Wow! One of the best put together pet stores I've ever seen, and all the animals looked so content! I mainly shop for my conure (parrot) and the prices for bird food are really good - and I was really happy with the selection of other bird things too! I was also impressed that they have the self serve dog washing rooms. AND THEY HAVE KITTENS! ????????????

Great local pet store... Love the self serve dog wash!!! Very convenient especially in the winter and your babies are a hot mess ☺️

Great pet store, I always come here for snake supplies. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes I just come in here to look at stuff because it's so nice here.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience. They had almost no fish or aquarium supplies, and the staff pretty much ignored me. When I asked, I was given a curt "no" and dismissed.

I used the pet washing room. There were no towels in the entire store, hair in the tub from several other animals, watered down shampoo and conditioner, and the blower blows freezing cold air. It was filthy. I won't use this place again.

The staff was very courteous and helpful, and the selection was great! The prices seemed better than the grocery stores. We'll definitely be going back!

It's a good store, but I wouldn't recommend going here for a pop up vaccination clinic. I had to wait for my cat to get a shot for over an hour. (Vet techs were like 45 minutes late)

This store does not give proper care for the animals they host. When I asked how long do thr guinea pigs and bunnies usually stay I was told by manager could be one Day to one week. Leaving the animals in that condition for a week is in proper and hurtful to the animals

Nice store. Fish tanks always look so clean and they have a place where you can wash your dog yourself for ten dollars.

It seemed very short-staffed but, hell, who isn't these days? Both ladies were nice and provided great customer service. Only thing that prevented this from being a 5 star experience was how long it took to get assistance.
