My fish always die from here..

We took our dogs in for nail trimming. Price was fine, quality was fine. My problem was that they disrespected my 13 year old golden retriever that has arthritis so bad he can only stand for short periods and has problems with slipping on their linoleum floor. We were told not to bring him back, that Petsmart has a policy of dogs having to be able to stand. If that is Petsmart policy, post it or show customer in writing by adding it to website. Also, while we were there, they realized they had given a dog a "buzz cut" instead of a trim. We won't be back "for anything".

First visit at the clinic in PetSmart. Loved it !!!! Very nice , welcoming staff. Starting from the check in desk . Can't wait to bring all my pets here for care. Wait a year later I'm adding to this review. Stay clear of this place. The Pet insurance is a joke. The cleaning my dog got was terrible. She was only 3 an her teeth weren't bad. Three months after the cleaning they look all dirty an rotted. Another Vet didn't believe they were just cleaned. The Pet insurance is terrible. Can't get an appointment to even use it. They let me use it once . So I paid a year an was only allowed to use it once.

Jennifer is the best groomer I’ve ever had. I recommend her highly. My doodle looks fabulous and smells great.

It's a well stocked and staffed store. Pricing mostly competitive but can be very high on some things so keep your phone handy to double check other stores. Very well-organized shelves and a wide variety of product.

Couldn't get cat food I wanted. Got some that will carry me over until i can find some that my cat likes and will eat. Supply issue affecting all stores I assume.

Finally, I hope I have found a couple of balls for my 2 Pitts ! Some they haven't shredded in a day, lol. They are Kong brands. A tad pricey but well worth it.

We have been shopping this location for 3 years now and we will be shopping at this location for time to come, always helpful and friendly staff they always have what I'm looking for and just overall good place for our 2 little dogs

I cannot recommend the salon enough!! Hailey took care of my dog SO well. My dog is a nervous nellie, but Hailey was quick to suggest I buy some dog treats so they can bond. I don't know why I never thought of it before, but Willow was IN LOVE with getting groomed. She even let Hailey grind her nails! The rest of the store is clean and well stocked. The staff are super friendly and I am always greeted by multiple people. This is seriously the best Petsmart in the region.

Seems like sometimes petsmart grooming gets a bad rap but the gals at this location are fantastic! Love them and trust them with all 4 (!!!!) fur babies. We are ridiculous with the fur and they are awesome. Thank you Cole and Molly! and everyone else!

It's OK. They just always seem to be low on stock and short staffed. It's the Walmart of pet stores.

Management and cashiers are amazing and strive for perfection and the folks at TAAG are extremely hard working, knowledgeable and care greatly for the kittens and cats.

I enjoy looking at all the accessories for any type of pet you may have. I wish the employees were a bit more knowledgeable about the reptiles they sell. Birds are always a hit, along with the reptiles. I also like the fact that most PetSmart stores have doggy day care. Convenience????

I wandered a good 10 minutes or so with no one asking if I needed help. I finally found what I'd gone for. The cashier, however, was quite friendly and helped me get set for my "frequent flier" account.

Extreme over priced pet supplies. Avoid this place and visit Petco!

Nice and clean. Sanitizer readily available at multiple locations is welcome. Happy to have the Banfield Animal Vets in the back of the store. Petsmart maintains a good assortment of brands on pet foods, accessories, clothing, toys, treats, bedding, cleaning supplies, cages & carriers, etc. Lots of fun things for each holiday, too. Store workers are friendly and quite helpful. I enjoy my visits to this business.

They didn't have alot in the reptile section... idk why but reptile stuff has been really hard to come by.. did I miss something?
