We leave our boy Tucker here when we go out of town. Charlie and his team really care about the pups and take excellent care of them. After being gone for a week or so, Tucker comes home happy and worn out from all the needed playtime and exercise. We are grateful for Waggy Tails and their caring staff.

My beagle goes to Waggy Tails for daycare to burn off some of her puppy energy. We purchased a package of 20 half-day visits and it has been money VERY well spent. These young people who work there are THE BEST - at both locations here in Franklin (Columbia Ave. and Hwy 96E) - they truly love what they are doing and they love the dogs. I couldn't rate Waggy Tails highly enough.

I've been taking my puppy to Waggy Tails since we got him in August (since he's so high energy and needs to play constantly), and I know he really enjoys it! Every morning he throws himself at their front door because he's so excited to be back, and it's nice seeing how excited the staff gets to see him as well, even though he's there daily! The staff is always extremely nice and helpful, and it's easy to see that they care about every dog they see. I love seeing their posts on Instagram and Facebook with all of the dogs in the play yard- it's nice to see my puppy out having fun with others! I can tell he gets plenty of playtime based on how tuckered out he is each evening (and of course he always gets wet somehow... thankfully the staff tries to dry him off as best they can before pick up!).

Jessica and the staff at Waggy Tails are so great! Our animals are part of our family and they leave no question in your mind that they take care of our furry friends just like they are their own! Couldn’t be happier with the experience and great communication!

The only place I trust to bring my pets! The staff is so attentive and understanding to how worrisome it can be for me to leave my dogs under someone else’s care. They follow feeding/ medication instructions to the t and make me feel so comfortable leaving my babies in their care. They offer group play times for socialization and activity. 10/10 will be back soon. Thank you for all you guys do!

i tried out the daycare through a few recommendations from friends that currently take their fur babies there and absolutely fell in love with the place. from the staff, professionalism, and how comfortable they made my dogs feel and the all the love and plays they gave them! would recommend to anyone and everyone! you won’t be disappointed!

I leave my dog here every time I go out of town. They always take such good care of her. She loves the entire staff so much but her favorite is Ms. Jessica. My dog is always happy to come home but has a hard time leaving her friends at Waggy Tails behind. They really care about your dog and give them plenty of love attention and play time.

Always scary leaving our friends with strangers!! But it doesn’t feel that way here, Willie is greeted as family. The best feeling ❤️

You won’t find a more caring place to home your pet while you are away. Charlie is an expert dog trainer and is able to keep your dog calm and engaged And heathy while they are there. We hired him to leash train pinto and we haven’t had any issues since. He is the only place I would leave my dog in nashville and his rates are fair with no hidden fees.

They need to take better care of the animals!!

Great staff and all around professional!

My husband and I were skeptical but Waggy Tails came recommended to us so we went ahead with doing the board and train. When we picked up our dog and did the training course, she had made a complete 180. She was still the same sweet puppy but she no longer jumped up, could walk on a leash and hold place so that we could take care of our young son who just had surgery. It was money and time well spent and would highly recommend Waggy Tails to all my pet lover friends! We could tell our fur baby was well taken care of and trained by an amazing team!

My dog has been under Charlie and crew's care since his original place at his house. She was a daily day-care attendee, and I'm telling you, Charlie loves our dogs as much as we do. He used to let my little girl swim in his pool, and he would kiss her head before letting her swim to me. When I take her to his new places when we need to kennel, she is excited to see him! I have referred Charlie to several friends, and they have had the same experience. I drive past several kennels to continue working with Charlie and his great staff, and I will continue to do so, because my little dog is the most important thing in my life, and I trust her in his care.

I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else! We adopted a rescue dog that had so many issues. He appeared to be ferocious and mean. He had been abused. With the help of the staff at WT, he has been socialized with other dogs and people. He loves going to doggy day care! I know my pup is treated well and rushes in to WT to get his attention. And WT provides all the grooming he needs . The staff has made a positive impact on my dog and I would never take him anywhere else. I've recommended WT to anyone with a pet. Love this place!

Our puppy, Blaze, did not have a great experience here. It was our first time boarding him. We boarded him for 5 days over Fall Break. Staff was very courteous and friendly, but when we picked him up, he was extremely scared and not himself. He now cowers. Not to mention he also smelled horribly of urine as if he spent time laying in it for several days. The smell was so bad that we had to roll the windows down for the entire ride home and even after washing him twice, he still faintly smelled of it and his white fur was stained yellow. Also, there were several random areas (both back paws, tail) that it was evident that they cut his fur off, but never mentioned anything to us about this or why this was done. I can only imagine his long hair got caught in something and he got hurt but we were never informed. This is completely unacceptable. In addition, he came back with almost 50% of the food I sent him with, which means he was not being fed appropriately. I don’t know if they were overbooked due to fall break, but I am truly disappointed and will not be back. My only regret is that I didn’t take pictures of him when he first got home to post, but we were in such a hurry to get the urine washed off of him.

Dog came back with fleas and the owner acted like he was too busy to come to the front for check out.

I have never left a review for anything. But here I am. I picked up my dog, he had lost ten pounds. Smelled of urine and had feces on his fur. His nails were incredibly long. He wouldn’t look me in the eyes, his tail did not even wag when he saw me. He also began throwing up profusely anytime he drank water and could not eat, but his stomach was growling. I took him to the vet, he had an obstruction in his stomach. Apparently he had eaten rocks. Which is fine, dogs do that, but literally no one communicated with me that he might have and no one offered an explanation on his condition. I asked if he has been eating, and they said yes, but the amount of weight he lost said otherwise. This place is literally right behind a vet, so I’m unsure as to why they didn’t take him there. They didn’t even charge me because they knew they messed up, but that doesn’t make up for the fact my dog was neglected. I understand that this is a new location and it seems like they’re running short staffed and constantly having new staff coming in that seem very young. I don’t think they have any experience with animal care taking. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. They will not feed them, they will not send you updates like they say they will. They will not notify you if your pet is sick. And THEY DON’T EVEN MAKE SURE THEIR ENCLOSURE IS CLEAN. I’m sure their daycare is fine, but for the love of god DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET HERE.

I will never trust my dog to this company ever again. They have a very bad costumer service. Beware of this company.

This place is not professional.

Took my puppy there to check it out. When we were there it appeared a that all the dogs but 1 were in cages. Every cage in there was full. They said they go out every 30 min and that they would be going out soon. The front desk people where super nice and encouraging so we decided to try the daycare and see how she did. When I came back to pick her up the gentleman that went back to get her brought her out and I asked how she did. He says she did great. I said the only thing is that when she plays with other dogs she gets covered In slobber and she was dry as a bone so I asked if she played and he said how would he know he's not a handler. I asked if they could check with the handlers and he got rude and didn't do it. Not a good experience, we won't be taking our babies back.

WORST pet grooming service ever!! We went for bath and brush for our goldendoodle and guess what! They just bath her and didn’t brush at all!! Which groomer doesn’t know this basic thing that dog needs brushing after a bath!!?!? Our dog was fully matted AND HAD TO CUT HER HAIR AFTER THAT! Please do yourself a favor and don’t go to this place if you love your pet!!! Worst groomer!!

They overly charged me !

Got charge twice almost $300 informed them and they said they didn't know when I would received the overcharge back.. Owner has a terrible attitude if you ask anything. I Don't recommend this place due to the owner.

Stopped to see the place in person and was completely apparent by the yelling and foul language being used by the owner and to a customer. I don't care what was happening or who was right or wrong its no way to treat someone. I will not be back
