the most compassionate ending to her life we could have hoped for. We miss her greatly and recommend Governors Choice if you have to unfortunately put your pet to sleep and any other treatment for health and wellness. We had 3 animals, now two in their care and will continue to see them. They helped me rescue my cat who I found in bad shape years ago, and they even do cat boarding!

I have been at this vet clinic only three times but even though I had to put my dog to sleep, the experience with the staff and doctors were very good. The staff at the front desk is very friendly, compassionate and lovely. Even the person that helped me to put a 70 pounds dog in my car was very nice. I had to put my dog to sleep because he was very sick. Also, I received a condolence card from the staff. This show a very good customer service. They think about your feelings too. Definitely I will come back to the clinic with my cat. The only thing I will suggest to them is giving a cleaning and remodeling touch to the clinic.

Jeff is INCREDIBLY rude, there really is no excuse for his behavior or the nasty tone of voice he takes. Unbelievable.

Best Vet ever and actually cares about their patients- i spent 1thousand dollars at emergency clinic on a Saturday my Elvis was sent home and Tuesday he was worse- i took him to governors choice vet they kept him in hospital - the only Vet that would help me and i was broke after spending that money on him Saturday- They helped him. Hes alive today because of this Vet. A Vet that Truly cares!!

I've brought all my pets for the last couple of decades here for their shot & spay/neuter procedures because it's what I could afford. What I got in exchange is exactly what I paid for and I couldn't be more satisfied. This clinic goes above and beyond to try to be there for their community while still running a profiting business so as to be able to stay in business for that community. Binx & Bailey Sali are already back to their old selves today and doing just fine. Thank you to the crew that made that happen!! I appreciate you guys so much. The Laskowski now Sali family.

Do not use this place. They are very rushed and a little rude

Extremely rude and uncaring people. We owed a balance but were told we can still bring our dying dog in. When we got there they brought us into a room and said they refuse to treat the dog. They were extremely rude when talking with us. No compassion or sympathy whatsoever

Not too sure if the lady's name is Christy or what BUT VERY RUDE.. Called to ask about the program for furbabies to get fixed and she was flat out rude. Like really rude.

Having ever used your clinic but have heard excellent things about other people's experience

I started last week working there, the next week i went to get my check and this lady names Gale told me i was fired because of my attitude, she needs a attitude check because i’m the nicest person and tried my best to learn things, and she fired me in front of everyone. Staff seemed friendly, but the wait was pretty atrocious. Spent two hours there and ended up late for work. On the other hand, I had called them early in the morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon so that was nice. Price was okay; I won't say its great but definitely not as bad as most vet visits. Was about 50 some dollars to check ear for an infection and do a glucose test, no meds were necessary.

Don’t go unless you’re a part of a program. I called and got pricing on things, and got quoted one price. Then when it came time for my appointment, the price magically doubled.

They broke my dog’s spirit!

My daughter got chewed out by the vet about improper vaccination schedule because of incorrect information given to her by the front desk. We have gone there for years and will be changing vets.

I brought my cat in for a checkup recently. I have been here a couple times over the past year.The first time I thought she had an infection so I brought her in, but she was fine. The second time I brought her in to get her yearly shots and rabies shot. The staff is always very friendly and caring towards both me and my cat. I have no complaints thus far despite some of the other reviews I've seen. Pricing is also seems decent and fair for the good quality of pet care you receive.

Horrible experience.i took my furbaby in for blood work.and when I picked her back up she couldn't walk she was weak and was meowing in pain.they said they gave her a steroid shot.she died 2 hours after I got her home they killed my cat.i paid all that money to them just to watch her pass away.when she was fine when we got there.

Took 4 dogs in for rabies shots, and I was in and out in just under an hour. Paperwork, payment and all. The employees were all very nice, professional, and helpful. The price is unbelievably cheap compared to others. Very impressed.
