Big selection of aquarium creatures and plants. They even have non aquarium related items for other reptiles and exotic animals. …

I like em. Guys were friendly, very helpful. Salt tanks looked pretty good. I didn't see any "sick" fish. Prices very reasonable.

I’m from out of town and bought a fish for a good price. Billy took care of us and bagged it up and boxed it up nicely for the trip back home. If we are ever back in town we will come again.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen more stressed animals in my life. I don’t know how this place is still open. The animals are neglected, enclosures are way too small, and basic needs are not met. It was miserable, and not to mention, very unsanitary.

Not very clean. Felt really bad for the animals. Some of them looked sickly. Fish tanks were filthy. Worker was walking around barefoot.

If you like seeing animals, come here. If you care about the wellbeing of animals, stay far away

The employees there on Sunday morning were rude and unfriendly. They basically ignored me the whole time unless it was to shut me down for asking if I could hold reptiles. They do have a good selection but very poor sales people. I would recommend a new staff. One of the staff members was also barefoot, gross!

I come here regularly to get my snake's food. I have always had pleasant experiences and anytime I have a question about my reptile - the staff is super helpful.

This business does not take care of its animals

Animals do not seem to be in the best conditions. Giving them two stars because they always have the feeder insects I need for my large collection of amphibians. It’s difficult to find dubia roaches but they always seem to have them.

This place is awful. Birds kept in critter carriers that are so small and not meant for animals to actually be housed in. Dirty tanks. This place is just sad.

5 stars for variety and prices! Quite a few empty spots but totally understandable with shipping delays and the pandemic. Customer service was quick and kind!

Great selection of birds and reptiles. Selection of bird supplies bare to minimal. Staff act like it is a burden to talk to you

I'm sorry but how can someone think that the cages are at all suitable? Guinea pigs need 8 square feet of space, I've seen bigger enclosures in PetSmart and Petco. I suppose this applies for rabbits aswell, some even live in the hamster cages. Even if that is temporary, that's not at all okay. Also if you can't change needing regularly then just get fleece liners so you can at least keep their environment cleaner. The reptiles also have little space. Although I can tell that the employees care about the animals which is why I'm giving it 2 stars, I personally just think the owner of this place should put some of the profits for the animals.

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy, smelly, over priced. Enclosures for most animals too small / inadequate. Antique fish setup with no tank lids. Dead fish. Hybrid large cichlid fish for sale that should never have been bred in the first place. Will steadily outgrow any tank under 55-75 gallons. This place makes my home fish room look like a showpiece.

Felt terrible for the animals there. Anyone who knows any basic requirements knows that they are not met here. Animals in enclosure so small that they couldn’t turn around or spread their wings. Please don’t support this abuse. Not to mention a sign on the front door saying “masks required“, but no employees were wearing them.

Really wide variety in fish, reptiles, birds and fluffy bunny's. All animals are in great shape and good health. Store is customer friendly.

They’ve somehow managed to remove my last 1 star review but I will post it again so nobody else has the same experience I did Purchased a panther chameleon from them 3 days ago after thoroughly inspecting it to make sure it was healthy. Only noticed he was under weight which I thought okay I could just fatten him up! Due to more concerns about his weight after spending $500 on him I took him to my vet and they told me he’s severely dehydrated and has parasites. I called the store back to discuss that with them and asked if there was a way I could at least get a partial refund in exchange for the chameleon back due to my understanding of how business works and they can’t afford to lose money as much as I can’t either. So I was willing to accept $250 for them to take back the chameleon although I paid $500. The man I spoke to agreed to that but told me to call back in an hour after he calls the owner to confirm. I’ve called 3 times within the past few hours and every time I called they did everything they could to avoid conversation with me and the fourth time I called I left my number and name and waited patiently and still have not received a call back. I normally don’t buy reptiles from them due to the poor conditions they are kept in but considering I was told that someone gave them the chameleon and they’ve not had him long so I thought okay since they’ve not had him long the health can’t be that bad! Enclosures are all covered in feces and no humidity or any vital things for most of the reptiles health. I’m very upset that I am now stuck with a sick chameleon and now have to deal with vets and medications etc. hopefully this $500 chameleon survives and can be saved. They can keep the $500 and just keep buying more animals to neglect and sell for a profit.

A pet shop. Not a big box store. Ok place. Worried about huge lizard in box but that's what I do. They have what pet shops have. Live fish. Staff or owner not very helpful. Might go back.

Dirty, filthy store. If you have or want to start a pet store, go here and see what not to do.
