Petco Hendersonville, Tennessee

Usually a well organized and clean store. Today (Feb 2022) not so much. Many bare shelves, too- supply chain related, I'm certain.

Store looked a little neglected still had things there but was unorganized and shelves were lacking products .

I called the Petco store to place an order for a curbside pickup. I wanted to be sure sure all would go well when a friend picked up my order. I believe the manager's name was Cameron. This has been a few weeks ago. The manager assured me she would make sure things worked well. She was very kind and professional. And she did a great job. Thanks so much !!

Every time I go to get stuff for my cats nothing is in stock. No food, litter or cat fountain filters. The entire store was a mess. I've never seen anything like it. I'm using chewy from now on because this store is a waste of time

I need help to find a specific treat for my dog. Two associates dropped what they were doing and helped me find alternatives since what I was seeking was not in stock

Easy and quick. What i bought seems good quality.

My very first visit at this location.. All the products are very easy to find and the staff is extremely helpful I got offered 2 discounts from the store manager for dog food and dog treats before I even made it to the checkout lane Now that's a very good thing and on top of that I got signed up for more store discount offers I gave this store location 5 stars and if I could give it 10 stars I definitely would

Great grooming for my 13year dog. He's not fond of baths but he does very well there.

Clean, very helpful. Found what I was looking for. Got me beautiful healthy blue beta fish with red and white fins.

My son's leopard gecko really enjoys his meal worms. Service was good.

Almost every time I do a pickup order, I get there an they don't have the item in stock. My cards already been charged for it , and I now have to wait a week to get my money back.

I took my two dogs to be groomed. I spoke with Kala and told her how I wanted my dogs groomed and she did exactly what I asked. She is very professional and knowledgeable. My dogs were well taken care of, they looked great!! Kala knows what she's doing. I will be using this petco again. Thanks Kala for taking such good care of my babies!!!

It was a experience..to make sure my Boss has a much better appreciation on as a employee could do her best work for the job.

Nice pet store. Clean. Like looking at little animals there. Clean fishtanks and a place to bring your dog and wash him yourself in back of store. I think it costs ten dollars

Got in a car accident first time ever I missed a grooming appointment without 24 hour notice and the Supervisor Kayla calls me THE CUSTOMER and leaves a nasty message stating I can no longer use the App to make grooming appointments also stating that her “time” is too precious for any missed appointments. I don’t need the app anymore, you just lost a 10 year customer over 1 missed appointment. hey Kayla, grow up and get in a different line of work, your a dog groomer. I pay your salary! Your prices are outrageous and to have zero customer service skills Petco needs to fire your a**!

The employee that helped me went above and beyond to help me find a solution to my pet issue. Was able to find what I needed quickly and easily.

We went in with our kids to buy a tank and several fish. We had questions and a employee was very rude to us and we ended up leaving without purchasing anytbjng. Would not recommend this store.

Did not have what I was looking for once again...I did not give them one star because I understand that supply chains have been disrupted.. but I do think more items should be procured by petco from US sources..

Everyone that works there is always so sweet and helpful. My now retired husband just loves your store. He never wanted to go shopping before... thank you for making shopping a luxurious experience

I was pricing an item needed for my cat. I priced the same item on the internet when I got home. Big difference and savings in the price by $20 online.
