Took our sweet timid dog here and they were fabulous. They did such a wonderful job. We pick him up and he was so happy and absolutely soft and beautiful and very happy!!!!!!

We brought our sweet little boy here for his first grooming experience and it was wonderful! We got him back soft, handsome and very happy! They’re wonderful! We’ll be back!!!!

We tried to "groom" our mini Golden doodle ourselves. It was steadily heading towards a Bob Marley dread head. They gave him an awesome "summer cut". They were very professional. His tail was both magnificent and dreaded. They cut it off as we expected. They showed great concern as to not offend us. They even saved his tail hair and offered it to us. Anyways im done rambling. They are great and take great care of our little girl and our daughter little boy we take the both at same time and when we go back to pick of both of the look so great and clean great place great people

Outstanding groomers (I had Becky), my pup (a mini husky w ALOT of loose fur), looked & smelled like the handsome boy he was meant to be. Professional, caring and reasonable pricing ~ all around A+++ Would HIGHLY recommend. They even gave him a seasonal bandanna w the grooming:)

Highly recommend The Refined Pup. I had a wonderful experience today. Monica, the groomer, was so good to my three dogs and Derek was great about everything. One of my dogs had what I will call the fear-poop and pooped thrice. They were so accommodating and let me go in the back with her for the nail trimming. He also called me to come get her as soon as they were done with her so she didn't have to sit in the crate after because she was so nervous. I really appreciated that and I'm sure my pup did too. Overall, great first experience. I will definitely be taking my pups there again!

What an experience... I would be very wary about this salon. The reviews you read about the owner being difficult are true, unfortunately. Be very specific about what you want to be done or you will get a shoddy groom and be prepared to wait! Watch out!

Gave them four tries with my parent's sheltie as they came recommended from my vet even though they are a couple of towns over. Very nice people just couldn't get the message on what we wanted done - bath, nails, minimal trimming on paws only. This means a great deal to my elderly parents. All this makes them just okay and not worth the drive for us.

They take good care of our Irish Wolfhound and Chihuahua.

Lost a groomer and only have one after pandemic. Have to wait too long to get dog groomed. Things should improve once they get additional grooming staff.
