It may be a 5-star vet, but we have only utilized basic services. Caring physician.

I whole heartedly believe that they mis diagnosed my dog, leading us down a road of different treatments that did not help and ultimately led to his death. Now I am thousands of dollars in debt, and have to bury my best friend in the world. I’ve contacted the office directly, I was called and told they did not misdiagnose him but I have proof, even a voicemail the dr left me stating he was ok, when the test results clearly show an abnormality. I was told they would “speak to the owners” but I’ve never been contacted. I’m not seeking money or anything, but I want them to know what happened to my boy, and that they could have prevented his suffering by just giving me the proper test results.

I had to put my mom's 18 y.o. dog down here.!! A VERY friendly and professional experience that made a hard task easier. Everyone was pleasant and very nice indeed.!! My family has used this hospital since 1988??off and on. Will be seeing them again soon after I buy another German Shepherd.!! 5 stars.!!!OUT.

Middle Valley is awesome! We just had to put our dog to sleep. They were very compassionate and understanding! I've had to put a few of my animals to sleep and I've never experienced the care we received!

The Vet and techs were good, good/kind, gentle with my dog told me what to expect cost wise, didn't try to sell me on a bunch of test and stuff that was not needed. Very satisfied.

Dr. Killian is the BEST doctor ever. He is the ONLY one I’ll take my fur babies to see. Such a kind and truly caring veterinarian. And gives only the best care. I can’t say enough about all he has done for me and my fur babies. The number one veterinarian ever!!! I travel from Ooltewah for him to care for my babies. I just can’t say enough for Dr. Killian!! I’d fly around the world for him to be my babies’ doctor....

Dr Long was wonderful with me and my ferret. She was very attentive, caring and answered any and all questions. She went above the call of duty and got the other doctors input on his treatment , sent us home with his medicine and didn't …

I have never felt like they didn't care for my animals. Ther are vets in town that I cannot say that about. This place really seems to go thw extra mile. I cannot say enough.

I have been patronizing Middle Valley Animal Hospital for 32 years with numerous pets over this time frame..They have an excellent staff and the Veterinarians are excellent !!.. I have seen many Doctors there over the years with Dr's Ade and Hester having attended my pets the most frequent with personalized service. It is an excellent team at Middle Valley and genuinely care for all your animals needs and well being. Dr. Kevin Ade is simply my pets go to guy..!!

Great staff and is very good with the COVID going around the don’t want you to catch it so they have you stay or ur car has you wait for your furry friends

MVAH is a wonderful veterinarian practice. They've taken care of our pets for 20 years, helping us through the trauma of losing one dog and managing the care of our current two. They are very caring, knowledgeable and professional. We also use their grooming services and, when we could travel, their boarding facilities, and have never been disappointed.

Really comprehensive approach to dealing with Covid-19 (which is great to see) and they have always treated my dogs well.

Vets and techs are wonderful. Just wish prices could be less.

Dr. Hester is the best when it comes to cats. Our Storm has way outlived her nine lives, thanks to Dr. Hester's Care:)

Cindy from the grooming department is very rude. I called several days ago and she is just now calling me back because I had to leave my information with one of the front desk clerk. I told her that she was a few days to late and her response was” sorry but I wasn’t in” in a very rude tone. If someone is going to be rude to me over the phone I wouldn’t trust them with my animals. Go somewhere else!

They take good care of my pup!

Compassionate, knowledgeable, always fit me when one of my cats is in a critical state. Great staff too!

We love Dr. Killian and very thankful for Dr. E and all the techs who have been so helpful with our fur babies. I had to have my pup looked at several times, as well as had a family cat seen , which resulted in a leg amputation. They done a fabulous job! Couldn’t be happier with their work. All of our babies are healthy and happy ♥️ Thank you all! Big shout out to our favorite Tech , Mandy! We love you all!

Today was my puppy’s first visit. The Staff was caring and wonderful they answered all my questions and My Mazy loved them.

Had to say goodbye to the best dog in the world! Dr. Hester and all the staff were so professional, helpful and consoling! I'm thankful for them and you will be too! Promise!
